*A camera feed opens to reveal a hustling scene. Hundreds of chattery Caldari are gathered in a crowded plaza - men and women, young and old; the majority of them are armed with weapons. A stage rests against the entrance of a building, and Korsavius can be seen exiting and walking up to a podium. He is accompanied by several heavily armed soldiers.*
My fellow Statesmen!
*He pauses for a few moments, allowing the noise within the crowd to subside slightly. His face is blank with expression, he taps his right hand lightly on the podium either out of fear, anxiety, excitement, or all three. He sighs before continuing.*
We are currently living in most troubled times. Uprising and dissent plague our State. The proxi-war established years ago isn't necessarily going in our favor. Many corporations are feeling an increasing financial strain. The State is suffering.
When Tibus Heth first rose to power, he was a symbol of hope for a brighter future - a stronger State. To his credit, we were able to take back Caldari Prime. We were able to experience an economic growth not seen in decades. We were able to feel, for the first time in years, proud to be Caldari.
Tibus Heth took advantage of his popularity, however. He was able to achieve a position in the State that no man has prior. He alone rules this State with an iron fist. His Provist forces keep a tight leash on the hard-working citizens of the State, and silence those who dare wish for a return of the proper State - one in which the Big Eight do not bow down to one man! This man of hope has now morphed into a tyrannical dictator who oppresses his own people, us, the true and honest laborers of the State!
The time to rise is now!
*The crowd immediately erupts into cheers and yelling. Korsavius speaks with an even louder, more impassioned voice.*
Join me, my fellow Statesmen, join the movement for a return to a natural State! A State in which the commanman isn't silenced by a corrupt government! A State in which children and wives do not have to fear being orbitally bombarded by those who should be protecting them! A State in which our ancestors, who fought so hard to secure and establish, will be proud of!
*Dropships bearing insignias of the Provists can be seen rapidly approaching beyond the skyline. Some within the crowd begin to panick and flee, but almost all hold their ground and prepare. Korsavius reiterates, in a softened tone.*
The time to rise is now. The days when proud Caldari men and women bow down to one man are over.
*As the dropships approach the scene, Provist soldiers begin rappling down ropes to control the rally. Korsavius, facial expression still blank, takes his blaster pistol out of its holster and prepares it. The camera feed cuts off* |

Certainly, seems like the Caldari scene is quite turbulent right now. Yet, in any case, I believe your cause if just: not only Tibus Heth is a dangerous man, but he clearly is undeserving of the position he holds, for the State should not be governed by one man alone but by the corporations. As different as this may be to my homeland in Amarr, I value traditions, and the traditions of the State have to follow their course, and their rightful rulers should be the ones to guide their country, not the self-appointed ones.
I wish you luck on your quest to bring the Caldari back to their traditional forms, captain Korsavius. Sepherim Catillah; Ex-Imperial Navy Officer |

Indeed, Sepherim, turmoil boils from the cauldron of the Caldari state as the flame of change burns, but for now we are only just seeing the smoke rise. Something I learned long ago is that where smoke rises a flame is sure to follow, and I am not so naive as stoke the fire.
So long as the people rally, there will be true Caldari to serve their interests and not the agenda of a tyrant. I can only wish them luck in the days to come. Captain Marcus Horalen 6th Svalinn Wing, GIN |

Is this an official declaration of aggression against the Caldari Providence Directorate by the Ishuk-Raata Enforcement Directive and by extension of its subsidiary status, Ishukone Corporation itself?
Just curious.

I speak as a recently-departed employee of I-RED, and a member of the Caldari diaspora.
For too long, have I watched from a distance to see this individual tyrant, Tibus Heth steal the State from us all. For the sake of his own individual ambition and ego, we Caldari have paid the price for it with a State that is corrupted, destroyed and rent apart. The spirit and the soul of the State is at stake here.
Even now as the so-called "Patriot" megacorps of Kaalakiota, Lai Dai and Wiyrkomi reap record-shattering profits from their efforts of keeping the Tyrant Heth in his throne and the perpetuation of his war, hundreds and thousands of precious Caldari lives are shed every day for the glory of his ego! He has undone the decades of toil, sweat and tears that we as a collective have spent in rebuilding the State and making it great.
I now wear the badge of the Federal Defense Union not out of love for the Federation, but for the purpose of conventional and asymmetric warfare against the Tyrant Heth. As I contribute towards the eventual loss of the war for Black Rise for the Tyrant Heth, the "Patriot" megacorps will see their investments in Black Rise sour, and have little to no reason left to keep him on his undeserved throne.
Rise up, children of KGÇÖvire and Deteaas! Amongst the Winds, their souls weep and howl through the valleys of our beloved homeworld at the corruption of what we are. True Caldari capsuleers who wish to see this war of personal ambition come to a swift end ought to consider joining the FDU in its efforts to destroy KK's, Lai Dai's and Wiyrkomi's investments in Black Rise. To my planetbound brothers and sisters: fear not, for you are not alone in your plight and your cause!
I borrow Korsavius words, and hereby declare the days when proud Caldari men and women bow down to one man are over! |

Oh, I'm not accusing anyone. He's quite a dark-skinned chap. He also wears Minmatar tattoos on his face, which I would argue is just a bit offensive to the whole "Do as the locals do" culture of the State.
I know a few heads of government in the Federation who were assassinated because the colour of their skin was in opposition to who they actually represented. |

One would think that if one were attempting to represent themselves as a CONCORD loyalist then one would, in fact, work to maintain an air of neutrality as regards the specific policies and leadership of CONCORD signatory nations. There is that whole issue of the CONCORD nations wishing to maintain sovereignty, after all.
Or do you think it appropriate that CONCORD should begin telling its member nations how to conduct their affairs? Who gets to head them? What laws they put in place? I rather think that is slightly outside of the purview of CONCORD as it was originally envisioned. Has this changed? Have the four princes been put into their place, and the true king raises his head once again? |

And sometimes your neutrality must be shifted in light of major evidence to shake up that neutrality. Besides, he may be a CONCORD loyalist, but he isn't a decision maker IN CONCORD. He's allowed his opinion while maintaining his professional neutrality.
He can say Heth should be shot, but not make a single move to actually act out and shoot him or any Caldari ship obeying the law per CONCORD neutrality.
