Is it legally possible to buy fanfest tickets from people who bought one but change their mind about going there?

FF tickets are easier to get refunded than airline tickets are, no matter what excuse you use buying travel tickets before buying venue tickets was a bad idea.
Not trying to be a jerk but its the same with most attended events, the venue is always easier to recoup your money from than the mode of transit is.

Personally im not going. Main reasons: Damn expencive flights and fanfest ticket is not ecaxtly cheap either...
And knowing my personality i would ust stand there feeling the atmosphere and not manage to talk to anyone there the whole damn time. Yes im that intovert as personality. You've never tried to actually rent a venue large enough to hold several thousand people, have you? It's not like you can just reserve one a few days out. Hell try renting a hall for a wedding reception for a couple hundred people, and you could easily have to schedule it 8 - 12 months out.
Now try doing that for 5 or 10 thousand. And then try changing it at the last minute.
Let me know how that works out for you.

Booking airline tickets and hotels does not take 6 weeks.
Holding off on purchasing the tickets that represent the entire reason you're going is pretty surprising. Especially when they don't represent a very large portion of the total price (I'm not going because a plane ticket would cost me something like 3 Grand, but if I were, I'd make damn sure I had a fanfest ticket before dropping that 3 grand on a plane ticket.). What if you were only able to afford the hotel a week ago and were waiting for next month to get the ff ticket?
Anyway, I think that is beside the point - no status or waring was given. Sure, "it's the 10 year anniversary, duh it's gonna be popular" and all. But this event has never been sold out before - it being sold out in February was not expected. And I suspect that's also why CCP fumbled the announcement. We're recruiting and stuff. |

OK I'll admit I was feeling pretty poor so I decided I'd get the thing that would be the bottle neck first then take my chances with the rest.
That's why the ticket was first then the hotel the next month then the flights this month as they were the order of what I perceived would be demand/supply restricted soonest.
Anyone who did this the other way around claiming money issues is not too bright a cookie or more likely hasn't booked anything , was too late getting a ticket and is hamming up the crocodile tears.

No bigger venues, but last year they did speak about having multiple venues, such as using Harpa and Laugardalsh+¦ll (location of previous fanfests) which can hold about 5500 people as well.
