Only part that matters to me is whether I am going to get shot at or not...it won't bother me but it would be nice to know before hand so I can plan accordingly.
All I want is a clear word on whether I should consider Xelas my enemy or neutral.

Painball isnt in venal atm cochise but i can order him up if u want tobe killed but thats like a 2 hours...but i am sure there r others who would kindly do it......so u declaring war or not b/c its a long trip into south space were i go killing....be nice to know so i dont have to come all the way back...anyway i want my krulldari corpse back u have betrayed my trust and my faith in u and xelas..u only get 1 shot with me....i am saddened that even more info has come to me regarding ur betrayal...so much so that i cant belief u were the leader of pa durring the gnw....call me relic or a blood thirsty pirate but i have no respect for traitors and liers which u have proofen tobe...and i kill those who make deals and break them and try to destroy me and my real friends...ask urself if u really want me not OCC not PA but me alone as ur opponent....i stuck it out in y-4/bkg longer than an in the PA(complex statement)...i wont quit till u r destroyed so think twice before u cut such deals that betray my trust i am ashammed i supported the tenal xfer truely ashammed

Nice to see that the PA has learned nothing from the GNW. New crowd for the most part, but the same old PA mentality. Congrats to OCC for passing on the big book of how not to run an alliance to all your new corps.
As for your war, Let speed this little dog and pony show up a little bit shall we?
So next we need pershphanie to come in and back up this action, and then Buddrow needs to get wasted and post his support.. then retract it.. then support it... sorta..
On a side note DIAL911 of The Spanish Inquisition is doing a nice job as PAs new yappy poodle tho, keep up the good work.
If you want to fight them just say you want to fight, I am sure Xelas will understand. But As ****take said you broke section 4 paragraph 63 subsection 22 line 8 of the New Tenal Code of Conduct, and if thats not a reason for war I dont know what is.

And all because of the actions of one illiterate bully in a Tempest whos thinks he is uber and represents the majority view of the PA.
I believe that the silent majority of PA do not condone this act of war on Xelas and clearly it is a PA member who has initiated this.
It may be worth noting the few wannabe pirates (official PA diplomats?) who are condoning this act of piracy.
I believe that the general view of the PA would be is to kick the pirate culprit and his supportive rats out of PA. To have an official PA vote on this would be a small indication of justice and democracy still existing in PA.
Failure to do this would indicate to the eve community that PA has indeed turned dictatorial and too weak to do anything but be run by a few who employ such bullying tactics.
Sadly it would appear that official voting with PA has become few and far between and the majority is no longer heard over the whining of the minority.
If PA think they will get real backup from any other alliance when it comes to the crunch then we will be hugely disapointed, as we was disappointed in the recent skirmishes of the south in HED-GP.
The reason why I have posted as an alt is to deny the opportunity of persercution from these bullies.

Notes, that this is the same Draconian that on numerous occasions wanted to attack IRON for little or no reason while we were in an OFFICIAL NAP with them.
Notes, that this is the same Draconian that as recent as the last 4-5 weeks wanted to attack UNION and FE although the PA has an OFFICIAL NAP with them even if it meant OCC leaving the PA.

Alt or not your absolutely right. Also note this is not the first XS ship that PA has fired on either. We tried to work this out but even when Painball was told by his Corp Boss to stand down he continued on and killed another ship.
We then were asked to stand down and give PA until Tuesday of next week to have their meeting and sort this out. Once again we agreed only to have their Rep return to us an hour later and have them state that they simply want a full scale war.
As for posting using your alt in this circumstance, It was probably a wise move. WeÆve all seen how PA treats its own when they disagree with the war mongers and dictators that are hell bent on making the PA their personal army to serve their personal desires.
And inquiring minds want to know why 20th left the PA as did many others!!!! I think your getting the picture now!

The way we reached fighting each other is bad.
But it's certain, that this war is not about Painball and his actions, which were wrong at that point. We would never go to war over this incident. If this was an isolated incident we would compensate the Xelas pilos and punish Painball.
However, the tension existed before that and it's main cause has been the NAP between Xelas and 5/BoB. I have read the explanation from Xelas side, but I can't accept it. You can't put someone that is the number one enemy of all your allies to positive standings, with the hope you won't provoke him and he will ignore you.
When PA has voted to give Tenal to Xelas, it was done with the hope that we would strengthen the North against our common enemies. Let's face it. Northern Alliances have many differences. Sometimes we don't like each other and we even have reached to shoot each other. But one thing in common of all of us, is that we "hate" and are "hated" by BoB/5 and their friends in the South. Xelas leadership seems that doesn't share the same views for some time.
This is not something new. I have been informed of a possible NAP between Xelas and BoB for at least a month. We have chosen to investigate it and I had a talk with Cochise, about it. The answer was that they did not have a NAP, but we could not consider their support against a possible BoB/5 invasion for granted. And the issue isn't so much military support. But we expected Xelas to declare that they are on the same side as any other Northern Alliance and not sit by, waiting for the outcome of the war.
That is a major problem and many in the PA were dissapointed by this behavior. We trusted Xelas and gave them a region without any return. Only return we hoped for, was a trusted ally. It seems survival is more important than friendship.
So to conclude, war with Xelas, was sparked by a wrong action, but we consider the real reasons, valid.

No big secret that the relationship between OCC and GODS can be strained at times. But now that we have you to kill our relationship couldnt be better. Say what you want about drac but at least he undocks and is willing to fight. Cochise dont be resentfull. This war is something you did to yourself. You got your hand caught in the NAP cookie jar. You did this to yourself by doing one too many shady political dealings. No worries youll be ok. I hear delve is nice this time of year.
