Mercenary Coalition has declared war on SMASH Alliance. After 24 hours fighting can legally occur between those involved.
As the most of you know the Mercenary Coalition is a politically neutral organisation, only acting hostile when contracted to do so.
Recently SMASH Alliance conducted numerous unprovoked hostile acts towards the Mercenary Coalition.
That and poorly handled diplomacy has led to this decision;
SMASH Alliance will now be hunted down and killed.

I've seen SMASH in empire...maybe twice? But, I guess it does it does make more of an impact than "you're -10".
