I lost my first bs, a scorp in the old SE vs CA war in (you guessed it) u-q at the b-3 gate.
I was in the SE fleet gang, on SE ts and the whole works and I had been told the way was clear from dss-ez to vol-mi.
Me and some friends were going to the movies later that night and one of them came to my house early to just hang out.
Now he's not an eve player so he doesn't understand the nessecity of intel in eve so he told me that those damn garbled english voices on ts were irritating the crap outta him so I exited ts to make the poor bastard not bleed out of his ears.
Little did I know that a few seconds later, Inflatable Teen [COL] said on ts "Masta hold in b-3, there's a small CA gang waiting for you in u-q" and I jumped right on through in a multispec fitted scorp and faced 2 or 3 ravens and some tacklers (ask animeboy for details, seems he frapses every kill to gloat about them  ) needless to say, little inexperienced me tried to go for the tacklers and got p0wned.
I also tried a lollerphoon (typhoon with quad lif and 6 nanofibers) which lasted for the trip from curse to gw and when I was pwning a raven with like 10 bane volleys after my ass a vigil undocked and webbed me. You can imagine the rest... the ship was also uninsured as always

Soo Ive got a couple good ones here too..
U know if I need to get somewhere fast when i dont have instas or i need to make instas i use the following setup: a fast t1 friggie like atron, slasher or that amar thingy, fill lows with nanofiber and slap on an mwd. then when in space i drag the mwd icon over to high slot so that i can activate it using F1 button.. With a combat setup though i dont do that, so F1 activates weapons... Sooo one day i was travelling in one of these and eventually came to some station in rens to pick up a few implants and drop them off at another station in rens. Was late at night and i was real tired and i was gonna log right after this.
While on that first station i saw a combat fitted rifter so i thought ill take it over to the other station.. So i jump into the rifter, undock and warp to that station, hit approach and hit F1.. not much happens.. so im like "yo, why am i not approachin, must have forgotten to hit 'approach' button". So i left click the station to get that cool round menu thingy....;;;;;;;;^^^^^^^^d
Anyways, after i docked at the station in my pod i figured that some implants have survived and i better go pick them up before someone else does.. so i jump into one of those t1 frig mwd thingies and undock,,,,,d,,f,v,v
yeh and another stupid loss, not me though but corpmate... soo one day we were out hunting some amar scum, and an enemy cruiser warps in.. look at his icon, ok, omen, we take him....then my mates hp is halved and a few seconds after she pops.. i warp out. she look in lossmail... arg, zealot!!

Maybe i should add my latest(some day ago)..
traveld from amarr to yulai, in a claw, thought.. hmm.. na, never been ganked in a 0.3 system since zombie inc hade some fun in the systems around(and in:p) yulai. and since the sentrys got a 150km range it feel fairly safe.
so i afk traveled in my claw while i keept an eye on buffy and suddenly i hear some explosions... i launch myself at the computer just as i see my pod ejecting, started dubbleklicking like crazy on a nearby planet.... but to late.. ohh, there goes full set +3 implants and my clone is in solitude(forgot to move it after the move back to the homelands of heimatar)

Bookmarking instas, Locked gate to get the spot on insta, I went to click Auto pilot to take me to next gate, I clicked 200mm Autocannon Tech II instead. The sentry guns showed no mercy for my poor little Claw.
O yeah And I've lost an APOC up in Tenal Region, No really I HAVE LOST IT ! I deleted loads of BMs while drunk, so the Damn thing is probably still sat at the Safe spot not Far From BKG. |

Locked a DED battleship with the intention of scanning it, but I didn't press down ALT hard enough, and I hit F2 on it's own, which launched a missile at the DED ship.
It took one volley and I was shipless.

Didn't cost me my ship, but deserves to be put here :
I put all my turrets offline instead of swapping ammo (nevermind the confirmation message that pops up when offlining something, I must have has my brains turned off)
Needless to say, I left the fight in a hurry after THIS !!

jumped im my harpy after some time and warped out to some blood with no hardners.. since i had speend a lot of time in my wolf i realized i wasent armor tank when i was 50% in armor :/

Here's a couple of my less than gracefull moments.
I'd had my Celestis for awhile & was having fun with it when someone posted a link about complex locations in chat. "Well." I think to myself. "I haven't done this before......"
So I load up pick one that I think I can handle and head out. I found the complex and was really having fun but some of the spawns are getting a little close.
I pop the Smartbomb.
Done it before no prob....
I didn't see the other player sneaking up behind me.
I'd forgotten that I chose a complex in .6 & not .5
Long story short....homie gets close enough to me to get zapped by the Smartbomb & Concord shows up to finish the dirty work. I'd never seen Concord's handiwork up close & really didn't want to see the recieving end of it! I had no clue what was happening! Didn't know who these ppl were of why they were shooting at me! Just this second.
Was heading to Stain to do some Sansha missions. I have no BM's for that region at all.
I get to a gate and there's a -10 standing guy to us, so I decide to SS. However, once arriving at my SS my autopilot decides it doesn't want to stay there, and warps me right back to the gate.
41 ships lost so far!

I have the beyond worst way i have ever lost a ship.
I wasnt even flying it at the time.
My 4 year old deleted it with 300 mil worth of gear in the hold while i was changing the diaper of his 1 year old brother.
I know its just a game but i really wonder how many of these mouthy F*cks would have the stones to say that sort of thing in real life. |

My first ever BS a Scorp called deardrie, though i was god.
Just finished a lvl3 mish and instad to the gate....
For some strange reason i activated my Nos, i try to get the crosshair thing off and accidentally start to lock the gate,
I know whats coming, so i try to warp, concord turn up and pwn me
i was 1000m from the gate.....why didnt i jump????
i lost my 1st BS after 2 hours

Quite recently AFK mining in a badger mk II in Arnatele (near bereye), after being told by a corpmate that there were going to be pirate spawns at all the asteroid belts.
I tell him not to worry and shove both my Civilian Shield Boosters on, my cap seemed to cope with them on, and they had served me alright in the past. I go and lay down on my bed to catch a quick nap. 45mins pass, and I wake up again in time to go get some food.
Shields are still tiptop and no sign of pirates so I head down to the kitchen.
10 mins later I comeback to see a pod floating in space. Time of death was about 4 mins before I walked into the room. Gutted! Took me 3 more hours of jumping around places, and flying back to pick up the damn ore and cargo containers that had survived. Tanking 4 frigs in a badger II and trying to retrieve your container from a damn cramped asteroid belt is nigh on impossible.
1 more Badger II was lost before I gave up and got a kestral fitted 4 rocket launchers and pwned the frigs. Bought another badger II.. bought more cargo expanders, and went back to get my cargo. The damn frigs had respawned!!! I get away with about 2% of structure left. Hauled the cargo out in a kessie fitted with cargo expanders and a big assed AB in several trips before finally getting my badger out again, and picking up the larger stuff.
An entire night wasted because of NPC frigs! :(

I got warned about extreme lag in my region, but decided to take a shortcut through 0.4 anyway. Seems I went close to a low-sec player with cruise missiles. Didn't see him coming.
At least the nerf means it'd take more missiles to do that in future. That ship likely wouldn't even net a profit.

In the end I had to send a corp mail telling everyone to delete them....so much for m0o proffesionality. Bunch of nubs more like 
Or better still the time John W joined us and then thought it would be a great idea to smart bomb a station and not warp away(Mainly cos u had him warp scrambled) omg we laughed our arses off at that.

Well the most funny one to me was on Angel Extraveganza bonus mission , me and my pal were in ravens , we agreed that he will tank the turrets and i will aggro the main group and take em out , at 70 km he was screaming from the insane dmg so i opened fire on them and i didnt notice that it wasnt only 6 jamming frigs but like 16 i told him to warp out and he was doing so i waited till he got out (BIG MISTAKE) by that tiem i already killed 10 frigs then there was like 6 more jamming me and all the 5 bs and cruiser were all over me , i was like star war movies Red leadr squadron "OMG they are every where" missiles and shells flying al over me i was poffed in like 1 minute later i was laughing non stop that i hardly made that BM to get my stuff back

i was doing a lv3 mission in my first ever bs(a scorp) it was after a night out so i was well i was drunk! got throught the first group of cruisers then fell asleep woke up the next morning to see my pod floating among the rats..... not a good morning, took me about a week to get another bs. it was uninsured

oh and was in an uninsured apoc doing a lv4 angel extra i was the tanker.. a fellow corp mate in his shiny new enyo flew a bit too close to the rats.. all the groups aggroed him and he ran away leaving me scrambled webbed and truly DEAD... once again uninsured

k LEDS START HERE! was chilling with an old corp mate we got into an smal pvp :P and i forgot he wasent me corp mate any more and warped to sentrys and me arma went popp| and when i was npc huting i forgot to but me armor reps on i was inFRONT of the comp talking to pepole in convoy and the next think i know im in an pod ROfl ;D

I was in taranis, in 0.0, and just finished to fitt it for PvP.
Being able to keep scrambler running for a long time was my main concern, i undocked and scramble the station like i saw soooo many people doing it on conquarable stations for fun ... that station was an NPC station, with 2 sentries ...
But the worst was to come.
Being in pod near the station, i saw that many T2 items survived, so i docked fast, took the first ships (another Taranis) and undocked to loot remaining items. Sentries killed me a 2nd time.
