Not for how well i done in that time especially but the time spent there fighting was the most enjoyable in eve so far
And i c Lorth has nominated me, but from my own corp i would have to say HE is the best, calm unphased and ship loadouts not the norm.
I c soren has nominated himself, well ive had a 1v1 in bs with him, went on for quite a while before >I< had to warp out in defeat.Was surprised i managed to warp out but he told me he had 7.5km scramb not 20km fitted.
Dalman i had a 1v1 with, him in a megathron back in the day...ended in a draw.
Zeal dragon ive fought against many times ( we now allies ) but he was mostly in small roaming gangs.He did kill me once 1v1 but (not trying to take credit away) i wasn't fitted for taking on a raven back in the days when they was v.gd ship and could of run. But seeing him alone i thought feck it so gave it a shot knowing it would probably end in tears.
Never had 1v1 with any of the old m0o guys but have made a couple of there roaming frig gangs run from me.
Waywatcher is a Very very gd player. Funny time a while ago i told him id been killed by some guy in a tempest with a zealot helping him.Way went and posted me 2 ship loss mails for the guy within 2 days in revenge for my death.
After first he typed in local....thats for wizard.
I nearly wet myself laughing.

Ryan Routine - Killed the **** out of 97 BS solo in 1.5 month, and had 257 killmails, while not loosing a single Ship in this time - only a tempest in a fleet fight
but then even he eventually died.
But was funny to wake up and to see that ryan just killed 6 BS solo this night again

funny how nobody mentions balistic void?
Hes probably owned about half the people in this thread in inty fights. He is definately one of, if not the best, interceptor pilots in the game.
Also up there in top solo players would be mang0o and, from what ive heard and seen, fedaykin.

Seconded. I once accepted a 1v1 with him without checking what ship he was flying.
Railathrons (my 1st BS) didn't have much chance against Ravens in those days, especially given that I was only on about 12mil SPs at the time...
I was told by the TPS guys after the fight that I'd done remarkably well to tank him as long as I did in a mega 
And yes, I was a complete n00b in those days

I remember ballistic very well and yes, he's a great fighter. Have seen better tho.

I'm not sure about "best" but there are a few solo PvP'ers that spring to mind and who i get nervous about when i see in local:
Escador
Cowboy
KIATolon (but at least he's in my corp, still makes me nervous though)
Mockingbird (not seen him in a while)
Heikki (despite his "lame" tactics)
Lord Cyric
and although they make me hot and not nervous: Kyle Caldrel, DrunkenOne and Siim. <3

Heh, ta, though in fairness I usually have a covert ops with me if I'm in anything bigger than a frigate ;).
But still, who would fly a blasterthron without support, without a covert ops nowadays. Without being able to guarantee a fight starts within 10km, all those other gank fitted battleships that float around will make it an exercise in futility :(.[/whine]

DrunkenOne in his claw is a good fighter 2, also goes for maya rekell. in his claw.

The Fiddler is got to be one of the best solo killers I have had the pleasure of fighting and seeing in game. Yeah he is an enemy but hands down his is one of the best solo artists in game ..

Was a very good fight. His setup was superior to mine on the paper, but thanks to him being in 'hunting mode' I could get the fight started at my desired range and came out with 60% structure left.
Regardless, his spree was superb, and I was already among his killmails(although that was in a small gang fight), so he gets a nomination from me.

Actually, I was in a raven that day. If I had been in my thron I think I would have won Ended in a draw since Wizard's energy apoc sucked my cap totally dry(no injector) so all my shield + scrambler went off. At the same time, I had enough damage output to brake down his defence. Both of us warped out at the same time. I dunno who had popped first if we had stayed, was 50-50.
At that time I hardly knew who he was. But I hear he's done very good since... So Wizard can get on my list too.
Zeal Dragon is obviously on my list, since we did ALOT of fighting together and had the same style of play.
I don't think I saw him in solo/small gang action ever, but I was under the impression that Squirrel back in Solarwind[SA] days were very good solo.
That would be my list of the players I've flown with/against on the real server.
Oh, and Chow, I'm still laughing @ the '~1 meter outside jumprange BANG'.

Ryan made a mistake that fight and you rightly won. I thought it was a good end to his run in that ship considering what had happened a few weeks earlier in FD (6 arb siege as loot was fun). Who better to even the score?
My vote has to go to Ryan too. I thought I was good at racking up kills around FD/PF but he took it to new heights stabbing deep into alliance territory in his solo Tempest and coming home with a cargohold full of BS loot every night.
