Edited by: Pottsey on 20/08/2005 07:45:21 ôSiege Warfare Active Shielding has Armored Warfare V as a requirement. This has been changed to Siege Warfare V to bring it in line with other Siege Warfare modules." ThatÆs great news but that wasnÆt the only gang assist module with skill problems or the only bug. What about all the other bugs?
ôSpeedometer, Shield, Armor, Hull and Capacitor tooltips will update without having to move the mouse.ö + ôA new command has been added for Drones called "return to drone bay." Wow, thanks those are two major features for me being a drone pilot and a passive shield tanker. I couldnÆt ask for much more.

Umm, Pottsey, this is not a feature. It worked before the patch, but then it got broke. So this is really a bugfix atm, not a new feature.
But thx for fixing it nonetheless. ---------------

"Drones, sentry guns and NPCs will now actively target attackers of similar entities. For example, drones and NPCs will engage a target that is attacking their owning entity or 'gang members', sentry guns will engage targets attacking other guns or items within their protection, etc."
I missed that the first time and Derron Bel bought up some good points. Could this be explained in more detail please? I really hope this isnÆt the same change we had a while back where NPCÆs changed targets as that made missions next to impossible for drone pilots and it made it extremely hard for support ships to do there job as they cannot tank and support.
Last time this was implanted drone pilots used to lose millions per mission so much that you lost more money then you made after every mission and T2 drones where just impossible to think about using. _________________________________________________ Nominate famous people in Eve who had an impact on you. |

I've been reporting that bug since the new reprocessing plants are in. Is this that hard to fix?
With the latest test-patch they fixed something that was not broken and left the broken part unchanged: No matter what, with 100%-skills there's no "Unrecoverable" part, just the "We take 5% as we ignore your excellent standing" (before, there was always something unrecoverable when the station took a part of your minerals as a fee). -----

There is a very high possibility that the option to delete corp mail will make it in this patch, as well as a fix for the client-side lag created by mail. They are high priority items that are being worked on by the Devs.

Okay...just what does this mean? Don't NPCs do this already? Or is this more applicable to player-drones and player SGs? Does this mean 1 ship tanking and 1 ship shooting up NPCs is less viable?
Plainly put, if a player is attacking 1 of 3 sentry guns in a complex, targeting 1 drone out of a swarm of 5, a drone carrying ship or 1 ship in a convoy of 3, the other members of the group will attack the player. All the sentry guns will defend the attacked gun, all the drones will defend the other drones in the swarm or the carrier, or the other ships in the convoy will defend the attacked ship.
I hope that helps clear things up.

Kieron someone said on Sisi atm is crystal degredation not talking about mining crystals which is listed in patch notes but for normal laser crystals (ammo). Is this just missing from the patch notes or is it not making it into the patch? ___________________________________________ http://www.eve-tutor.com

Would it be possible to get scan probes removed from the scanner? I don't feel right sending in a BR about this, but it would be a lot of help. _____________________________________ Perpetually driven, your end is our beginning.

So tell me when will POS get the proper roles? I mean could you guys at least address the basic roles? For a few of the items? One of the most important I would probably think would be fittingà what a management hell hole it is to have to baby-sit ppl to let them fit and then, take the starbase role offà come on how long have POS been out?
The drone bug gets fixed right away... while something that would aid every POS owner, and make things a little headache free isnÆt in???

I can see that the "new" refine stations, that currently dont take standing into account, still won't after the patch.

So you "fixed" mining crytstals? Way to go! That will teach those miners a lesson for wasting thier time (and money) training on petty little barges when a bs and miner IIs would have been almost as good! Now with the expense of having to replace the crystals, thier narrow margins wont matter.

Hello Sadist, your rage addled brain is making you attempt to insult me. It has failed, please don't let it try again. Also, for your information, you obviously aren't quite the expert you belive you are on me as the only killboard I use now is the private S******dly killboard and I only use that because I like to track what I have done in the game.
So, in conclusion, your post was worthless. Bye.

Way to prove the contrary, my man. Maybe now getting included in a worthless pile of text, and getting full (or almost full) credit in points for 1 click in combat will satisfy your insecurity complex needs and make you feel real fuzzy and important inside.
Nothing personal tho.
