Yes I am an alt, my main is in the Stain Empire. I am very concerned that the emporer has started hostilities against one of the founding members of Stain, I have a lot of friends in Storm and will not fight them for our emporer (Mr Ego). Why are we doing this

This post is so stupid Im tempted to not respond, however, if you and your corp are not engaging in this war I really hope we find you and pod. I have friends in G, I dont really know why we are fighting although since they are friends with Imperium I dont care. However I do fight and loose ships and kill ships, thats whats called sticking with your alliance. If not, pack up and leave.

Yes, Cujo has a HUGE ego and as a result will end up tearing Stain apart from the inside if something isn't done about it. The fact that he praises the Stain corps one minute and then threatens to fine or kick them out of the alliance the next is making a lot of people unhappy. Having an Emperor that dictates what needs to be done is one thing, but the threats every 5 minutes has gotten to be a joke among alliance members.
Cujo actually seems to be a very nice guy and has good intentions, but seems to be a little power mad right now.
Here is a hint Cujo: Most people have more than one account. If there are twice as many people in Alliance Chat than are in the gang it's probably because some people in the gang are doing other things with their other characters at the same time. Stop the spaming of the Alliance chat every 5 seconds demanding that ALL members show up to PvP. Most people don't PvP with more than one character at a time, but they can ice mine, afk haul, or hunt NPCs at the same time while they are camping a gate.
There is another person in the alliance that has an ego 10x the size of Cujo though and is actually causing more internal problems than Cujo. That person is Amarr CEO. Amarr CEO needs to be removed from his position and told to STFU before he causes even more problems. He seems to really enjoy the job of being the CEO's enforcer. Amarr CEO doesn't have a diplomatic bone in his body.

lol. well well, stain was some good guys back in the days when i was cfs.. Before cfs got f**** uped..
Then they lost it, and attacked old time friends, and today cant stand for thier word.. When u come to the place where u cant keep ur words ur screwed sooner or l8ter. Sad for one of the old time alliance in the game....

It's good to see that some people allow independent thinking.
Independent thought and concerns voiced in Stain are met with threats of expulsion and fines. It doesn't matter what you may have done for the alliance in the past or how long you have been in the alliance.
If you don't blindly do what is asked without question, you are threatened.
Expect to see Stain corps leaving in mass soon if something doesn't change.
As far as the war up North is concerned, most of the Stain corp CEO and members don't have a clue why Stain is up there. Everyone was told the destination at the last minute, no bookmarks were given out before operations began, no supplies were brought, etc.
They do nothing but yell and scream for more pilots to join the gang, but my main sat in Orvolle for nearly an hour asking for a gang invite before I finally gave up trying and logged off. The alliance chat seems to be always full of people asking for gang invites and people getting madder by the minute as their requests get ignored.

Exactly! That's why it's pathetic when PvPer complain about the carebears in the south. It's ok when PvPers choose to mine and npc hunt, but God forbid anyone else to choose when they want to PvP. PvPers always expect everyone in the game to drop what they are doing and help the guys that choose to PvP.
You ever notice that the guys that mine and don't fight back don't get harrassed often? PvPers aren't going to hang around an area for long when there is no one to kill or fight with. If you choose to engage in PvP most of the time then it's your choice. The pirates are going to be where the action is. The miners and carebears will still be in Stain long after the PvPers are gone.

No one is complaining about a lack of work behind the scenes. Everyone knows that it's a full time job for quite a few people to run an alliance.
The problem is how the Empire is being run.
You are a breath of fresh air amongst all the hot air being put out by Cujo and Amarr CEO. You are very diplomatic and work hard to fix the problems that the Stain leaders create.
Don't let them corrupt you.
You should give your politeness and respect speach to Cujo and Amarr CEO. Let me know how that works for you.
