I really hope drone boats are given something special, something that really makes them feel like drone boats as opposed to "ships with drones", because now everyone and their dog has them.

Some of the T1 logistics cruiser could do with being a bit squishier in addition to being easier to impair with Ewar. Especially once you factor in warfare links, some of them can tank nearly as well as the ships they are repairing (Augoror and Exequror both have EHP similar to that of an attack cruiser). |

just for consistency reasons. The description of the omen should say +5% ROF bonus. If you want to keep -5% you would have to call it "weapon cycle time" or something similar. Thats very unintuitive for new players since eve has those things wrong in multiple paces.

ECM does not really need indirect buffs, unless you plan to re-do it for the expansion. I'd like to see T1 logistics a bit weaker in other ways, not ECM susceptibility. T1 crusiers are also too good against frigates atm IMO. Frigs seemed to get tracked far too easily by any size gun atm which has made the frig -> cruiser gap larger than ever...not exactly a welcome state for newer players. |

Maller is to slow. It should have advantage to fit 1600 plate in comparison with Omen. Omen is attack cruiser and 800 plate enough for it. |

No plan to make the Maller usable for solo? (Just do what you did with the Navy aug except with 1 gun instead of 2...)
Also with the omen, If you're going to give it a ROF bonus you should increase the cap bonus to compensate.. Its kinda silly to have two bonuses that work against each other.

You might as well consider equipping every ship with hardpoints for both turrets and launchers, too. And, you might as well give all ships the same number of slots, same CPU/PG, etc. That would certainly make balancing a lot easier.
Tiericide is one thing; homogeneous ships are another - and bad - thing.
If you want to buff the Stab, then consider doing it some other and more unique way, such as a bit more speed. |

Mostly in general, I suppose. Fozzie has added or increased drone bays on quite a few ships during the rebalance. Too many, I think.
But,also specific to the Stabber. I don't see that it needs a drone bay.
And, since this is a Fozzie thread, and it is only 3 pages long (so far), I'm hoping he'll read my comment here before it gets buried. :) |

Stabber was being made usles exaclty because it lacked drone bay. Its a fast heavy tackler, it need drone bays to deal with the ships that it will face ( mostly frigates).
Stabber had drone bay in the past before the tiercide removed if i remember correclty . Or was only the fleet version...? |

that is not a BONUS. its a plain direct reduction of the base mass. Its simply fact that omen was nto as bad as the stabber therefore it does nto need So much help. |
