Funny 15k record was broken on the day when server was at 80%, ironic isnt it, when the server is fine nobody comes, but when server broke everyone want to take a look.

30k? Aren't you pushing it a bit for ccp? At current rates,I wouldn't be surprised we'd be playing this using real neural uplinks by then. Speaking of which,better start saving for implants if you hadn't done so already everyone.

I went through Jita at peak time, and experienced no more lag then normal, which isnt much.
Good job CCP, and good job Eve'ers for helping mould this game to what it is now \o/

Just passing though a 1.0 noob system with around 300 in local and don't notice any lag, servers at 80%? Nice job CCP :)

Well Tribute was the worst lag i've ever seen without a fleet being in system.

Hmmm, just noticed 16 new players in Emrayur with pretty much the same name. Could an asian farming onslaught be the reason for the record?
Great game, and great to have lots of genuine players, but please don't let the farmers spoil it for the rest of us CCP! Mineral prices are already dropping...

You were most likely sitting on the wrong node. It was perfectly playable for me, no lag besides the usual mini-wait in Ours at gates 'n stuff.
And what good is a record like this? Well... would you feel better with the servers empty, CCP broke and yourself trying to squeeze some fun out of whatever stupid ass FPS game may be hot atm?

interesting within like 6 weeks we have gone from punching through 12000 at peak tiems to 13k - 14k and now 15k. Next short term target 15.5k and then 16k
Mention from CCP also of a hardware upgrade (that should help a lot)

Maybe the investment to go after the Chinese market is paying off.
The amount of users logging in during the Asian time zone has gone up from over 3000 to over 6000 in the past year.
