People who mine is HS thing they get their mats free ... so giving them less free stuff isn't a problem.
CCP is creating a wealth gradient, it's not a big deal, people will stay in HS and make less isk, and they'll still give it away.
As to WH nerf, please stop ... no really, stop. ABC would suck to leave, but if that is how you make your isk, you're doing it wrong. It is a good source of isk, but by and far the best isk are the sites and PI, so you'll be fine.
You'll have better luck getting a buffalo to fly than getting eve to be fair.-á |

There has ALWAYS been a wealth gradient. The fact that moon goo profits don't make it past the alliance heads is not hisec's fault.
