The 5% agility used to be slot 7, btw, thats how I have two in there.. 8.5% agility is really pimp.
You'd be surprised how many smartass Crusaders or Crows think they can keep a 15km orbit to my Taranis.

So far neither of my mains have ever been podded, although I've been down low in pod structure a few times. If you count frigate alts and scouts though, and counting only PvP poddings, I've been podded between 30 and 50 times :P

Ive been podded more times than all of EVE's players has gotten laid.

I've been podded like 7-8 times and excepting the first 2, maybe 3 pod kills, I always wear implants . And I usualy got podded in Hagilur.

1st) In TPAR due to splash damage to m0o
2nd) In fountain
3rd) m0o traitors
4th) fountain again =/
(also got podded 1 or 2 more times but corpse was destroyed, so doesnt count :()

i've been got once without lag, just after they borked the scanner scan gate nothing there, insta in a dommy sat smarting there oh crap pop.
then about 4 times where i see my ship then i am in staion LAGGFESTS ubber battles 4tw

My main: Twice. First time by some random gate camp on my first trip to 0.0 -- this was about 3 months after starting the game. The second time I don't recall the details of, but basically I could not warp out fast enough after losing a ship -- this was when I was with IRON Brigade / NORAD.
My alt: A lot. Makes me laugh because all but one time she has been podded, has been due to me using autopilot while I ran to the bathroom or something, thinking "nobody has hassled me the last 20 jumps, I can hit AP long enough to take a leak" only to come back to the keyboard and find myself in a brand new clone. Lost 23 days of Gallente Industrial once due to that too, thought our war with Stain was over but apparently the full 24 hours had not passed :(

once to some nobody call nick succorso he was in a raven, and i in a rax, i was actually doing bloody well against him as i was far too close for his liking, completely unprovoked attack in 0.3,
second was an enyo to a gate camp in kbp7g took the buggers long enough to kill me though

Have yet to be podded and I spend the majority of my play time in .0 - im sure my lucky streak will catch up on me at some point though
