The "gotta get with the winning team / strength in numbers" players won't like be preyed upon and the establishment always gets complacent and drops the ball.

There will be real piracy in this game, not that fake lowsec ganking crap we loosely call piracy now. We will encourage new players and experienced alike to haunt the goon spacelanes, look for easy targets, stragglers, and the occasional combat pilot making a mistake, and play cat & instacane, uh... mouse with any task forces the goons send. Future "burn Jita" events will be answered with more incursions. For once they are sitting on their pile of moons and getting bored, they will overreach, and they will make enemies. After this battle with TEST things are probably not going to be the same again.
