made this one not long ago... works really well..
High: 3 x heavy 'malkuth' launchers
Mid: 1 x Med Cap Booster 1 x Warp Scrambler/disrupter 1 x web
Low: 1 x Med armor rep 3 x armor hardness (exp, kin & thermal) 1 x Co-Processor
Dronebay: 5 x medium drones 2 x small drones
Im technically making the rupture a T2 resitance and for less money ;)

Err, did you miss out 3 of your hislots? :P
That's not really a ganking setup, thats more of a standard setup. A ganking setup implies pure damage, followed by running away if there's anything shooting you :)
As the adage goes, gank or tank.

No disrespect but thats the most offensive high slot layout for a gunship and my favourite cruiser I've ever seen.
Look at the rupture bonuses and then buy some AC's and arties.
Don't gimp a gun boat with launchers.

then i guess it might be a matter of opinion... im just telling you how good it worked for me... splitting up a well fittet blackbird in 15 seconds is not ganking? ok then nevermind...

Um... First of all if that blackbird had no ew then he was probably the biggest noob ever. 2nd of all, you have 3 weapons, they do terrible damage to any inty, frig etc. you have 0 damage mods. This is your gank setup?

Take this with a grain of salt ~
4x Cruiser sized Autocannons of choice
2x Medium Nosferatus of choice
1x 10MN MWD of choice
1x 7.5km Warp Scrambler
1x Tracking Disruptor of choice
1x Medium Armor Repairer II
Rest of the lows can be filled with Gyrostabilizers, or whatever you have lying around at the time.

1st: TEH setup does not exsist
2nd: Im not say this setup will be the best for ppl that doesn't have to have concerns about skills as i do... i cant use any T2 mods yet except the T2 miner 
3rd: Im not telling you this setup is not bad... im just telling you that it worked pretty well for me..
4th: The Blackbird had ew but only managed to keep me from locking him for about 1 'n' a half minute.. i just manage to tank his drones plus his weapons for so long without probs..
he should have had the skills cause according to his employment history (tho it doesn't actually count) started playing in the end of the year '04...
5th: ... puff ... (/emote gets stressed when ppl denys the greatness of his ideas)

Edit: may have forgotten to tell you allways to have every type of missiles with me... helps to change dmg type along the way... nvm lets call it tanking... i just found my self ganking in it and allmost didn't get to tank....
Edit: Sentille, disrespect or not... i face changing target hunting pirats.. some long range and some webbing close up 21.2 meter fighting peeps so i cant handle someone getting in or out of my range...
I'd be willing to bet everything I own in EVE that my Worm frigate could own your Rupture setup.

yes you could take out my rupture.. and without much trouble too...
im just making a setup of what my skills are capable of bringing on...
if i could i would have a more powerfull gun layout but T2 mods are not within my reaches...

OoOk buddy, try this
425 AC's, 220's if you want better tracking. rocket launchers with defenders
MWD, Webber, Tracking dusruptor.
lows=4 gyro II's or named, and 1 med accom. rep.
u will be able to get under someones guns with the tracking disruptor, orbit at 3-4k, if its a missile boat, keep the defneders in, if not, switch out for thorn rockets, they cant hit u either way, and the rep should fit even with noob skills.

anyway how manage to anythink in that setup? 1x1? in gank ? lucky shoot?
so here for u:
tanking: u try to absorbe as much dmg ass posible use low fitings guns and tank in low ( if armor) or med ( if shield)
ganking: here u try autdamage your oponent
so: hight dps guns in hight, and a lot of dmg moods in low
its so easy
