Instead of CCP giving us a FREE days subscription for server down time (wishful thinking). They should charge the person(s) responsible for every account that was kept off line. That would detour arses from pulling crap like this!

I think anyone that names themselves or their corp after such a prestigious force such as the SAS in a game deserves to be banned for being such losers, i personally know Australian SAS and a few Brits (my trainer on my Corporals course was a ex-WO2 from 22nd SAS, nice guy - out of uniform), they would think it stupid to if they saw the name of their corp used in a game, but people like to mimic real life and can't come up with something original can they.....good work CCP, keep it up, now just ban these morons and get the server running again and all is back to normal :D |

CCP will deal with this if they decide it's needed and as they see fit. There is no need to create threads that yell for players to be banned on the spot, the incidents may not even be related to eachother.

I'd like to go a different approach and not get them banned but instead have all players who suffered from this get credited one day on their accounts. Now, one day isn't much really, but my other demand is that you DEBIT the sum of those days from the accounts of those people who caused this.
People only learn the hard way, and this is one of them.

Now I have no opinion on the 4s fiasco but what is to say the the death of the server was completely there fault.Now I admit the shuttle fleet might not of helped but do not forget there was an extended dt and optimization done today,And there is a reason all the oldtime players say to train a long skill on these occasions. And lets remember that the eve server has been rocksteady and 100% reliable recently

I wasn't even online so it's not affecting me in any way, and I can even sympathize to some extent with the concerns of 4S members but this is pushing it way too far.

Respect for 4S for having the balls to put up a protest like this. IMHO what CCP did was unfair and unnecessary.
Until CCP went digging I doubt 99,9% even remotely considered '4S' offensive and TBH, I still don't.
I sincerely doubt 4S taking the server down will help their case though.
For all the people here screaming 'Banz0r' at the top of their lungs, are all ****ers.
Wait until CCP comes and pulls some arrogant stunt like that to you, what will you do and who will support you then?
So who gives a **** you can't play for a few hours or lose a few SP? It's only a game! And if you lost your ship you're probably getting it back anyway.
