I know you're not accusing me. And my accusing EM was an example, which fit quite will with the original poster's accusation.
Here's a paraphrase for the topic:
PlayerA accsed PlayerB of killing him and therefore wants to for an alliance to kill PlayerB. PlayerA doesnt state any kind of evidence that PlayerB was even responsible.
Here's where the controversy comes in:
The reason PlayerB called PlayerA a liar is because PlayerA doesnt have any proof of the said accusation. Since PlayerB said it didnt happen, this leaves the burdon of proof on PlayerA. Since PlayerA hasnt come up with any kind of evidence to backup his story, PlayerB is correct in saying PlayerA is lying. The only way that PlayerA can prove he isnt lying is to provide proof of the incident. (which is what PlayerB wants)

omg yesterday I flew into the centre of Stain with 60k Megacyte and they destroyed me! HOW CAN THIS BE!
And as a sidenote: Members of the VA can very well have been pirating in Obe and claiming they were *part* of the VA. But I doubt they would claim they're pirating there *in name* of the VA.
Although some groups of the VA have been known to hunt M3G4 and friends.

In addition to what Gafton said, I'd like to add that the accuser doesn't even know who's in the Venal Alliance (as per his original quote):
"As such, I am asking people who despise the Alliance to list the corps that are signed members of the VA."
So how can he say his friend was podded by the Venal Alliance in the first place?

Its obvious that people did not read my original post properly. I did not say it was me who was podded. Nor did I say that I knew the gentleman that was. All I have said is that after reading these news threads that I would not be taking up any of the offers made to me by Venal Alliance member Corps. I never accused Venal of podding me and only sited incidents that have been reported by other Eve citizens here on these threads. But it is typical of the Venal Alliance to read into things what they willàand is not unexpected.

How can you say you know what is 'typical' of the Alliance? You don't even know who we are.
The thing is, the incidents that you are using as your 'case' against VA, are as entirely baseless as your own claims.
I'm still of the opinion that you and Galen are related. Or one of you does the writing and talking for the pair of you..

Donaldson is a fine writer, and one might almost say an Eve visionary in the matter of the Jovian question?
That said, I do still have an awfully soft spot for another writer of ancient earth named Mcloud ... the "Star Fraction" is most inspirational.

Chandra, though Ctaesis didnt have much luck, I do seem to recall you repeatedly running from me whenever I came calling. Not only that I remember at least 3 instances where TTI showed up with a couple cruisers and you turned tail and sprinted for the nearest station to dock/goto bed.

Tolstoy you are not the only one seeing Chandra run like a scared rat.. A Caldari force in Lonetrek engaged the Tank/Chandra team a few times in Aurohunen and Chandra ran while Tank took the pounding and then ran.
(OK a few times Chandra ran and we took the pounding from Tank)

Good Sir, I am uncertain as to why you would think that you would recieve a warm welcome in Venal. Tis a known thing that Venal welcomes not others with open arms. Indeed you should assume that anyone in EVE is hostile until they prove otherwise. It would be wise to think of the various alliances as having you KOS while in their various domains.
