They hold a third of space. They are arrogant and abusive. They bully everyone they feel like both on- and off-line. They make money for completely zero risk - which risk they force on every single HS miner or ratter. Nothing captures the essence of the Goon mentality better than the image of the leader. A bully of the worst sort, a drunk, a waste of space.

Saddest part, this is obviously ok with CCP personnel, yet another bunch of uncivilized, uneducated individuals, who value alcohol consumption more than character, manners and the low. Good news is that they start to realize that something's got to be done about Goons.

I do not intend to financially support anyone who I do not believe in what he or she is doing. I certainly do not believe in TEST; hell, their own members even don't believe in themselves and their corp. Yes TEST have an opportunity to put an end to the flow of crap called Goons, but there's nothing telling me that

But really one must not necessarily know them first hand to see the obvious. It's the result of actions (goons' or anyone else's) that matter, and not whether they are "cool" and "nice guys" or not.

Someone once said, "you judge a tree by the fruit it bears", but this for Goons is a minor detail which they choose to selectively ignore.

High sec miners, don't forget to buy a mining permit. At 10 mil isk a year it's a great way to say, "I condone the bots in this game and support James 315 in ridding them out of the game."

I think the highsec players have been reading too many conspiracy theories surrounding 'goons' being 'EEEEVIL!', It's good fun though, even flying through empire in a shuttle I get "OMG LOOK OUT IT'S A GOON!" in local chat, in a 1.0 system...
