Competitors who can't be bothered to stock up in advance of Burn Jita, or sell Macks instead of fly them during ice interdictions. ISK is created by explosions. It's also worth pointing out that as a carebear, I can't be bothered to schlep out to the provinces to build those fancy circus-sized flying penises that you folks enjoy so much. All I want is fleet upon fleet of subcaps exploding, death to all of the other carebears, and continued business from the terrible, teeming, timorous Goonswarm et al. ISK is created by explosions. Go create some more ISK for me, sport.

For one, it wouldn't happen: TEST grew under Goonswarm's wing; the average TEST member is not very different from the average Goon. TEST contributed a ton of numbers to 2012's Burn Jita, and even in 2013, despite no longer being within Goonswarm's sphere. The thought that a high-sec carebear has any more love for TEST than they do for Goonswarm is balderdash. But let's set all of that aside and imagine that high-sec bankrolls TEST, and with their allies, they crush the CFC. Goonswarm and their allies would not cease to exist. Some alliances might dissolve, but their members would join other nullsec alliances, likely the ones that took their space. Many of them will continue to suicide gank in high-sec, only under a different alliance tag. You also can't get bankrolled by such a large number of benefactors in secret, giving Goonswarm the best narrative to grief the carebears that directly funded their enemies. It doesn't help that they already hold contempt against high-sec carebears. ISK would not be a problem for them, simply because as the OP says, high-sec is the land of ISK - they can fund lol-ganking by ganking haulers. Goonswarm might not have the ISK to fund large events like Burn Jita, but nothing would stop a wealthy TEST from funding their own. So, with that in mind, why would high-sec carebears fund TEST?
