~~ Oberon Corporation to regain ownership of the outpost in 16P-PX ~~
[G] Alliance and Oberon Incorporated announced today that they have reached an agreement to transfer ownership of the conquered Outpost in Esoteria. [G] Alliance respects the hard work Oberon has put into the construction and maintenance of their outpost. As Oberon Incorporation had already left Stain-Alliance, there was no reason for us to further deny Oberon access to what is rightfully theirs. Further details of the agreement will not be made public, but it has been announced that [G] and IRON will have docking rights in 16P-PX and use the Outpost there as a base for their ongoing operations in the region. [G] and IRON are still dedicated to keep the south free and secure for the southerners.
[G] and IRON want to clarify that Esoteria is not in any way under ASCN control. The claim of ASCN representatives earlier this weekend to make Esoteria an "Protectorate" is founded on wishful thinking, not on political or military power. We are appalled by the way ASCN tried to pit mutliple Alliances and Factions against each other to further their goal of acquiring Esoteria for themselves. Recent actions on behalf of ASCN leadership have made it unavoidable for [G] and IRON to cancel all former agreements with them. Senior [G] representatives stated that "ASCN as an entity will be dealt with."

Im so confused about all this politics. I dont got a clue whats going on anymore in EVE atm.. I tought G, IRON as allied with ASCN, and that ASCN had attack SA and wanna take Esoteria.. I suggest after this EVE war whoever that is still alive win or losses sit down and talk so once again peeps know who is who and who controls what. atm its all srewed up hehe.

So uhmm... the gist is, Oberon is allowing G+Iron use their outpost as base from which they can attack Oberon's recent allies and whoever else... in exchange for getting ownership of said outpost back..? o.O;

Sweet! This is gonna be the best month ever. On Thanksgiving, I'm going to be thankful for IRON/G!

IRON/G cleaned up SA. ASCN said "ok thanks, now out you go and we'll claim the spoils of victory and say we did the fighting!"
I haven't seen a single ASCN pilot fire a missile this entire war. If they've done anything at all it was somewhere far away from us. The fact that you thought ASCN was attacking SA and conquering terrority is a testiment to the fact that their propaganda seems to be working - people are already getting the impression that they are conquering southern territory.
If they actually *did* bring troops in and conquered territory, I'd be right there to pat them on the back for a job-well-done. But the fact of the matter is that ASCN was trying to play G/IRON, and G/IRON apparantly ain't cool with that :-)

Oberon's only statement regarding this is gonna be:
I wish people stopped posting on our behalf without talking to us. This has happened twice already this weekend.
The thread starter is not in Oberon Incorporated so he can't, in any way, represent our interests.
Only messages coming from an Oberon Incorporated character can be taken as Oberon Incorporated statements.
Oberon Incorporated wishes for its assets to contribute to the stability of the area, not to serve as forward bases for aggression of any kind. Anyone who thinks otherwise is mistaken.
