Due to an all out assault by Jovian forces, SA call for help from all of EVE.
Today a full fleet of Jovians has entered Stain (about 10 we understand). These renegades are trying to hide in the system. They are heavily armed and will not only fight to the death, but have made it known they will destroy anything in their path.
We have tried to hold them back, but it is useless. SA call upon all brave enough to come and help. Those willing to fight the Jovians û and are in good standing with SA - will be allowed free passage until this curse is eradicated.
You should know that while the rewards may be high in defeating the Jovians, you stand to lose your ships and equipment. Only come if you are prepared to lose all for the Empire.
While we welcome reinforcements to our home during this crisis, we ask you to respect the alliance, and not to mine while you are there. We will consider mining a hostile act against the alliance, and will also attack any Corp member that has a negative rating with SA.

I would like to request an official pass to watch, I cannot assist as I have never had the need to fly anything other than a frigate, but I am very interested to see what happens. I will respeact your alliances rules as I do The State's.

I may come down a little later ocne I have my Apoc fully outfitted. Till then my alt will be there taking video footage of any ensuing battles =)
and lol, yeah that 'no mining' restriction is sure to cost you a lot of help. Bist grows back, your bships won't as quickly. If I were you, I'd forget the bist and just open Stain until the Jove are dealt with.

You will be welcome Trapline. However, be aware that we are getting reports that the large Pirate Corps are moving to choke points into Stain.
Any Pirates will be destoyed in Stain as it is our policy to keep the region safe for all those with good intentions.

PFFFF "we ask u not to mine as it is an act of aggression"  that is exactly why id like to see the jovians WIPE U LOT OUT! and proably why the jovians picked that spot as there base of operations the stain alliance has cut off normal gameplay for too long :) so i think bb is in order

I would of considerd helping, if i didn't get kicked out everytime I try to do some hunting in stain. I hope they do kill you, than maybe I can acualy go to stain.

Yes, be aware that this will certainly attract the interest of pirate corps. While these are Kill On Sight inside Stain, watch out for them in Catch and other regions on the way to Stain.
And to those of you who flame us (not in a roleplaying way) for calling on help. Consider the possibility that CCP might want us to allow more than just Stain members to be able to take part in this event...

i am truely in two minds over this....
For three months Stain would actively eject me... kill me or pod me for being in 'their' lands - now they want assistance from one and all, just so they can get rid of their problem, and then enforce their boundary once again.....
hmmm, should we help?
Perhaps if they opened stain to one and all... then that might make of a benefit to those of us going to the slaughter to save the stained ones.

when are you going to catch on that this post being in RP is basically that stain alliance do not wish to prevent or attempt to prevent the majotiy of ganmers from missing out on the first player event.
We have not even found a jove ship yet so who knows wether they easy to kill or not.
