Many of my corp members have been doing a frig wars competition and no yet has a setup to beat a kestrel.
The owner has 3mil+ missile skill points though others have similar in guns but as yet noone can defeat it.
Any ideas using any frig but everything must be tech 1.

You'll need to give me some more info before I can help you. Rockets/Standars? Dual web? AB/MWD?

He is using light missiles firing at range he has damage mods and shield tank stuff
Carries both lights and FOF maybe has an AB not sure.
All equuipment is allowed except tech 2

us "insert EW frigg of choise" (atleest 3 midslots)
fitt a small cap batery, a caldari jammer, and a webby + autocannons/blasters/puls lasers/rocket launcher. what ever :P

280mm gank rifter? fit long-range ammo + a sensor booster, afterburner, armour rep and a nano or something.
It's been a long time since I've flown a rifter so I'm not sure if that'll fit or not.
You either need to engage at range, or try and kill as many of his missile with defenders.

incursus with blasters and caldari jammer(fof°s sux and take time to load) and incurus with blasters do round 100DPS

Try a Breacher.
Oh, you want something to beat the missile frigate and not simply beat a Kestrel.
Try a sniping Rifter, or perhaps a frigate with range bonuses like a Condor or Merlin. Or look into a drone frigate.

Breacher fitted with 3 standard and FULL SPEED!
u ll go at 2.5 k/s and his missiles will hit u for 20 dmgs..... fit in a small shield booster and u r done!

If he's using light missiles, its really easy--just do more damage than him. Get a caldari jammer, howies on a rifter perhaps, and you'll absolutely shred him. Get a plate for extra fun.

FoF's go for the closest hostile, right?
if so, maybe a vigil with a jammer and light drones to stop the FoF's from getting you?

As above has said, sensor dampeners. FoF missiles can not hit targets outside targeting range, with 0 range no hits.
