Nope,
Not here.
imo the only ones that do are
1) People who value SP more than playing the game
2) Character farmers.

nope - max lvl 4. I know some who have all leraning skills maxed - but i have other interests then only learning - like in real life

Yep all but presence - mainly because away on business a lot and could not work out what direction I wanted to go!!

lvl 5 in all, including the charisma one... And like 1 year into the 3 years it will take to get a real benefit. :D below 30% of my skillpoints are in learning now. But still, big investment.

All learning skills maxed - even chariism one... and i dont value skillpoints more than playing the game, nor i am character farmer... But when i wnt skill to be trained fast, it is trained fast... And it looks nice on character sheet when entire training group is trained to lvl5 :)

haven't yet, but thought about it for Perc. My attributes made a LOT more sense before tech II ships and guns :(

did it just for perc.
the time is gained back already, and i'm still training gunnery/spaceship most of the time...
atm i wish i had done the willp as well way back, then i had time to do it, now i don't since i'm needed to fly dreads asap ...

Yep - all 11 skills at level 5 here - 5,376,000SP played since a few weeks after retail release ... my learning SP is not much of my total at all ... total in excess of 38 mil now
I am neither of the "people types" you state ... but I agree with the person who said when I want to train a skill, it trains fast which means I gain benefit from it quicker than many.
And if they start to bring in skills which need these (some or all) at level 5 then I shall reap the benefits even more.

I checked to see if lvl clarity would do me any good, so I set up my skill list for all the skill I was for sure to learn that had perception in them, and it came to about 250 days. To learn lvl 5 perception would take me about 15 days and with the skill I would just save about 13 days, not counting in the 15 days I have already used to learn clarity lvl 5. In other words.....i didnt do it.
If people wanna do them, let them. I dont see any wrong in it.

stopped at 4 here, wanted to get some new ships before i finish it off, will finish off the skills i need for assault frigs then go back and take them to 5.
learning is still the biggest ammount of skill points on my skills list thou

All 11 to max, and I'm no SP>all or farmer, so I'll thank you not to project your opinions onto the rest of us Deja. I trained the advanced to V during a busy RL period, so I didn't even notice the time really.

I have all learning skills at level 5 even though i'm fairly new to Eve (december 2004). Reason for that is purely psycological. I simply fell in love with Eve and realized i'll be playing this game for years to come given its complexity, free form structure and the exclusion of 'exp grind' and 'phatz camping' factors. I simply could not sleep at night knowing that i'm not training my skills at the maximum speed possible.
Sooner or later people will have to train these skills and as people before me have mentioned the sooner you train them the more you will gain.

I stopped at lv4 advanced, except for cha (which is still at basic lv2) going to up char to the same level eventually.
I figured it was easier to get +1 more form an implant that spend 15 days on each.

Meh, look at the maths. It does not make much sense to me because the payback is so long.
Sure you train a skill faster now. But if you had trained skill "x" instead of empathy V you would have had skill "x" ages ago (if that makes any sense).
