So how about you tell me why people weren't playing good samaritans beforehand, hm? because then we could never have extracted 10 pages of entertainment from it?

You may have said this but: a) according to CCP's character transfer rules only the person who owns the character can pay the transfer fee. Whether or not you say that the other person will is irrelevant; CCP's rules are clear that it is YOU who will pay the fee. b) asking for isk so that YOU can afford to pay YOUR fee is asking for isk FOR YOU. c) whether you say the isk you receive is a donation, a loan, or a purchase really makes no difference. These are just the words you choose to describe it and your descriptions do not determine reality. It's up to CCP to determine what those words actually mean. They, apparently, have good reasons for banning character transfer scams. I would be somewhat surprised if those good reasons do not apply in any case where the seller says the character is free but requires a fixed donation (i.e. is not actually free at all). There are two types of EVE player: those who believe there are two types of EVE player and those who do not.

All I see are requests for third parties, requests for a move to character bazaar, an agreement (pre scam) from OP and others that this falls under forum scam rules, ect.
