Today i extented my account with a gamecard.. i got bored and started to bite the card...
As the process went on... my gc got all bitten apart... but then
suddenly without a warning my throat started to BURN.
HELL YEAH it's burning!! and it hurts, i cannot drink more water.. been drinking water for the last 2 hours.
Yes i am an idiot and my gc is not labled as DO NOT EAT :o
I feel so bad :(

Just in case people are wondering, same thing goes for drinking petrol or eating glass. It isn't clever and it'll only make you feel a bit off colour. Then again, if you are from the USA, you can sue if they didn't write "DO NOT EAT THIS" on the card. Good luck with that.

To further avoid such tragics, i have take it upon me to inform the Eve-players about potential dangers of gamecards:
Do not eat them.
Do not try to liquify and drink them.
Do not use them as Shurikens.
Do not use them for anal probing.
Do not use them to poke in eyes.
Do not burn them and inhale the fumes.
Do not insert them into electric circuits.
Do not use them as bait for sharks.
Do not pay your drugs with them.
Do not keep them in your underwear.
We are still in progress of tracking down more dangers, but this acute case has made us go forward with our current results. May these warnings save future lives

I always thought it was stupid that the labels DO NOT EAT were written on the dessicant packages that come in shoeboxes/electronics etc.. I guess now those labels do make sense. Technically you can probably SUE for health damages since there was no warning on the card. But I think this only works in the US since all lawsuits get paid, no matter how stupid it is.

Well, technically, those are the same dessicant packets they put in dried foodstuffs, such as jerky and dried fruit. Manufacturers are concerned that people might thing it is part of the foodstuff, and eat it, and since many plants produce dessicant packages for multiple purposes, they find it is simply cheaper to print the warning label on everything, than it is to shut down the machine, reset it to not print the warning, print out a warningless batch, and then go through the trouble of making sure the blank packets don't get shipped to food manufacturers by mistake.
It is economies of scale, really.
