It is normal and usual that people have to choose the type of relationship to theyr neighbours, eighter its good or bad.
but you prefered not just to see us as your enemies, justifying this action by some false reason, you didnt even tell us about your decision and started shooting our pilots, who were still considering you friendly.
well, it seems that lies and sneak attacks are becomming normal thing in the south, but this rule doesnt apply to us. we are now informing you officially that our standings towards ascn have been adjusted accordingly.

I informed several of your memebrs & directors of standings changes almost 2 weeks ago.
It has also been posted at www.celestial-horizon.net/standings.htm which can also be viewed in my Bio.
We changed our standings to SE for the following reasons. 1) Your memebrs began flying with G gangs 2) Your memebrs were shooting at ASCN & our allies in the south. 3) Your memebrs "declared war" on KOS, an ASCN friendly Alliance that never did anything to SE but refuse to be your mining slaves in Omist.
It would be real easy for SE to become friendly to ASCN again. 1) Stop shooting SA, ASCN, & KOS. 2) Start shooting G/IROn and their 10,000 slave corps.
Another options is. 1) Stay out of ASCN territory, you have no reason to be their anyway.
I have no hard feelings to SE ATM and this issue could be easily fixed if we can agree on terms.

KOS was formed when we were half through the Mass refinery, few corps jumped SA and came up with an alliance to claim sovereignty. Actually i thought we were doing you a favor since your favourites BE used to be a frequent guest to KOS stations when they controlled them.
I'm going to let somebody from G to comment on G+SE combined gangs. nt anyway Also it doesn't look like Shifu is asking how to become friendly with ascn, he simply states that you were set to '-', i just hope it means a lot of focused shooting ___________ If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us again. No but what Shifu was trying to do was make it look as though ASCN had undertaken some blue on blue shooting or had otherwise "backstabbed" SE (and just because I used the B word is not an inviation for a hundred and one OMG ASCN WTFBACKSTABBER NBSI!!!11 posts )
SE started flying with G gangs and shooting ASCN pilots (presumably there is some sort of anti-SA deal/understanding going on I dont know and I dont care)
By please dont try to paint us as the bad guys here (especially after you were so grateful to us for staying out of the SA/SE conflcit not so long ago)
kthxbye

Don't trust anything SE say they invaded Omist while KOS were weak and forming the alliance when the guys split from SA. The alliance what is KOS was in Omist long before SE when SA/MASS was in charge.
And SE wonder why KOS try to regain the area from these invaders. I say beware ASCN. If they can invade Omist who will they go for next? ASCN territory I guess....
They have more interests supporting G than they have ASCN don't trust the backstabbers....
Help KOS out for gods sake and they'll help you out ASCN.

Creamster, as someone I found to be a fun apponent and always respectful I would like to ask you an honest question, why SE is attacking KOS in the first place because going from the XB press release http://oldforums.eveonline.com/?a=topic&threadID=237366 in which Shifu clearly states
Quote:
to Stain inhabitants: our corporation hasnÆt initiated the war, we just fought back after being fired upon. We hold no grudge against you. We ask everybody who wants peace to leave a warzone which is Stain. If you leave Stain-Alliance we promise to aggress you no further.
KOS left SA as requested and setup home in omist (a region that SE didnt have before the SE/SA war) and now find that you continue to attack them after you saying you wouldnt, they moved out of contested space and actually took over Mass space, if as Shifu say's in the press release that the whole SE/SA confict was down to Mass where he also stated
Quote:
WeÆre committed to fight Mass and supporters to the end, donÆt be fooled by their propagande, weÆll show no weakness or mercy. Consider yourself warned. Stain must be Mass-free.=-
Surely KOS did you a favour by taking Mass teritory and now they find you shooting them, looks like SE going back on thier word to me.

I got a few words to say about this, even though I'm not down there anymore, I was when this whole situation started to evolve.
First of CYVOK get a real dude, u must be out of your mind or really arrogant to stay all that stuff. SE and G/IRON worked together to kill SA and MASS, u stated your neutrality around the time the conflict started, and now you'r telling SE not to shoot on SA/MASS and their lil sister alliance KOS. The SE vs SA/KOS war is none of your bussiness, if it is, it clearly shows that you're not a man whose word one can trust.
When we (ADGA) took one of the stations in Omist, it was rather suprising to see who could all dock, MASS + their alt corps, UDIE (which shows that ASCN doesnt even know whats going on in their backyard), and various other corps. We didnt wanted to be FA v2.0 so we cut the taxes (which MASS had put) in half and told the locals and KOS to contact one of our diplomats if they have a problem with this, to see what happens. In the duration we stayed in SE after that, no talks took place and KOS started to put up POS' without any warning and tried to take the stations over.
Afaik, SE has no interest in ASCN (hell, SE even did u a favor by cutting off UDIE from Omist), your conlfict with G/IRON was none of our interest, and I know Shifu wouldnt make such a statement if it wasnt you attacking first. He would inform ASCN before shooting on them, because he doesnt play the game to make power politics like Mr. CYVOK here but simply to PvP and have some fun on the battlefield.

Doesnt change the fact that MASS and other SA corps had docking rights (there were even some clone contracts), we simply wanted to cut you off your economical resources. That wouldnt have happened (or ensured) if we asked KOS to remove those rights, they would deny that they even exist, why trust ex-SA corps. I rather pity KOS, not that they cant put up a fight and defend them selves but because they are cought in the middle of a conflict that doesnt really concerns them.
Anyway I kindly ask you to drop this, as the topic at hand is actually about SE and CYVOKs rather funny ultimatom.

KOS defend their home, plain and simple. Their home is Omist, most of them lived in that region for quite a while and are tied to it. KOS formed up a few days before the weekend SE showed up and started taking Omist stations, at that time SE moved in with G assisting with a 100+ ship fleet to take Omist. KOS being still in its infancy was no match and had to succeed to SE at that time while they gathered their thoughts and supplies. Now what you have in that region is the result which is the region in dispute with KOS looking slightly in the advantage owning 2/3 of the stations there. I am no longer affiliated with KOS, but I was there for the beginning and agree with a post above that its a pity KOS got in the middle of a war that didnt concern them. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed my time there, met some good people and some honorable enemies. There was a little smack in local from SE and other invaders like NBSI, SMASH, BE, etc. but nothing compared to some stuff I get when venturing up north. Anyway, i butted in on this topic enough, have fun to SE and ASCN.

We launched our attack on Omist about 4 days before KOS was formed. On november 11th we shot Mass Refinery's shield down to 5% and logged for the night, KoS + neutrals showed up and finished it off. So the next day we had to take it from KoS, meanwhile our alliance leaders worked out a peaceful solution which was: we own the stations, they do whatever they want in omist, mutual +10 standings, love and a 5% refine tax. Let me tell you, they started mining like crazy
This lasted for about a week, then KoS broke the agreement and launched a well-planned pos attack. So in reality they attacked us not the other way around, we're just fighting back. In fact Shifu was true to his word, as we nap'ed a brand new alliance made of ex-SA asap, and it was up to them to become hostiles.
When ASCN closed its borders and actually shot down a couple of our pilots (hello, we're +7.5 and just have to travel thru ascn territory to omist) we played by the rules : everybody was told to not fight back when fired upon on ascn territory as we hoped to gain our travel rights back. This letter is open because Cyvok refused to have a diplomatic discussion in-game not only once but several times. His stance was pretty clear but we had to be sure since ASCN had been a friend of SE for a long time.

Lets not forget to mention being locked out of stations just because pantera put up a few POS to mine at moons with (not enough to claim sovernty) after indicating this is the reason it was put up. That reason wasnt good enough for SE and thus it took about 18 hours before we could obtain docking rights again. This being done we decided it smart to NOT rely on another alliance to give us what they promised.....no im not in KOS any longer, i give SE the most respect out of all my enemies. but Creamy your not right in your statement that SE was there before KOS was formed. In fact your fleet was negotiation while inroute to Omist with Demogod. Those are the simple facts. ________________________________________

- Thursday Nov. 17, 2005 ( Thanksgiving day) - KOS attacks 6t3 station. - Soban Places POS structures in the system to be used as a forward fire base for the upcoming hostilites and to secure sovereignty.
Friday Nov. 18, 2005 û Sunday Nov. 27, 2005
- Fighting among SE and KOS continue for control of 6t3 with occassional interferences from Burn Eden. Resulting in SE regaining 6t3 once. - KOS meets thedragoon. - Tachyon Combined aquires thedragoon from BE for pvp training and fleet command for KOS against SE. - Smash alliance Members of Rome are spotted using Z-7 Factory. - KOS assumes Smash to be working with SE and are labled KOS by K.O.S. - Z-7 and then D2E fall from the hands of SE to KOS forces. - SE dreadnaught is cornered in z-7. Supersafe found by KOS with a few battleships and haulers and tons of Cans thru the hard work of TCT members. The dread consensoral field (sp) was located and destroyed. - A vow of vengence from Creamster is noted in the eve-online forums. - SE is not seen for about a week and thought to have moved on.
Wednesday Nov. 30, 2005 - SE freighter is spotted headed to Omist. And docking in an RA station. - Effort to thrawt the freighter leads to the destruction of 7 ravens running into a NBSI fleet in Tennerifis. - OOPS Thursday Dec. 1, 2005 - SE haulers are seen in z-7à Later moving to D2E anchoring 51% of the moons there. - Effort to contact SE and convo with our alliance president to come to peace terms with SE were halted when SE Said they would leave if we did the following. - Disband as an alliance. - Give them 20 billion isk. - Shifu of Xenobytes made the above demands. - KOS offered to allow SE docking rights to rebuild and exist in Omist under our terms. Meaning no pvp strikes against targets such as their enemies who might have docking rights. Stations would remain under the control of KOS. Even enjoying the same tax rate on refines at D2E. Friday December 2, 2005 - Fighting continues. - D2E falls due to sovereignty and lack of PVP pilots who were destroyed in the conflict with NBSI. (Which btw was an accident, both forces were surprised)

That is how it unfolded, up to today.
SE did in fact aggress upon KOS. SE acted upon flawed intelligence. Whether or not we were SA at the time or not. Since no open dialect was opened between the 2 fleets aside from Creamys bullshyt demands and accusations. War will continue. KOS will not leave Omist. We will keep fighting and fighting until we all have nothing left. Which should be quite a while. And if we lose it all we will make more and return in a larger force to reclaim what has been our home region for the better part of a year for some. Longer in fact for others.
We need Alliances and Corporations who are willing to assist who do not want to see the over aggressive SE mentality to succeed to gain an ounce of power in the south.
SE has been spotted in hodrold ganking people venturing in to 0.0 and it is believed RA is mining POS fuel to fuel their efforts in Omist.

Edited by: Creamster on 09/12/2005 21:44:00 Don't lock it yet Plazma made an effort to write a long reply, not very correct but good enough for now. Putting up 3 pos'es when we had 2 in the system with a station is very hostile no matter how you explain it. And if those pos'es were meant for mining why did you fit them with multiple turrets but not mining arrays. You gotta be kidding me if you really think i'm buying this. In fact your attack that followed proved me right because you had all the necessary equipment and fuel to build a lot of well-armed pos'es in no time. I wish we hadn't bought your lies and kept our stations locked. Also I'm not buying this 'kos was unofficially formed long before SE attack' bs. I saw you shooting the remaining 5% of mass refinery thats it. And KOS creation date was 2001.11.11 01.07.00 not 10th of november like you said. You simply draw a big red kos mark on your own forehead with your actions, now you just have to back up the crap you were spamming in local or leave.

YOU my friend are just trying to cover your butt with your friends by denying the fact that your actions against this alliance "locking us out" etc is what lead to the conflict.

thought i'd throw my 2 cents in here
when SE began their invasion on what they belived to be still SA space not realising that a new alliance had been formed by he residents that was put there by SA to guard the area.
After a while, the ceo's of the guardian corps that were in omist got together to discuss forming a new alliance as we were unhappy with some decisions put foward to us.
As soon as the alliance was formed we then find oursleves with SE moving in indy's, bs and pos equipment. we then agree terms with this hostile action brought forward to us. Yes they may have reduced refine tax but made it back by jacking up factory and researching slot rental.
After a short while of having to live like this we decided we had enough, we fought back, by moving in pos equipment, ships, modules. we killed some, we lost some and all that crap.
anyways my brains fried right now. thinking hurts
be back in-game over christmas, ill look forward to coming back and killing a few
much love

Other than that, yes we were AEOS before SE showed up and only managed to form the Alliance as KOS later on due to lack of someone to form it. So you see, we were split off from SA before you came down here and annoyed us and we will continue to fight back against you until we either have nothing left or you are forced out.

OOC> this forum is for in character aka Role playing posts only. the other forum is for speaking as i am now.
IC>indeed there was an unofficial alliance formed at least around August called AEOS (a** end of space) and did have its own website/forum as well as a channel. Then when SA was formed the AEOS corps joined SA, they then split of (i dont know the timing of this so i will not comment exactly when..though they had split of before i heard of SE attacks on Omist)and eventualy formed KOS again im unsure if the timing of this _____

If Woodlouse states that there were no G involced in SE gangs, I believe that he believes it to be so. That unfortunately doesn't neccesarily make it true. We've already witnessed other actions taken by other G corps without knowledge of the full G high command it seems (the BoB log for instance).

*edit* oc this isnt the 100 ship fleet that assisted, just a G gank fleet that passed though, just thought id make sure you knew G have been around omist and do have the instas for the region :)
I remember a G frig fleet passing through Tenerifis a while ago but that was like AT LEAST 1 month and a half ago... I think it was before their main offensive against SA so they prolly went down to Omist to spank a few SA guys. (so yeah, i think it was before KOS and Se fighting for stations) Well, my memory ain't the best.
A frig fleet ain't really something you can consider as a fleet you know... It's a light force you send to gank a few ships and it's extremly mobile... that fleet spent like 10 minutes in dz6 in Tenerifis looking for some MWA, still I didn't consider this as G "being" in Tenerifis, rather just passing through.
so... if that screenshot is from that frig fleet i'm talking about... I don't find this very releavant: that G move had nothing to do with supporting SE.
In all honesty (I'm telling this although I shoot at SE) I doubt there is any real linkage between SE and G ^^
Dear friendly customer... Can I have your money ?

ò At first, sorry for my poor english... ò At second, Stain Empire isn't same Stain Empire that was in the beginning... That's a key for understaning of us. ò At third - it's a beatiful times for us - war times... We got a KOS status from SA/ASCN/Lotka Volterra/TRIBE and official wars with KOS/[5]. Are you really thought that you can win us? Forget about that... ò Who are us? Small Slovian-German alliance that called Stain Empire or First Eve Reich. We call each other True Fighters and we are always got what we want, does not matter about time, does not matter about ISK. ---------------------------------------------------- Parteigenosse, Dalilah, Sturmfnhrer of Xenobytes Stain Empire

Then I ask why G-Alliance docked at SE stations to get a repair?
I saw them the other day out here and they were talking german about repairing at an SE station. They talked in german and I talked to them and made sure they are linked to each other: They came of an ASCN attack in r97 which is written in the chatlog after that convo.
[ 2005.12.24 12:26:35 ] EVE System > Channel changed to 1I6F-9 Local Channel
<some german talk here in between. whoever needs full chatlog, convo me ingame>

translated:
me: since when is G-Alliance helping SE? liquidism: oh, I was stupid. liquidism: still a jump to go me: you are blue to me liquidism: for some time now liquidism: since we attacked SA
I still have the chatlog in my capture folder whoever wants it. so please, noone try and tell me that SE and G are NOT linked. Don't get me wrong, I know G-Alliance doesn't shoot us and I hope it stays like this, but I cannot leave the argument untouched that G and SE aren't linked to each other in some kinda way.
Oh, and Shifu, to your initiating post on this thread I ask you. Would you allow "friendly" neighbours to help your enemies without interfering if you got the power to do so? You're playing around and twisting the truth. Which won't help you in this matter. How could someone trust your word? x x x x x x x x x x x x x x

Edited by: Khirzan Wolfson on 01/01/2006 05:48:23 As I have been away from Eve since mid-december due to a long-needed vacation to my family's home, I have missed what has happened in the past 2 weeks, however I can easily say that while Xenobytes are wonderful adversaries in space, it was weeks before any other SE corp ventured into Omist. AND without a doubt, whether you believe it or not, the KOS alliance was forming not just one day before SE scouted the region, but rather many days and weeks before....you think people would just randomly start an alliance claiming a region in 0.0? what the **** are you smokin? ...But I am not here to flame. In fact one of the things I appreciate is that overall the smacktalk in local and flamage has been low and both sides seem to be trying to remain professional. I DO, however, want it understood that in no way was KOS at fault for the current situation in Omist.
I even remember hearing first-hand that SE came to Omist only to war with SA....yet when notified that SA no longer claimed Omist, and it was Annexed by KOS...SE could not take it and thus felt that pickin' on the new guys on the block would suffice! Anyways, I look forward to podding SE folks next week when I return to eve...until then, I hope you sweat in your sleep!
[EDIT:] And yes....when SE first came down and proclaimed that warring with KOS instead of SA would be fine, they told us of their 100+ man G alliance blob that was moving down to Omist to back them up. It was later learned that this blob was the blob that staged a certain surprise attack ASCN while G was blue...whether the G fleet was ever intended to come to Omist remains unknown, but given our scouts saw the blob moving through ASCN space towards Omist...of course we thought they were moving in on us!
