i have also noticed sound issues like those mentioned previously. sound effects cutting off prematurely...i have a SB audigy 2, on an nforce2 chipset based mobo

Isn't upgrades only affect turrets? and not the heatsinks/gyros etc?? ---------------------------------------

Experienced several of the already posted and new bugs
1. Invisible ships attacked me - I know this is an old bug but yesterday a corpmate and me got attacked by 2 invisible ravishers. After 5 mins (approx) they appeared and we could fight them. couldnt even warp out of the belt or move away --> lag?
2. Instant CTD while warping or approach of belt
3. My corpmate wasnt able to login after CTD ... took him 15 mins and approx 12 tries ... Had to guard his ship in the meanwhile for his cruiser didnt disappear the whole 15 mins in a 0.0 belt.

Galante Trade Skill doesnt give bonus. I sold Iso to 4 different NPC Corps. No Bonus.
Get stuck at gate when shooting pirates while in AP.
Cant start private chat with friends that are online. Says they are off line but they are on.
Defender Missles are bugged bad still. They attack shooter and or Gang members they also wait till incoming missle is right on top of me before attacking it. Pirates defenders seem to be working fine.
Sunday with over 5000 players online masive CTDs all over game. As the server load dropped so did the CTDs. Also noticed some sound issues prior to CTDs while mining. Sound would stutter for 2-3 mins and then bam CTD.
Baker Nunn graphic sticks on after module is taken offline.
Just to name a few from the last 2 days.

Dragging a stack of items into a ships hold with insufficient space for the full stack prompts you with a dialog showing the max you can drop into that hold as the number already stated. If you do this to any container it gives you some annoying error dialog about not enough space. If you SHIFT+Drag stack it seems to work correctly if that container is in a hanger or in a cargo hold. If the container is floating in space it prompts you with the full stack total, not the ammount that will fit in the destination. I would advice this should work like ship holds and not require holding down shift to perform.
Can't stack items in a container if there isn't the space. Doesn't seem to work like a ships hold, where even if full you can stack items. It just complains that the container has not enough room.
Rounding errors with inserting goods into containers. This patch introduced. Could add multiple different types of minerals into a container, and still fill it. Now it seems the more types you have the less you can insert. Total Capacity - (Different Items * 0.01). All minerals are 0.01 should fit. Still doesn't and complains that there is only 0.01 space, and you can't insert 0.01 of items.
Containers seem to display two capacities. One of 490, and the other of the true capacity. I think there is a little confusion over some of the information on the Show Info for containers, and could be better worded.
Cargo containers (jetisoned ones) once openned will never refresh their contents display if you aren't the owner of the jetisoned container, until you have Jumped/Docked and come back and reopen it.
Modules still seem to lock in an on-mode, and won't be turned off unless you run out of capacitor. High and Medium Module slots.
Strange one. Sometimes right-clicking on a weapon doesn't display the reload menu option. Will try to look more into this.

Autopilot does seem to drop lots. Especially if you are doing a regular route. From Source to Dest, back to Source. Rinse and repeat. Many issues occur. Yellow autopilot route markers do seem to not display in some systems.
Crashes to desktop are increased in frequency over previous patch.
If you are playing on a modem and the connection is dropped. Sometimes this crashes the game completely, others it brings up the login screen with a dialog with an error message about that.
If you try to operate a mining laser on an NPC pirate, or any non-asteroid because it is the current target you get [Number of Lasers] x Dialog Boxes saying you can't do this. All boxes require the mouse to click OK, as someone mentioned DEFAULT option on the OK button doesn't work. All these dialogs are MODAL! Means you can't interact with the rest of the client AT ALL! Please please please make them normal windows so it doesn't prevent me moving, shooting, activating a module. (This obviously affects mouse interaction, some keyboard keys still work). Why not just make this an on-screen message like the one about manually disabling afterburners. Comes up like a combat message and doesn't interfer with game play.
Modal Dialog/Loading boxes in space: These really really really can come at a very bad time. Please make them non-modal, and if in a fight minimised, or stuck in some corner, not central to the screen.
NPC Pirates still lock-unlock (move away again), lock-unlock (move away), lock-unlock you if you are alone mining in a belt. 50% chance they will attack you. Instant you deploy a drone, they are all over you, or more to the point all over the drone, and some might still attack you. Something about solo-target still being an issue I feel. Introduced in 1128, still here.
Lag really is very very much worse. Playing on a modem its pretty noticable when the lag situation changes, and it has gotten far worse in recent patches, this one in particular.
Sales fee charged by stations isn't obvious or very clear. Might be good for goods sold to have one transaction entry crediting the account, and the Sales Fee taken by the NPC station as a debit transaction, so people can work out they are being charged a little easier then just having different entries in Journal/Transactions.

Understand this is to fix a number of exploits but please be consistent and either make "Warp Drive Active" only appear after the turn to the target has finished or allow a manual over ride to stop warping in this situation, dont want to stop warping once Im actually moving but this is terrible for Indys in belts and at stations now 
Or you could improve the avoidance code for manouvering around objects I suppose but guess that would be a slightly larger job

normaly blood arch reavers do damage from like what 20km? last time i was hunting 2 of them did full damage from like 50km almost lost my maller they warped jammed and webefied me. ________________________________________________

After I downloaded and installed the 1165 patch I can no longer connect to any EVE server. I have downloaded the full 934-1165 patch and the 1128-1165 patch. Ive reinstalled 3 times using both patches. I still cant connect, It says server down, or im behind a fire wall, or wrong port or ISP ( how do i fix the port settings and ISP). I dont have a firewall loaded, unless Crappy Windows XP Pro has one I dont know of. Running windows XP pro<updated> P4 2.4 GHz, 1 gig DDR ram, GF FX 5200 128 meg <updated> Audigy 2 sound <updated> v90-92 internal modem. HELLLLP I dont want to stop playing lol. But if I cant get help it dont make sense in paying for something I cant play.

well, as i said, IN THIS PATCH the weapon upgrades skill effects the older upgrade modules, but not the newer ones. true, the description doesnt say its bonus goes to weapon upgrade modules...but it does...for some modules. i just want CCP to make up their mind here. this skill will benefit my severely cpu deprived armageddon (with elec 5 and weap upgrades 4 i still SEVERELY lack cpu) if its bonus works for these newer upgrade modules like it does for the older, yet still available, types.

Whenever I repair my drones they are repaired in the station. However, when I use these drones in space it shows that they are damaged, and when I dock they need to be repaired.
It took me 3 outings before I noticed that the enemies werent damaging my drones, they were just gimped.

I also repair my drones in station; just to have them show up as damaged when I deploy them in space again.
Tried repackaging, but even that does not help.

Some drones also cost money to repair, and these repairs are forgotten (recommend you look into what you fixed to fix the repairs-of-ships forgotten issue). Other drones like harvesters cost nothing at all to fix.
Inviting someone to gang: When you invite someone to gang, and they accept, all your windows reset as if you had ALT+ENTERED to change window mode. You need to resize all that have remained, and some windows even seem to get closed. (Edit: I run almost always in windows mode)
Corp window (and some others) is always closed when you jump. Please don't close them, we had them open for a reason :)
Drones windows: When drones are deployed, and you resize the window, when you scoop them and then deploy drones again, the window is always reset to the same size, and NOT the size it was previously resized too. It only allows for 2.5 drones to be visible in its default form.
Log Window Open: If you have the log window open and NOT minimized, the game graphics seem to stutter on the refresh, as if adding an entry line(s) to the log window is forcing a full screen re-paint. Surely this isn't needed and shouldn't be that bad an impact? Would be nice to press a key to start the logging also, and that key activate logging to a file until pressed off by the player. Useful analysis information.
Graphic stutter when you try to restore (bgin back up) some minimised windows, like the drone bay and sometimes cargo hold.
Set New Password on secure containers: This, and many other dialog boxes recently, have a very very very silly tab order. This actually sets the Confirm Password as the first you can enter something into, and then the New Password, and then the Current Password. It isn't a long one to check the tab orders of dialogs, and it really would make a lot more sense to people.
Containers(Secure mostly, but standard to a degree also): Seems to be a rather big delay in openning these items to display their contents.
Containers: Unable to rename them to help identify them in your hold.
Containers: Can't multi-select and Open all at once. This really could be a useful option.
Trade Window: Indeed you still can't drag-drop multiselected items into the trade window. Also when someone offers money, the display is hard to read as it doesn't format the ammount: 1000000 isn't exactly easily clear as to the value in such a small font, it would be better formated in thousands. Sometimes in windows mode the MONEY: label that preceeds the amount offered gets over-writen by the value, so you can't actually read what the value is people are offering you.

Submitting bugs: I really really really would appreciate a list of the bugs I have submitted when I go to submit another one. Being a Dev myself I already know that 3 people submitting the same bug under slightly different wording is just additional bug-reports for me to read through, when perhaps I am already aware.
Like the current petition situation, I can see you getting overloaded with duplicate-like bug reports, and I don't want to be a cause of that. I would really appreciate seeing the ones I have submitted, and not having to keep my own log so as to not re-submit another just because I have forgotten I already submitted an issue on that one :)

Stuck/Snared: This seems to get you snared/stuck (which ever your preference is, same basic issue) on any object.
I have been snared by Drones, Cargo Containers (Secure, non, and jetisoned), other ships, asteroids, any object in space that you might get too close to the object-boxing.
It doens't always stop you completely, but travelling at 1m/s is basically the same as stopped still.

Frame rate gets progressively worse as the game goes along. I was playing on a XP 1700 512 PC 2700 DDR GF4200 SB Audigy 1
but i blew my Psu (wups)
So i'm now playing on a XP2600 512 pc 2700 DDR Radeon 9000 on board sound.
I noticed this a bit on my 1700, but only a bit, when i first logged in on the 2600 the frame rate stutters slightly, and it has got progressivly worse as time has gone past. Now it is really bad and is chugging along this used to only effect me in stations, but now it is happening in space. Also i have lagged out on the 2600 many many times. I am using the same internet connection with both computers _______________________________________________ Ahaahhhh you didn't count on my loyal army of Prostitutes did you? |

Well after doing a system Restore to 2 days before the patch 1165 and my windows update which i did at same time. I found that to be part of the problem it was iether the windows update or the virus i got with it listed below. so if others have a prob like i did, i hope the info i provide here is useful. thanks for yalls help, sarcastic or no.
scan for this virus or use ya file finder to look "msblast.exe" it will be in your windows/system32 folder. you need to goto http://securityresponse1.symantec.com/sarc/sarc.nsf/html/w32.blaster.worm.removal.tool.html to get the necessary program to get rid of it. it messes with your internet connections and is a nasty lil bugger.

In beta I had a Celeron 500mhz and Geforce256 and it was playable. with several people in a belt mining.
I run a xp2200 and a ati 9700 pro now and when 3+ people are in the belt it lags. If they use drones, it's horrible. ---------------------------------------

- Local chat still bleeds.
- Switching between your ships is sometimes not possible. Appeared in this patch. Requires a relog to fix.
- Station view sometimes doesnt show people docked in the same station. Relog fixes this.
- People getting derelict. Relogging fixes this. These people also has a red color next to their name in corp chat, as if they were logged off.
- Having trade channel open causes the game to run slower and slower until you are forced to relog. Acts like a memory leak...?
- Ganging people makes their currently active modules stuck. Reproducable all the time.
- Closing the gang window doesnt mean you are actually leaving the gang. If someone asks you to join a new gang after this, it doesnt work. You first have to click on a player and select Leave Gang for the new gang to be possible. Reproducable all the time.
These are just a few of the things Ive gotten quite used to soo far. But of course the CTD thing is the most important so far. Seems to happen with sensor boosters mostly.

I would really like a feature for each item which says "reackage" - like the trash feature. It is a pain going into repairshop to repackage when you have to do 50 items
Also I have lost 2 Shield Hardeners when my package was broken and they just dissapeared. happended on day of patch.

Seems that with bigger ships, whilst leaving stations, you can on some station models be seemingly bounced from wall-to-wall for no apparent reason.
You are exiting normally, in a straight line, and all of a sudden it decides its bounced off one wall, onto the opposite wall, and continues the bouncing. Sometimes this seems to put the ship into a stuck/snared situation where you can't maneuver out of it.
Pretty difficult to determine a cause when you haven't changed direction or anything other then pressed the Undock from station chevrons.

Also, came to think of another bug:
- The skills which is supposed to increase the yield of mining drones doesnt seem to work. This is quite important, as it would make it possible to get more than 1 bistot per mining drone if the skill worked correctly.
