The old 1128 thread is available here.
This thread will be sticky for the duration of 1165 being on the live server. Feel free to copy across any issues from a previous compilation list that stll apply (and you have encountered).
This isn't an alternative to putting in a good bug report (which we very much appreciate, especially when they have images + logs and dump files), but more a general list of issues for everyone, maintained voluntarily by users.
For today (patch day)
Please sent an .lbw and a .dmp for all CTDs with 1165 to [email protected]
We want to get them as fresh as possible so bypassing formal bug reporting is appreciated today. -- Hellmar (later on in this thread)

CTD - During battle with 1165. Happened just as my Tempest was destroying a Rupture, right at the moment the guy was going to his pod.

Sound is broken badly in this patch. Gun sounds, Stargate sounds, and others cut off in the middle or play at a much lower volume with a "tinny" tone. Kind of an echo. Big change from last night.

Hmm, I just lost items while trading to someone. Was trading a ton of stuff but much didn't show up in the trade window... thought it was just a bug and traded anyway but he didn't get the stuff that didn't show. And no, they did not drop back into items, they vanished.
Dunno if it has to do with 1165, though.
Your 425mm Prototype I Gauss Gun perfectly strikes some nublar, wrecking for 1155.0 damage. |

Ecchus... (And guys who this is directed toward you know who you are) The official company line is that any problems with hardware is officially your fault. The Patch is not responsible for any hardware issues. I don't know how many times I have seen this line used on other patches but you would have to physically be sitting next to a GM and be his best friend in the world... and EVEN THEN... there might be a chance he would not believe you..... I know this type of response isn't a bug of the patch but it is a bug of the system...  From Ashes to Ashes... From Dust to Dust....

Appears that the stuck in station bug is still there. Filed a petition on it but just wanted to mention it here. Sadly, I just went BP shopping to pick up all the new stuff wanting to get an early jump on the sales. Alas, guy with all the blueprints is stuck at our station with our labs and factories. Don't think it can get worse than that. Well so much for first to market...this will be a costly stuck in station day. :-(

Just bought a Giant Secure Container, only problem is theres no Password Protection option, so its basicaly just one big container that anyone can put their mucky hands in :(

Getting alot of CTD's too, me and my corpmate are both flying Megathrons and we don't get the CTD's when going with a Shuttle, seems like it's related to the Megathrons --- Your 425mm Compressed Coil Gun I perfectly strikes Guristas Conquistador, wrecking for 969.6 damage. |

If you refresh the contents of antother players can in space, it won't refresh. Let's say I have 20 piles of ore, and stack them all. If i have a friend look at the can before and and after the stack, nothing changes for him. Even if I remove all but 1 unit, it still says full unstacked can to him. This is a pain to indy pilots who come to take ore, but the view is all screwed up.
EDIT: I know my posts are bugs that were there before, but we should still make them known because they still exsist. ---------------------------------------

Just incase no one knows CTD s are still happening. QUESTION < WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO THE CTD FIXES COS THEY AINT FIXED ,and im sick to death of having to sit in a station because im unable to risk loseing my ship becasuse of ctd s ,and before u shout its my system i have done every dam thing u people have suggested all upto date drivers bios motherboard drivers graphics card direct x9b . and still ctd . a really angry CUSTOMER

Stacking Ore in a Can:
I went to stack ore in a can in space and it said there wasn't enough room to do it. How can there not be enough room if the ore is already in the can? Had to remove almost 1000 units of omber just to be able to stack the items in the can. ---------------------------------------

CTDs can happen for a number of reasons due to a number of problems. Fixing some of the problems won't nessecarily fix the rest of them. Try and find the crash dump files that correspond to the CTD in the logs directory, and send them to ccp directly, as Hellmar asked for. Hopefully this should result in the problem being fixed as soon as possible.

Bugs found:
2mwd + lif = 100m/s gain, same negative effects and this bug exists after jumping
So jump > 100m/s > large cap drain > less shields, less cap.
CTD increased: 4 and counting

Ok i hardly Never used to CTD other than when all these ECM crap are used on me.. I logged in after this patch today and i have crashed at least 15 times within 10 minutes, i am flying a Megathron

Found the cause maybe: Cant put on modules: Ditrigonal Thermal barrier or Prototype sensor booster 1 on while jumping. __________________________

For some reason I too have lost 7 total attribute points! I don't recall if this is my starting stats, but I lost a total of 7 points.
EDIT: My only guess is Laerning Skills are now bugged and do not work. Not sure about "Learning" skill itself.

Yeah it appears that a lot of players are seeing their attributes back to creation level. The learning skills bonuses doesn't show, but it seems that they are still taken in account to calculate skill learning time...

I couldn't see any items in my ship cargo hold, even undocking, redocking and relogging didn't make them appear again.
Relogging that character AFTER downtime did seem to make the items reappear, so bare with it Valeria. It might remedy after DT :(
Please note: Those both actually happened in the last 1128 build on live, so perhaps just showing its face again here.

My attributes are normal but everytime i undock and fly a bit in my megathron i ctd. So i am not going to play EVE untill this is fixed.. As im a pirate i can't risk flying around coz i,ll CTD and die :\

Thanks Ruffles. You know what, after the person I traded with relogged, the items that were lost had somehow ended up in his cargo hold, of a ship he was not using... strange, but atleast they turned out okay.

Updated my Nvidia drivers to the newest and have the latest Directx...

I have not had one CTD with this patch. Cant seem to warp to moons though, says must be over 150km blah blah, and I am at 6000km or more cos the warp to from the scanner seems to send me miles off course. Also invisible stations until I get within 12km of it.

I just want to confirm the audio glitches that Ecchus mentioned. Since the patch today some sound effects cut off prematurely, so far I've noticed this with the sound made when jumping through a gate and the sound a small hull repairer makes when active. I had no problems before this patch. I'm using a SB Audigy Platinum EX and notice Ecchus also has an Audigy family card so may be a problem with these cards. All drivers on my system are upto date including the sound card and seeing as it all worked fine until the patch today I don't see it as being a driver/hardware problem. |

The Minmatar shuttle is invisible when docked at station. When I activate the shuttle everything behaves OK, except I cannot see the it. I can for example right-click on this invisible shuttle and open cargo bay... all other ships are ok and visible, shuttle is the exception. When I undock, everything is ok, in space it is visible.

definatly was NOT a display bug.
I was training Battleship lvl 2, it said 6.5 hours before patch, then not much later after the reboot, it went to 1. And my points came back. ---------------------------------------

Found a Tachyon Beam BP on teh market and cannot buy it. You click buy in the final screen and nothing happens. No market update, no buy, nothing.
So I figure, heck, I'll place a buy order. Same thing... won't take it.

Buying a Tachyon Beam Laser BP doesn't complete. Money is not taken from the wallet and the BP is not placed in your hangar. Happens wether you buy at the station or in a region. Tested in Genesis and Domain. When you try again to buy it, you get a message that another quick buy window is already open.
Your 280mm 'Scout' Artillery I perfectly strikes Sansha's Scavenger, wrecking for 264.3 damage.

Getting stuck in station bug isn't fix. I got stuck early this morning about an hour of so after reset. Was moved to another system. After the reset I came back to station and got stuck again. It's Baviasi IX - Moon 2 - Ishukone. Prior to this batch out entire corp has never been stuck at this station. Now multiple corpmates our stuck there.
Sadly, this is our main lab/factory station so today I have a nice set of new blueprints that I've yet to be able to deliver to our science and builder guys. Very sad, many corpmates can't play because of this.

This has been around since day one, and now because we can't use modules in warp, WE ARE SCREWED. If you get stuck, how do you unstick?
You can't. Why do we still have bugs from day 1??? I don't get it!
EDIT: I don't mean blank screen stuck, but when you hit warp near an object, it says WARPING, but you only move at 10 m/s for up to 5 minutes. All the while you can be pounded.

yes to deactivate mwd and afterburners in warp is a bad move we lost in the beginning a few cruisers with stuck on roids and now we maybe loose Battleships becouse we can not unstuck with a boost from our burners not a really good choice from ccp if i am stuck in a belt in .0 sys in warp and 4 or 5 little pirates will kill my battleship i think i will be very angry but maybe this saves me money then

Thanks DerRaucher for pointing that out. I did fix the problem (I deleted cache and was unstuck we I relogged). Priceless! No I can play with my new blueprints. Sorry for sounding so grumpy before but you know how us kids are when we can't play with our new toys!

I dont know if it was brought up yet but my scanner isnt working in battle and i lost a ship due to it. As soon as I was in my pod and the battle was over the scanner poped up just fine.

Loot tables are completely hosed. Most low-end pirates (less than 5k bounties) drop much better loot than 40k-50k pirates. The big pirates typically drop a single item and it is usually a civilian or basic item. The high-end NPC pirate hunters in my corp are about to quit.

When setting a destination to another system, only the current system shows the 'yellow gate' for reference.
All next systems do not show the 'yellow gate'. Feature lost since 1128. Not life-threatening, but annoying nontheless.
And my housemate lost a Cruiser when setting it up to lend it to a Corp mate through a Courier mission.

lost an indy too and then a GM told me that I should've read thew bugreports and so on when doing things for the first time, but anyways, you have to SEARCH a name if u want to restrict the courier mission to him, just entering doesn't work and makes the mission available for everybody

Adding to what has been previously, the stuck next to stn/roid is a real problem. We need either to be able to start afterburners in warp or be able to manually drop from warp.
Clipping of sound effects as mentioned.
I noticed last night, bad lag when dropping out of warp at gates where pirate npc's were waiting. Slightly annoying, but does give the player a warning that trouble is ahead.

When passing on capacity through an energy transfer device (whilst mining) - if you target the roid by accident and not your gang member youve targeted and fire off the device the charger tries to charge the roid - if you try and cancel the charge the device stays red and targeted at the roid - when i untarget the roid the device still stays red and is unable to be used on my fighting npc gang member to replace the cap he is using to fight - i have to relog to get back the ability to use the device not ideal when your the team lead support.

I got the infinite repeating "Entering Space" box after using a jump gate. Nothing makes the box go away (I let it run for about 5 minutes while I smoked), then I hit escape and got the black screen. Here's hoping my ship is still there when my petition goes through. I really liked it.

Missile icons are continuing on after a missile is destroyed before impacting a ship (e.g. hitting a roid) The icon then travels on at a slower speed and if it hits your ship does the same damage and recoil as the missile would have (although sometimes less damage)

Invulnerability pre warp and after warp gone ?? I warp to a gate 0.4 sec system, when I emerge (sys loaded) 3 2000 isk NPC pirates have me locked and half my shield is gone... ?? Thought it was lagg, but then a corp m8 told me he lost a Frigate after warping away from an asteroid field he was scanning, got stuck on roid, NPC pirate spawn, they killed him sloooooooow, since he was in warp and stuck he could just watch ??
Also heard more ppl have this happen to them!
+ Logg out is now 20 sec ?? (ship dissapearses after 20 sec when logging out)
I love this game! But this is... well very annoying, Huge OPs and proggression is now on hold for my corp... Im getting dizzy spinning in our HQ :P

Well as the pages and pages of complaints roll in within a day of the patch we see more of the wonderful CCP work and a reassurance to why my subscription wont be renewed after this month, maybe i'll come back before my 6 months is up but when I'm paying my own and 2 other people accounts we dont want to waste time/money and just end up not being able to play because repeated stupid crap

Attacking anything at a gate will lock you out, even a container. You should only be locked out for attacking players.

This patch is the worst yet.
These are the bugs/problems I've come across so far, all reported by other people;
Stargate/Weapon sounds messed up with SB Live 5.1, although other soundcard users also report it
Getting stuck while trying to warp (often when near an object/being shot at) and not being able to use modules to do a damn thing to help yourself out
Lag is worse than I have ever seen it
In short, it blows. The best thing in it is the ability to trash items, apart from that, it seems they have broken more things than fixed them

It would seem that ships are gone about 20sec after logout, must be a response to all the dam people complaining about CTD's and System reboots and lag and finding out they are floating in a capsule or dead when they get back in?!? rare smart move on their part, but somehow i think the fubared aggression system comes into play, like the jump/dock delay time?!?
Just noticed that the nice trash it.. feature is next to show info and there is no confirm on it?!? that wont have good effects.. also a long annoyance that shoudl be addressed for the right-click drone menu when they are in space scoop to cargo and done bay are next to each other and in a rush are hard is hard to get them to the right spot..

Cannot re-load crystals on energy weapons in space by right clicking and choosing the new crystal. You can drag and drop from the cargo hold on your ship but that is a pain in the butt.
Why are we still coming out of warp 20-50 km away from objects when other times we come out of warp on top of the target? Just makes no sense whatsoever.

I just loaded a radio into my mod beam so it might just be your gun, what gun is it? and what ship? I have had no issues with this yet.

I seem to have started experiencing sound problems as well as of last night, with some of the same issues as described above - sounds being clipped or not playing at all.
This is happening using the nForce 2 sound system, latest drivers installed... maybe it's not a Soundblaster only issue?

Bought a couple Huge Secure cargo containers only to find that tey don't have password locks on them. Also, not sure if this is a bug, but it's dang annoying. If I try to drag a stack of something to the containers, and the stack is more than the container can hold, it won't break the stack. just says theres not enough room. Makes em pretty useless.
Also getting the Sound clipping bugs others have reported, using an Audigy 2 platinum, drivers updated.

Password thing is bad, but the stacking thing is normal, or had been.. dont drap it to stack the item drap it into your cargo and it will display the split window with the max u can hold to fill ur cargo... then once it in there right click ur cargo space and stack all..
in relation to containers in 1128 i got an error trying to stack all in a floating container, havent tried it now, probably same thing, i assume because its a remote container and not actually under ur possesion
Just noticed alot of problems with sound... I hate sounds most of the time, rather listen to Winamp.. so i have Audio disabled in my prefs for all 3 copies of Eve I run...

EDIT: More bestower wierdness. I undocked my bestower and the screen opens to me warping int eh middles of no where. No station, no undocking, just me coming out of warp.

1 - When I have locked target and I fly outside my ship lock distance it's not possible unlock target anymore
2 - Is not possible anymore get rid off pop-up windows by simply pressing ENTER. It looks like OK button for these modal windows has no default focus
3 - Containers is no possible to rename, may be this isn't a bug, but it was anounced feature and didn't make it in patch.
4 - Huge and Giant secure containers aren't secure because is not possible set paswword.
5 - Sensor booster and few other mid modules causuing on activation insta CTD. It's not sound related bug because sensor booster doesn't produce any sound like hull repairer does. Sensor booster producing graphical effect by emiting ring waves from ship. So I guess it have something to do with DirectX support.
6 - Autopilot going off everytime when I fly around gate or station and someone just appear close to me with splash effect.
7 - Autopilot getting confused and set my starting sector as destination sector which lead in malfunctionality
8 - Map window doesn't open after I first press ESC during map window activating. It's hard to describve but I call it doesn't open again if I first try cancel it by ESC feature.

9 - sticky warp. It's really terrible now start warp in Industrial ship. Without AB is zero chance to unstick ship from obstacle and start warp. Logoff from game for at least three minutes is solution. This bug need to go because I doesn't play for game to stay outside game not to mention in low security no one can leave ship in space it's too danger.

I think someone already mentioned the sound bug (the gate sound being broken). But I noticed that with weapons too. Most of the time sound does not come out.

I have also experience the sound problem (xp pro, sb live player 1024).
Additionally, when sending evemails, a popup alert shows if you try and send over 2000 characters in a mail. However, I have just found that the actual limit is 1000, and it does NOT give an alert if you are over this.

Amarr shuttle won't display for me when I dock at any station. There's simply no ship there. I'm running a Geforce 4 MX420 with drivers version 6.13.10.4109.

After being ingame for a while and making several jumps/dockings, the header for Character's Names, Corporations and ships vanishes. In the case of Characters, both the sec. rating as well as the red bounty info is missing (on those known felons) Reboot will fix this, but docking/jumping appears to bring it on.
Sound for Audigy2 now is sporadic for combat noises. The BANG for when someone jumps in close to you is still nicely audible and clear. |

... Sensor booster definitely used to produce a sound in addition to the 'ring' gfx. If it doesn't anymore this might be an effect of the sound system being bugged. (or, like the news say, it now usues incorrect sound format and causes ctd's)

CCP, make it so that when ships are "rubbing" against stations and roids while warp drives are engaged, ships will go through them or at least be able to use MWD/AB's during those times.

This is an odd one, an annoyance, really: Making an item drop of crystals into someone's hangar won't show the crystals as being there. I can drop all sorts of other equipment and ammo into the same hold and watch it all appear there okay, but the picture of the crystals just disappears.
The individual can open their hold and see the crystal as being there, but I can't. When I close their hold and reopen it the crystal won't show until the individual moves it (i.e. mounts it to a laser, then removes it and puts it back into the hold).
Also, was attempting to do a jump at a gate and lost the server node. I relogged and my ship, the jump gates, the gate's guns and the billboard all were missing from the screen. NPC pirates and containers were still in the area but I didn't note any symbols for planets, asteroid belts, etc. Just for the hell of it I clicked on my autopilot (it had been set for autojump) and the jump sequence commenced.
My ship (et al) reappeared after the jump was completed.
I'm also getting the odd 'stuck on' mid-slot device in the game. It seems to happen more on the centre device than any other (I'm in a Thorax with three mid slots). As usual warping in and out will stop it.
Also had a buddy who got that odd pulsing blue/pink bubble (webified/warp scrambled?) from a npc pirate attack. It wouldn't go away, even after he logged out and back into the game. It looked comical and dragged his ship into the dirt.

I thought the Cap bug was supposed to fixed in this patch? Mine now seems worse than ever with some real weirdness. When I'm travelling, I come out of warp, put on MWD and speed to a gate and jump. Seems to be after I've done this a few times, my cap whilst in warp has to drain to 0 before charging back up again, only to repeat the process next time I go into warp.
Anyone else had this problem

Experienced several of the already posted and new bugs
1. Invisible ships attacked me - I know this is an old bug but yesterday a corpmate and me got attacked by 2 invisible ravishers. After 5 mins (approx) they appeared and we could fight them. couldnt even warp out of the belt or move away --> lag?
2. Instant CTD while warping or approach of belt
3. My corpmate wasnt able to login after CTD ... took him 15 mins and approx 12 tries ... Had to guard his ship in the meanwhile for his cruiser didnt disappear the whole 15 mins in a 0.0 belt.

Galante Trade Skill doesnt give bonus. I sold Iso to 4 different NPC Corps. No Bonus.
Get stuck at gate when shooting pirates while in AP.
Cant start private chat with friends that are online. Says they are off line but they are on.
Defender Missles are bugged bad still. They attack shooter and or Gang members they also wait till incoming missle is right on top of me before attacking it. Pirates defenders seem to be working fine.
Sunday with over 5000 players online masive CTDs all over game. As the server load dropped so did the CTDs. Also noticed some sound issues prior to CTDs while mining. Sound would stutter for 2-3 mins and then bam CTD.
Baker Nunn graphic sticks on after module is taken offline.
Just to name a few from the last 2 days.

Dragging a stack of items into a ships hold with insufficient space for the full stack prompts you with a dialog showing the max you can drop into that hold as the number already stated. If you do this to any container it gives you some annoying error dialog about not enough space. If you SHIFT+Drag stack it seems to work correctly if that container is in a hanger or in a cargo hold. If the container is floating in space it prompts you with the full stack total, not the ammount that will fit in the destination. I would advice this should work like ship holds and not require holding down shift to perform.
Can't stack items in a container if there isn't the space. Doesn't seem to work like a ships hold, where even if full you can stack items. It just complains that the container has not enough room.
Rounding errors with inserting goods into containers. This patch introduced. Could add multiple different types of minerals into a container, and still fill it. Now it seems the more types you have the less you can insert. Total Capacity - (Different Items * 0.01). All minerals are 0.01 should fit. Still doesn't and complains that there is only 0.01 space, and you can't insert 0.01 of items.
Containers seem to display two capacities. One of 490, and the other of the true capacity. I think there is a little confusion over some of the information on the Show Info for containers, and could be better worded.
Cargo containers (jetisoned ones) once openned will never refresh their contents display if you aren't the owner of the jetisoned container, until you have Jumped/Docked and come back and reopen it.
Modules still seem to lock in an on-mode, and won't be turned off unless you run out of capacitor. High and Medium Module slots.
Strange one. Sometimes right-clicking on a weapon doesn't display the reload menu option. Will try to look more into this.

Autopilot does seem to drop lots. Especially if you are doing a regular route. From Source to Dest, back to Source. Rinse and repeat. Many issues occur. Yellow autopilot route markers do seem to not display in some systems.
Crashes to desktop are increased in frequency over previous patch.
If you are playing on a modem and the connection is dropped. Sometimes this crashes the game completely, others it brings up the login screen with a dialog with an error message about that.
If you try to operate a mining laser on an NPC pirate, or any non-asteroid because it is the current target you get [Number of Lasers] x Dialog Boxes saying you can't do this. All boxes require the mouse to click OK, as someone mentioned DEFAULT option on the OK button doesn't work. All these dialogs are MODAL! Means you can't interact with the rest of the client AT ALL! Please please please make them normal windows so it doesn't prevent me moving, shooting, activating a module. (This obviously affects mouse interaction, some keyboard keys still work). Why not just make this an on-screen message like the one about manually disabling afterburners. Comes up like a combat message and doesn't interfer with game play.
Modal Dialog/Loading boxes in space: These really really really can come at a very bad time. Please make them non-modal, and if in a fight minimised, or stuck in some corner, not central to the screen.
NPC Pirates still lock-unlock (move away again), lock-unlock (move away), lock-unlock you if you are alone mining in a belt. 50% chance they will attack you. Instant you deploy a drone, they are all over you, or more to the point all over the drone, and some might still attack you. Something about solo-target still being an issue I feel. Introduced in 1128, still here.
Lag really is very very much worse. Playing on a modem its pretty noticable when the lag situation changes, and it has gotten far worse in recent patches, this one in particular.
Sales fee charged by stations isn't obvious or very clear. Might be good for goods sold to have one transaction entry crediting the account, and the Sales Fee taken by the NPC station as a debit transaction, so people can work out they are being charged a little easier then just having different entries in Journal/Transactions.

Understand this is to fix a number of exploits but please be consistent and either make "Warp Drive Active" only appear after the turn to the target has finished or allow a manual over ride to stop warping in this situation, dont want to stop warping once Im actually moving but this is terrible for Indys in belts and at stations now

normaly blood arch reavers do damage from like what 20km? last time i was hunting 2 of them did full damage from like 50km almost lost my maller they warped jammed and webefied me. ________________________________________________

After I downloaded and installed the 1165 patch I can no longer connect to any EVE server. I have downloaded the full 934-1165 patch and the 1128-1165 patch. Ive reinstalled 3 times using both patches. I still cant connect, It says server down, or im behind a fire wall, or wrong port or ISP ( how do i fix the port settings and ISP). I dont have a firewall loaded, unless Crappy Windows XP Pro has one I dont know of. Running windows XP pro<updated> P4 2.4 GHz, 1 gig DDR ram, GF FX 5200 128 meg <updated> Audigy 2 sound <updated> v90-92 internal modem. HELLLLP I dont want to stop playing lol. But if I cant get help it dont make sense in paying for something I cant play.

Isn't upgrades only affect turrets? and not the heatsinks/gyros etc??
well, as i said, IN THIS PATCH the weapon upgrades skill effects the older upgrade modules, but not the newer ones. true, the description doesnt say its bonus goes to weapon upgrade modules...but it does...for some modules. i just want CCP to make up their mind here. this skill will benefit my severely cpu deprived armageddon (with elec 5 and weap upgrades 4 i still SEVERELY lack cpu) if its bonus works for these newer upgrade modules like it does for the older, yet still available, types.

Whenever I repair my drones they are repaired in the station. However, when I use these drones in space it shows that they are damaged, and when I dock they need to be repaired.
It took me 3 outings before I noticed that the enemies werent damaging my drones, they were just gimped.

I also repair my drones in station; just to have them show up as damaged when I deploy them in space again.

Some drones also cost money to repair, and these repairs are forgotten (recommend you look into what you fixed to fix the repairs-of-ships forgotten issue). Other drones like harvesters cost nothing at all to fix.
Inviting someone to gang: When you invite someone to gang, and they accept, all your windows reset as if you had ALT+ENTERED to change window mode. You need to resize all that have remained, and some windows even seem to get closed. (Edit: I run almost always in windows mode)
Corp window (and some others) is always closed when you jump. Please don't close them, we had them open for a reason :)
Drones windows: When drones are deployed, and you resize the window, when you scoop them and then deploy drones again, the window is always reset to the same size, and NOT the size it was previously resized too. It only allows for 2.5 drones to be visible in its default form.
Log Window Open: If you have the log window open and NOT minimized, the game graphics seem to stutter on the refresh, as if adding an entry line(s) to the log window is forcing a full screen re-paint. Surely this isn't needed and shouldn't be that bad an impact? Would be nice to press a key to start the logging also, and that key activate logging to a file until pressed off by the player. Useful analysis information.
Graphic stutter when you try to restore (bgin back up) some minimised windows, like the drone bay and sometimes cargo hold.
Set New Password on secure containers: This, and many other dialog boxes recently, have a very very very silly tab order. This actually sets the Confirm Password as the first you can enter something into, and then the New Password, and then the Current Password. It isn't a long one to check the tab orders of dialogs, and it really would make a lot more sense to people.
Containers(Secure mostly, but standard to a degree also): Seems to be a rather big delay in openning these items to display their contents.
Containers: Unable to rename them to help identify them in your hold.
Containers: Can't multi-select and Open all at once. This really could be a useful option.
Trade Window: Indeed you still can't drag-drop multiselected items into the trade window. Also when someone offers money, the display is hard to read as it doesn't format the ammount: 1000000 isn't exactly easily clear as to the value in such a small font, it would be better formated in thousands. Sometimes in windows mode the MONEY: label that preceeds the amount offered gets over-writen by the value, so you can't actually read what the value is people are offering you.

Submitting bugs: I really really really would appreciate a list of the bugs I have submitted when I go to submit another one. Being a Dev myself I already know that 3 people submitting the same bug under slightly different wording is just additional bug-reports for me to read through, when perhaps I am already aware.
Like the current petition situation, I can see you getting overloaded with duplicate-like bug reports, and I don't want to be a cause of that. I would really appreciate seeing the ones I have submitted, and not having to keep my own log so as to not re-submit another just because I have forgotten I already submitted an issue on that one :)

Stuck/Snared: This seems to get you snared/stuck (which ever your preference is, same basic issue) on any object.
I have been snared by Drones, Cargo Containers (Secure, non, and jetisoned), other ships, asteroids, any object in space that you might get too close to the object-boxing.
It doens't always stop you completely, but travelling at 1m/s is basically the same as stopped still.

Frame rate gets progressively worse as the game goes along. I was playing on a XP 1700 512 PC 2700 DDR GF4200 SB Audigy 1
but i blew my Psu (wups)
So i'm now playing on a XP2600 512 pc 2700 DDR Radeon 9000 on board sound.
I noticed this a bit on my 1700, but only a bit, when i first logged in on the 2600 the frame rate stutters slightly, and it has got progressivly worse as time has gone past. Now it is really bad and is chugging along this used to only effect me in stations, but now it is happening in space. Also i have lagged out on the 2600 many many times. Well after doing a system Restore to 2 days before the patch 1165 and my windows update which i did at same time. I found that to be part of the problem it was iether the windows update or the virus i got with it listed below. so if others have a prob like i did, i hope the info i provide here is useful. thanks for yalls help, sarcastic or no.
scan for this virus or use ya file finder to look "msblast.exe" it will be in your windows/system32 folder. you need to goto http://securityresponse1.symantec.com/sarc/sarc.nsf/html/w32.blaster.worm.removal.tool.html to get the necessary program to get rid of it. it messes with your internet connections and is a nasty lil bugger.

In beta I had a Celeron 500mhz and Geforce256 and it was playable. with several people in a belt mining.
I run a xp2200 and a ati 9700 pro now and when 3+ people are in the belt it lags. If they use drones, it's horrible. ---------------------------------------

- Local chat still bleeds.
- Switching between your ships is sometimes not possible. Appeared in this patch. Requires a relog to fix.
- Station view sometimes doesnt show people docked in the same station. Relog fixes this.
- People getting derelict. Relogging fixes this. These people also has a red color next to their name in corp chat, as if they were logged off.
- Having trade channel open causes the game to run slower and slower until you are forced to relog. Acts like a memory leak...?
- Ganging people makes their currently active modules stuck. Reproducable all the time.
- Closing the gang window doesnt mean you are actually leaving the gang. If someone asks you to join a new gang after this, it doesnt work. You first have to click on a player and select Leave Gang for the new gang to be possible. Reproducable all the time.
These are just a few of the things Ive gotten quite used to soo far. But of course the CTD thing is the most important so far. Seems to happen with sensor boosters mostly.

I would really like a feature for each item which says "reackage" - like the trash feature. It is a pain going into repairshop to repackage when you have to do 50 items
Also I have lost 2 Shield Hardeners when my package was broken and they just dissapeared. happended on day of patch.

Seems that with bigger ships, whilst leaving stations, you can on some station models be seemingly bounced from wall-to-wall for no apparent reason.
You are exiting normally, in a straight line, and all of a sudden it decides its bounced off one wall, onto the opposite wall, and continues the bouncing. Sometimes this seems to put the ship into a stuck/snared situation where you can't maneuver out of it.
Pretty difficult to determine a cause when you haven't changed direction or anything other then pressed the Undock from station chevrons.

- The skills which is supposed to increase the yield of mining drones doesnt seem to work. This is quite important, as it would make it possible to get more than 1 bistot per mining drone if the skill worked correctly.

Some bugs that have been there for a while that I haven't read about:
- if you have your cargo open and put it together with corp/local. Then you view corp and exit a station or jump, it will now always show the cargo so you have to switch back to corp again. Not so fun if you jump many times.
- If you are in a gang and CTD and relogg, you are no longer in gang. This is NOT cool. We were fighting with 30 ships today and had CTD pretty often. It was not fun to miss out of the gang warps because you were kicked out of the Gang.

I didn't want to read through all 7 pages to see what the heck is wrong with this patch but this is what I have so far:
- Drones still don't attack out beyond 15km from the ship, even though I am skilled to have them go to 30km.
- BPs that are researched since the patch do not match what they say they require. I have a level 5 thorax bp that was being researched before I patched with 1165. Even though the stated mineral requirement is lower on paper, the factory still says its a Level 1 mineral eff Thorax BP.
- Production Eff doesn't apply to the mineral ammount either.
- When you assemble multiple ships that are stacked it does not show the reduction when a new ship is created.

More inconsistency than a bug. Seen it mentioned before but it cost me a cruiser.
NPC pirates at stargates. Was being attacked so opened up on them. Sentry guns blew me apart, but didn't fire at the NPC pirates.
I lost my cruiser and I s'pose the pirates are still there sheltering under the sentry guns.
Odd that.

Technically not a bug releated to 1165 or even a bug at all, but still an issue. Gurista Terrorists are way too easy. Give them either railguns or missiles, they are ridiculous as they are... 3 damage avarage at 10km range... noone else see a problem there?

CTD while using Energy Neutralizer I's in PvP.
The CTD's happens to both parties when both players use the neutralizers on each other.
The bug is reproduceable and a bugreport/logserver save has been submitted

Energized Regenerative Plating should supposedly like its non-energized counterpart, increase your total amount of hitpoint (+5% or something). However it does not give any bonuses to armor whatsoever.
All Energized Plating descriptions do not state their increase to resistances.
Autopilot frequently 'gets lost' ie, on board navigation computer tells is to jump to the last system on the jumplist. However this system does not appear yeat (doh) in the current system. Example, going for Osmeden to Stacmon; In Osmeden autopilot tries to warp to the Alente stargate, which of course is never gonna happen. Usually this is solved by manually warping to the correct gate and manually jumping. Nevertheless this is not my idea of an auto-pilot Apparently this coincides with the breakdown or inability to load the starmap. Perhaps this can be looked into?

There are some HEAVY graphic glitchs. Im using a GF4 with latest nvidia drivers but im experiencing some horrible glitchs ate gates (in syndicate zone) and in stations. its like textures overpassing each other creating a "wave" effect. I get this At some gates and at some stations, like navy research places with the rotating arms.
I run a ATI 9700 Pro with curretn drivers.
I think its less of a Glitch and more poor model's. It occurs where 2 meshes meet I think. Not sure how fixable it is. ---------------------------------------

Description of drones is chaotic and it can use some cosmetic/esthetic improvements. For instance Mass appears twice and the second time it appears under the Capacitator heading. Moreover, its shield resistance and damage output are also listed under Capacitator. I suggest moving these to the top of the description and insert a Shield header which is currently also missing. Then again, armor resistances are intermingled with shield resistances (I know I am a freak but it makes descriptions hard to read ;) )
Moving of partial stacks holding SHIFT key appears to be broken too.

Client memory leak!!! The fps falls down gradually during 1-2 hours of continous game play, everything gets laggy and sluggish. CCP, don't you think this issue has been around for tooooo long? There is still not a note that it is being fixed in the coming patch notes.
Set destination bug! Very often, it sets the destination to the system you already are in. Also, you can't open the map with this bug. You have to relog to correct. Surprisingly, there is not a note about this well known issue in the coming patch either Why?!
Fps drops awfully when too many drones around.
Controlled Burst skill?! Is it working or not? Are there other skills that are broken? If so, can they be listed, so we would not have to train them for days only to find out they are not working?
Stacking items bug. Sometimes you can stack items of the same kind, sometimes you can't. I think this also changes depending on their location, i.e. whether they are in your cargohold, personal hangar, corp hangar etc.
Chat window leak, lines overlap, chat flow gets sluggish, very difficult to close windows when there are more than 3 open.
Number of people in the same system does not update properly in the local chat channel tab.
Baby roid issue is still there and not a note about it in the upcoming patch.
Guests list in stations does not update dynamically. You have to click on another tab and back.
Shield hardeners cause lag and drop fps. It also gets very difficult to click on your ship when they are on.
The ability to see items in all Corp hangars broke with this patch and needs to be fixed. You have to do zillions of jumps to see if you have a Corp asset or not.
'Thrash item' command does not work.
