The Network staff are continuing to investigate the network issues. I will post more information as it becomes available. Apologies for extending a premature "no more connectivity issues are expected" announcement.

Looks like modern art if you look at the serverstatus monitor on EVE-World.de

The graph at EVE News is also showing a similar graph. However, our internal server graph is showing a solid curve for our user count, not the jagged one shown at EVE World or EVE News.

Yeah seems to be that this is not a server problem then ;) ____________________ CEO Denial of Service

If you are stuck or unable to log in please clear your cache folder (...ccp\eve\cache) and if you are still unable to log in after that file a stuck petition (from an alt char if needed). A friendly GM will move your character in an attempt to solve the matter. Usually the character is transferred one jump BACK on your travelling route.
Remember that if you lost a ship or feel that you should be reimbursed in any way, file an "OTHER" petition (I know the do not work ingame), but they are located here or simply mail to support/at\eve-online.com They will all end up in the same place as "other" petitions do. ____________________________

Is that really your only solution? It's bad enough you have to do it when your overview miraculously chrashed but then only only need to do it for one character.
Clearing my patch would mean sorting 3000 bms * 5 characters...
edit: It's working again

We got the server guys to take another look. The original problem was network hardware, either on the main backbone connection to the place where TQ is hosted or in our equipment on site. At the massive login of player after everyone got disconnected, one of our proxy servers went into a bad state and caused people to lose connections. The limbo proxy process has been terminated and connections seems to be back to normal now. ------ Valar Quality assurance department CCP games How to write a good bugreport |

Well, obviously I don't know what's going on, but I can say I can connect to the game just fine... However, the first time I did (5 minutes ago), I had no chat channel access (other than local) -- my window with corp, alliance, and a couple other channels (which is separate from local) would simply not appear and I had a message that said "could not connect to specified node" or something (in 6-7 identical windows, with some error code or node number, maybe the numbers were different but I didn't pay attention).
Then I reconnected and almost everything was fine. Market is working, I got chat channel access (although I had to rejoin the ones beside corp and alliance manually). The one problem I can spot right now is that there's someone talking on two of my channels (the same person) that isn't listed in the rightside part of the window where people are normally listed.
I just undocked and am able to fly around and do stuff as normally. I am in Niyabainen by the way.

Really? I don't dare do much more than scan belts or chat from the station for fear of a link dead in the middle of something that could cost me a ship.
5 disconnects in about 30-40 min.

Our servers are hosted in Texas US, i guess not having to go out on the intarweb to fetch your player count helps in a solid graph :D EVEnews |

problems still slower but hapening - im trying to connect to numerous websites un connected to eve and quite a few are down i think we have a bigger internet breakage happening somewhere in the world that could be adding to any small problems CCP is having. Pings have been down across the board - google even timed out for a small period. If its a worm or a big spam wave or what not sure cant even use our corparation forum website.

http://www.collegehumor.com/ is out and google.com has been periodically timing out through the day. Other high traffic sights I vist frequently are responding slowly or timing out. Something strange is going on, but I have only found isoloated reports like this one.

ewll it also seems now that all the non local channels are out - proxy server or node is dead according to message - and a lot of websites are down - could be a worm roaming around causing internet traffic issues.
Something bigger than CCP issues i think - though a good look through the systems from CCPs end cant be a bad thing though - look for any undiscovered *****s etc

There is no need for alarm. There are a few node outages, but nothing out of the ordinary. Check with www.internettrafficreport.com and see if you are in an area experiencing problems, sonofollo.

Far from being fixed:
