Okay so most of people know that I was away from EVE 8 month and now returning, seeing that my agent system is full of people and LOOT THIEVES!
Okay I can live with loot thieves, even bold ones who asks help when you warp away and pirates aggros 'em - BUT there is new "kid on the block" .. HEALERS.
Thats right! There is people in LOGISTIC ships (Basilisk) HEALING ships that I'm supposed to kill for my reward. I'm shocked and in horror to see this kind of behavior. I might even say that people in WoW is more mature 
At least RMR will deal people stealing loot but what about this new harasment "style"??

while immature, ridiculous and pointless, it is pretty funny, and is definitely an original way of griefing

As long as its used against macrominers, fine by me. But using it against other players hunting rats etc. is not cool...

You're saying that ppl in logistics ships are healing the npc's you'r supposed to be killing? oh my That's a new one! CCP should flag these bastards for healing the npc pirates so you can shoot them too!

Yes they should be flagged for healing NPC's that I try to kill to get mission reward 
And for that war, go against whole alliance alone? Yeah right

ffs this game is gonna go the way of ultima online if people start petitioning harrasment on stuff like this.
You want the game so dumbed down to the point where every little thing has some sort of artificial and unrealistic restraints put in re: insta-whack concord etc.
People should stop running to the Devs and GM's all the time when they can take matters into their own hands.
Healing NPC's is a legitimate tactic (and grounds for some good roleplay too). Another legitimate tactic is for the "victim" to seek revenge either by war deccing the healers corp, blowing up the healer if in low sec, or hiring mercenaries to frag his ass.
Filing petions all the time does nothing but get the nerf bat dusted off, and eve dumbed down even further

Let them have some fun. You can always take out a bigger ship and beat those rats even when they are being healed...

Well is ore theft, wardeccing n00bs, stealing loot, using rude words and hell, having a faster ship then someone else because it allows you to reach your destination sooner then the other guy which is just plain griefin'... 
You dont see CCP doing much against any of those

I invite anyone in a healing ship down to Feythabolis one of these days so they can heal one of the rats I'm hunting. Please bring T2 gear, implants, and bookmarks to hidden complexes in your cargohold. Maybe a few thousand megacyte too.

It's not really original, you could do the exact same in EQ.
Please dont remove it but DO flag the healer just like if they were healing a player.
