Hi there,
Not sure where to post this,
After weeks of flying around and searching/testing i can confirm that ccp removed commander and officers spawns from the asteroid belts.
I have killed many many of them last year ( tons of commanders and at least 8 officer spawns) and that was my main isk income.
I know there are many pilots around who are doing the same like me, flying around after DT and checking the belts to find those commander or officer spawns.
Does anyone have any official links about this bad change 
Please post more info if you know anything more than me.

No way :) really, did a test last month, flu trough tons of systems and pass few regions i know what i'm doing. |

Didn't they say they fixed that stupidity of having them spawn after DT,
because it was too easy for all the lowlifes to farm them? |

OK, it's not only after DT, if i choose one region and start flying around, we are talking about lot of asteroid belts and it takes me lot of time to check all the systems, flying with few ships and its not even RARE in comparing to year ago or more, they are vanished from the game, don't know but it sux. If i use a lot of effort and time i could find and kill at least 10 of them per day, now if i use the same or even more effort and fly tru double or even more systems/belts i can't find anything, that's not even close to balance or anything. I really like to sit in the ship and fly around hours by hours days by days and it was something that i really injoyed. Now i need to sit in one system and play with those for my taste boring anomalies. What can i say more |

Mr. Greyscale beside the after DT grind even way afterwards I have yet to see a commander or officer spawn period. Have to admit I haven't seen a domination rat in the belts for a loooooooooong time. Then again, I've only ever seen about two in the belts. Caught one on a gate once.

If it was about flying around, you wouldn't whine about not finding valueable spawns after DT, (or ever)

Dude, you r funny, a liar? why should i lie?, ofc they were a bonus, probably you didn't see Officer spawn ever and you don't know how's the feeling when you find one and you don't know the adrenaline when you going back to your home system tru hostile region with the loot from that spawn. It was a good way of having fun and earning isk. Why should i lie? I like to do that and i've experianced that many many times. So what's bad with that...

Probably a stealth nerf that they want to post about, in case it is bugged they don't want to admit that either.
My experience with ccp is that they will try to keep saying its not bugged even when it clearly is. |

Commander NPCs still spawn in highsec belts although it's fairly rare, had a true sansha commander frigate spawn on me the other day, crap loot though.

Maybe it is you, did you think about that? Maybe they just despawn when you are in system, and spawn somewhere else simply because of you.

I must say I have agree to some extent
It's very very difficult now to find a faction spawn never mind an officer.
And yeah I have spent hours going through belts also.
I understand they shouldn't be just everywhere but they don't seem to be anywhere.
I used to spend a lot of time in stain where true sansha spawns where around now I don't see many at all
So what did you really do CCP through them all in plexes?

I've killed 3 on one character and 4 on another in the last month.
every time I had to go get a ship with a salvager on it because my salvage drones could not salvage the commander wrecks so they're still around. |

I had two Domination spawns in belts just yesterday, roughly about 2 hours apart. Both dropped faction ammo and a dog tag. Yay, because I collect dog tags and they will go nicely in my collection
