No virus, No trojan, no spyware, no addware... Protection is shut offline when playing games. 20-30 FPS.
When entering complex with NPC shooting, my FPS go down 2-4 fps. When I was able to disable turret & specials effects, it was 20-30fps.
Looking at the sun cut 20-30% fps (could be optimise).

Its confusing how random the game seems to run...
CPU - AMD Sempron 2800 Graphics - GeforceFx 5600 (256) RAM - 1g HDD - 160g eide OS - WinXP Home
Directly after the patch and up until about sunday, was getting insane memory leaks, bad fps. I'm assuming one of the hotfixes helped.
FPS - Avg about 30 in space, 40 in station. In battle usually about 20 to 30.
Not great, but works fine.

CPU: AMD 3400+ (s754) Graphics: AGP X800Pro VIVO (with unlocked pipes and X800XT non-PE clocks) Memory: 1GB CAS2 matched pair 2x200GB HDDs (PATA not SATA, pagefile on drive without OS) Soundcard: Soundblaster XFi WinXP Pro SP2
Pre-RMR: Single client gave 140+fps docked and 60-80fps undocked (combat or mining), both clients gave 60fps docked and 30-60fps undocked (combat or mining with all effects)
Post-RMR: 5fps on C-drive client until XFire ingaming messaging turned off (everyone has done this right?), without XFire stats are back up to the above pre-RMR levels.
I'm not saying that every system I fly through is perfect ... a few of the university/starter systems were lagged and only one of those was bad enough to cause me to clear machonet and relog and these don't tend to affect frame rate, just long load time of anything that is server side (system itself or assets). Generally I am not in those systems though and have not experienced lag spikes since the weekend.
Prefs.ini set so each client can use up to 256MB of physical RAM (as suggested in the prefs tweaking thread wherever that is, I'd go for half my physical if I was only running one client). I also sometimes run a streaming program but since I have finally upgraded my CPU I am yet to see this use CPU resources. With all my apps loaded that I use I can get past the amount of physical memory and go over on to page file but I don't experience hard drive thrashing, maybe because the majority of the files are going from C drive to pagefile on D and so not "fumbling about" on the same drive space for a home? I don't know, all I know is that my HDDs are quieter since I moved the pagefile (but then the didn't thrash badly in the first place). Generally only get HDD light now when loading a system I haven't been to before (or have been but not since last clearcache) or I load a character portrait I haven't seen since clear cache.
Not an over the top system in my opinion, graphics card was even second hand off Flea-Bay and was tweaked by myself (V-mod next to try and get those Platinum Edition speeds)

Max is like 25 undocked. And no matter what i do to the settings the FPS does not get worse or better so this is really a program issue. BTW seems to be same FPS pre and post RMR.

FPS Travelling:was 35fps, now 22fps no obvious difference Mining:was 25fps now 15fps. Looks jerky. Pauses briefly every couple of seconds.
Pre RMR I could have two clients running but my machine could only handle one of them being somewhere graphically complex like a belt. This meant I couldn't run one as miner, one as hauler. I'm pretty certain this was due to the 128MB GFX memory. One or other clients would drop to single digit frames and quite often the background would just turn white.
Post RMR I have difficulty running two clients. Even if one is docked and the other travelling the frame rate of both will be poor. I don't think this is a RAM issue but rather something in the new client is taking more CPU or GPU. -- (Battle hardened miner)

What the hell is XFire?
I get ****poor fps atm :s
cpu: Pentium 4 2.8 (overclocked to 3.2) vid card: X800XT PE (AGP) memory: 1 gig HD: 2x 80gig os: Win XP
When running 2 accounts I get 15 and 20 fps in belts. Cpu is running at max at this point so I think thats where the problem lies. Strengthened by the fact that lowering the quality of the graphics has no effect at all. The memory gets flooded as well atm.
I remember having fine fps with my older vid card and unclocked cpu..plus 512megs of memory..EvE is just getting slower and slower..

It's a free game monitor/messaging program ... quite nice and used to work well before RMR ... oh well I never used ingame messages anyway.

full screen 1280*1024 = fps is really dependant on what menus are open
in station 130+ with nothing open, open market wallet, char info and fitting for example drops to 60-80
externally again depends on what i have open but avarage about 45 i would say.
3dmark03 = 13250 3dmark05 = 6150 F.E.A.R @ 1000*800 (can remember exact) 2*AA 8*AF all effects at highest = 45FPS average

I've posten on FPS performance before, but my post got drowned out in all of the hissy fits people were throwing when RMR came round.
I've experienced stutters every second or so, which I noticed coincided to when the overview was re-sorted. When you have a lot of things in your overview, you'll notice the game freezes for a short while, when it re-sorts itself. Turning off the overview solves it. Making it smaller, and thus displaying less items helps too.
Here's my original post on the issue.

Anyway i get 30 at minimum in combat/mining 45-70 flying and 70-100 in station depending on what windows are open.
System is: AMD Athlon Mobile XP 2800+ (running in a desktop yes, lol) 1gb of PC3200 (2x 512, 1 Elixer, 1 Spectre something or other) BFG FX5900XT OC 128mb 8x AGP Soundblaster Audigy 2 ZS 120GB and 80GB ATA133 7200 RPM Maxtor Diamond Max 9's and the best part, a 56k external USB modem that locks up randomly! yay
(now u see why i was drooling with me and my $500 system lol)

Very rarely any lag, although for some reason since RMR the mouse/camera movements feel a bit more sloppy.
Oddly, in large fleet battles, my FPS goes up considerably (like a good 15-20fps) when I hide the UI...

I never really kept track of FPS prior to RMR, but I believe it was always well in excess of 50 FPS (much as 100 even once I think).
Post-RMR I'm usually at a framerate of about 20-30 FPS, sometimes as low as 15. What is noticeable is that the FPS graph shows a kind of 'sawtooth' pattern, with FPS spikes which then gradually go down again only to repeat themselves.
So definitely a serious decrease in performance...

Tips for users that experience fps freezes:
- Update your video drivers AND directx (in this order) - Defragment your harddrive (so windows can find the files faster) - Disable ingame sound cause the sound engine takes a lot of CPU. - Do not use MSN or any other instant messaging client cause they also use DirectX and lag your client.
I've seen systems in here that have 512MB ram, this is NOT enough for EvE, you need at least 1 Gigabyte (which is allmost default with new systems nowadays).
Have fun ;)
Oh my system:
AMD64 754 3000+ (The one with 128kb cache) 2GB Corsair DDR ATI X800PRO 256MB
FPS is around 50-100 in and outside station ;)
