Evesterdam - Amsterdam Eve Online and Dust meetup
When: October 12th, 14:00
Where: A bar in Amsterdam (exact bar to be announced)
Even though there are a LOT of Dutch Eve Online players, it's been years since we had our own meetup. Inspired by CCP Navigator's talk on player gatherings during the Alliance Tournament I have decided to change that and organise Evesterdam!
We'll be taking over a bar for most of the day starting at 14:00 and settle down to swap stories, share some drinks and put a face to the people you may have encountered in Eve Online or Dust 514. Bring a friend, bring your corp or just come by yourself and meet people here - it's all good!

If you're planning to come, please post your attendance in this thread and/or on the Facebook event so we can get an impression of how many people to expect. That way we'll be able to make sure we pick a venue that can hold all of us!

Yeah, I'd suggest The Hague or Rotterdam and involving our spare Dutch from the south. |

Unfortunately I can only organise it in Amsterdam (plus, it wouldn't be Evesterdam anymore). But if/when we do future meets I can keep it in mind. :)

Wish I could make it but you have picked about the worst time for me (or 3 days after the most inconvenient date :P). I hope this is a roaring success and maybe I can make it to a future one

If I aint swampped with work i'll try and attend its close for me to attend plus i know like 10 other eve players who might be interested for a nice night out amongst spacefriends again
I'll drop some invites and see what happens and se if we can rally a nice ammount of people for this, I assume you would want this to be more like a pub hangout thing and maybe later hit a club etc kinda meet up ? |

I'd prefer somewhere a bit more central as well. Perhaps Utrecht? Makes it a LOT easier for all the folks traveling by train.
