I've been planning this setup for a while:
Hi:
5x Heavy Electron Blaster II [Null M]
Med:
10 MN AB II
Best named t1 cap booster [Cap Booster 400]
Best named t1 cap recharger [+18%]
Low:
Med Armor Repper II
Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II
3x Mag Stab
Drones:
5x Hammerhead I
Resists:
EM 70
EXP 30
KIN 50
THE 50
Capacitor:
Full use [guns+ab+repper] runs as along as I have cap boosters [2-3 minutes]
DMG Output [with drones]:
I used quickfit to measure how fast do I shoot myself (my guns vs my tank):
Damage per second on Shield : 250.473
Damage per second on Armor : 172.739
Damage per second on Structure : 345.477
Time to down the shield : 05 sec
Time to down the armor : 11 sec
Time to down the structure : 05 sec
Time to destroy the ship : 20 sec

you guys have it all wrong... for gank at least. (with awu4)

mwd, web, scram
small rep, 2 mag field stabs, rcu, dcu II
5 valkarie or hammerhead II
for tank i use the cookiecutter 1600 plate/ 150 rails/ cap injector setup.

So this wouldn't be good then for ratting in .4 or less in a group:
