I'm done filing petitions just to see them closed without comment and without obvious micro miners dealt with.
When 20 Mackinaws and 5 Iteron Vs do a synchronized ballet dance for 20 hours straight, and when the all have names such as kdhfldsjfhl and fhaghfp0ri and phvoariuvh and they were all formed within the same 15 minute span of time, you can kiss me shiny metal ass if you try and tell me they aren't macros.
CCP knows damn well who they are and is damned happy to have them paying their real world cash every month, to hell with what us real players have to say about the matter.
So, just ignore them. Leave the market to be ****ed. CCP doesnt care because it isnt impacting PvP, and after all, EvE is a PvP game, as far as they are concerned. Industrialists are just extra, expendable income to them.

And yet, as I sit in a belt semi-afk, remote trading in Jita, my hulk pulls in the most ISK/hour it ever has. That tells me the macro mining "problem" is the least severe it's ever been.
The three ice belts in Osmon are pretty epic though.
