The font change is better than it was, but I still prefer the pre-RMR font for both looks and readability. Bit early to comment on the (hopeful) reduction of lag....

The chat windows is still over all the other windows ingame. Like when you want to watch escrows or fit your ship, then you have to minimize all the chat windows, not just klick the mission or fitting window to get it to go over the others like you could pre RMR.

The idea to reverse the Tractor beam BPO price change screwed over a whole lot of people and completely destroyed any faith or trust I had in the Devs.
During my brief time of account maintainance before I go to work I bought a few of the 'cheap' BPs, then went to work. I can't sit on top of the patch notes like an anal retentive and react to changes occuring minutes before the patch is official.
Shall I simply petition this little Dev joke? Or will the BP price be adjusted in the future enough to make holding the few I bought at all worthwhile?
And to think, I only bought 100. What about those who bought 1000? 10000? More?

I find that it does work if you click the bar at the bottom of the fitting window, etc...
Also, there is an option to enable it in the generic settings... Just in case.

Please note that the patch notes are still undergoing additions and changes as Quality Assurance on Red Moon Rising continues. Items recently added to the patch notes will be in italics.

I've noticed that I've gotten increased frame rates. EVE runs noticably smoother now. Thanks for that.

edit - on second look, it changed my Font options back to default. Putting it on Expanded again makes it ok.

This was brought up early last night in a few threads. You tried to get some free isk. It didn't work out. When else would you have EVER bought 100 BPOs of anything?
Buhu?

I think icelanders are used to very different font types than the rest of the world.
- When I hover over a module icon in space, it sometimes still gets a white backround.
- Cant resize the left bar in notepad
- My ingame log wont record
- Ppl that are already logged in are red when I log in (Bugged). Ppl that log in after I logged in, are green (as its supposed to be)
- Ship Icons look strange in ship hangar (pic coming soon)

Also, when you change between chat windows the text gets squeezed up to the left in the window you just opend. It sorts out if you scroll or wait until someone writes something but it is still annyoing as hell.

Is the "choose from the matched names" list when you enter a limited Escrow a new feature? Because I've never seen it before. If so it's a great addition

I like the RMR font because it is extremely sharp. Couple thinkgs like 6/& and ~/- just are issues Trying to get used to this "streched" version. Perhaps it works a bit better at some places.. But you should have re-designed couple of those problematic characters.
Seems running smooth to me sofar.

Edited by: Alaris on 10/01/2006 13:45:03 The font, the font, the font. Expanded is way too wide with spacing between words in chat, seems too big in alot of places, generally don't care for this new font either. Buddy list is the same as before, still broken. No freighter containers, did you guys even bother to program these back in RMR? But at least my avatar is fixed..

Making secure containers show up red in the overview and main screen is bad! When I warp/jump into a system or belt, the first thing I look for is red icons, I need to know whether to target/fight or run away. If my screen is full of red I am at a great disadvantage. This was not broke, why fix it? Sure I can turn them off in the overview, but NOT in the main screen. And, BTW, some of the containers still show up as white, even though they are not from my corp.
THIS IS BAD!

Normal font width is too narrow, expanded font width is too wide
Why not a normal font like the one here on the forums.
