same here, cannot access main page nor the patch page.
get a timed out error.
tracing it shows 100% packet loss at eve-online.com.

I've downloaded 2.10.3863-2.10.3864 and updated my test server directory but now get the following msg;
Unable to connect to 87.237.38.10 on port 26000.
Has Singularity been mirrored so newbies (active account as of 1 dec) can access it?

Yes it has been mirrored in late december, but the problem is that the mirror was at least a month old so accounts from that date would not be able to log in. But that is not the reason why you cannot connect to the IP. You would still see the server as being up, just you would not be able to log in as authorization would fail.
At the moment it seems the server is down for some reason. Valar posted as a sticky a couple of days ago it would be down for a few days while they move hardware to a different floor. I can't find that thread now.
Valar, maybe this thread should be unstickied if the hardware move has not been completed yet. It causes us lowly mortals much confusion.

Is the test server still down? I can't connect no matter what I do. I have patched up to the current build and can never find an open connection.

 I was actually online atm the restart attempt was in progress and never actually got logged in .. there was an emergency shut down for some reason .. unexplained. and so far I've been unable to "find" an eta on any other restarts .. Can't wait to fly a Dread lolol

I've downloaded 2.10.3863-2.10.3865 and updated my test server directory but still getting the following msg;
Unable to connect to 87.237.38.10 on port 26000.

Its down again since there are some issues with the new network setup. The techs are on-site and working on it atm.
