Hi everyone, we are now updating Sisi with a new DB mirror (this means that your skills etc. are closer to TQ) as well as code and assets scheduled for release this Winter.
There are a few major glitches in this build, we figured it was better to get it out there than wait any longer, here is a list of the biggest issues:
Planetary interaction is broken, planet view doesn't load User pain: High Workaround: None, planet view doesn't load.
Wormhole systems cannot be jumped into User pain: High Workaround: None, use "moveme" channel to unstick yourself.
The above list will be updated as more issues are reported in this thread, we plan to update Sisi again later this week which will resolve some of the listed issues.
Please use this thread for general feedback or to report severe issues, please take the time to also bug report as per the instructions here.
For feedback on the new font see this thread.
For account reactivations and unbanning see this thread.
I also recommend reading the latest devblogs to stay up to date on what is coming to Sisi in the next few weeks.

Download the sisi test tool.
test patcher
When starting it you'll get a popup to update it to a newer version, do that. Then let it repair / update your test server client, or let it create a new client. It wil automaticly update it to the winter release. It's downloading the patch for me right now, 1.49GB large.

i can't access captain quarter, i have no option available to switch from hangar view, while station environment is checked on the options.
also lots of UI names errors on the options. |

Right-click your active ship in the ships window and select "Enter ship hangar" or "To Captain's Quarters" to switch between hangar view and CQ - a button will return in one of the next patches.

EDIT2: Not a driver issue. Only occurs in fullscreen on all settings. Submitting a bug report. Yes I'm getting the same both in the hanger (only mild) and out in space where it is really bad.
Also the screen draws really slowly when I undock with each window appearing one at a time until the station sort of Zaps into view when the ship is quite some way away from the launch bay.
Edit: Forgot to add, that FPS is also down from a steady 60 FPS (locked) to a sort of sine wave 50 to 59 up and down, really bad in space. |

contracts broken? you mean really broken as in not coming at all, or just the usual: wait 3 hours before contracts start to show? |

I hate to be captain negative...but I do have some feedback to share after being on Singularity; 1) New font looks like 1980s DOS...easier to read but probably because it is larger and overall generic 2) Bringing back the old turret icons is a step back; it is convenient to see a weapons "class" but it takes away the beauty of the turret designs and looks overall generic 3) Added dps calculator on the fitting screen is sweet 4) Clearly some refinement is needed for final product; settings screen has some overlapping text, agent mission notifications are simply messed up 5)As with the text, the UI takes up more space and is simply 'bigger'...easier to see but takes up too much of screen 6) Dual monacles (right/left eye)...should ruffle some feathers 7) Destroyer buff is nice (so far)...but for the love of God please give the coercer 2 mids; how can it ever be a viable pvp ship with just 1 mid?

Some feedback:
1. As far as I can tell, the Market search function is broken, currently.
2. I just undocked, and immediately began my warp to a stargate (so, started aligning with the 'warp drive active' message) then the game seemed to remember I was undocking, and started moving me out into space at high speed like it normally would -- though by that time I was already sideways... weird, but cool.
3. Station ambiance - how long have those sound commentaries been running in the background. They're great, but I don't actually remember them from previous builds...
4. Lighting engine in stations... Stunning. Really interesting use of coloured lighting in places, great to look at. Even the Minmatar is looking superb. It does look though, like the 'TV' light projection has been toned down a touch, which is a shame...
Downtime's on it's way though, and I haven't found a system with an Amarr station yet... I wanna hear if the weird bubbling noise is gone. |

Looks like some changes to the character editor have been made.
- Some particular assets are of a more realistic size... Which is probably a good thing.
- It appears more limits have been placed on portraits. You cannot zoom out as far. Is this a bug, or intended?
- A lot of graphic refinement in CQ, and much less harsh on the GFX card -good job there.
Don't see any hybrid changes. hopefully these will be added soon as testing must commence. ^^

The Charactor Sheet is broken (for me). Couldn't make a clone jump. After opening the Character sheet the skills section is shown and operable, but clicking on another section (eg jumclones, combat log etc.) shows a empty section window. |

Sorry it was late last night when I logged in to test it and I logged out shortly after my post. Just logged in again and checked and it's still the same.
I have submitted a bug report #117869 (marked for your atten) along with a text file of my system specs.

Few things I have seen:
1. Putting items to station hangar (ex. Strontium): If I try to put 200 units from a ship hangar to a stack of some stront, I get the message: "You cannot put items into that container because it belongs to Intaki Syndicate and you are not a member of that corporation." Moving to emty space of station hangar works, but then I have to right click -> Stack all.
Also moving one item over another in same hangar doesen't work - same message as above. Tested in 6-CZ49.
2. Noticed strange sound when undocking, or at gates in empire. Like someone firing a gun. Happened on every gate on my 5 jump trip. |

Don't know of Systems with all 4 Races in it, but Penirgman has Amarr, Caldari and Gallente Stations, and the next Minmatar Station (Freedom Extension) is only 2 jumps away. |

I had this issue (stuttering) on my friend's PC, changing interval from "default" to "immediate interval" fixed the issue on his PC. Then I came back home and experienced the same issue, started changing intervals but it didn't help at all for my case.
Something to help you tho; we both have the same PC, same cpu, same motherboard, exact same model rams and even same hdd (I cloned my OS and hdd to his) the only difference is graphics card. below are the pc specs:
AMD Phenom II X4 925 4gbyte DDR3 1600 Kingaston Ram ASUS M4A87TD Motherboard Windows 7 x64 Ultimate (latest patch) VGA Driver: Nvidia Driver 280.26 (yea that's same even)
friend's gpu: ASUS Geforce ENGTX470/2DI/1280MD5 my gpu: ZOTEC GeForce GTX 550 Ti
there's this thing tho: the problem is not really framerate drops for me; during the *stuttering* when I open framerate monitor, it stays steady in 59-60 frames. The real problem is when I move the mouse (camera) around, then the camera movement is stuttering. when I left the camera (mouse) untouched, then the ship moves pretty smoothly. it's only the cam movement that is buggy / laggy / stuttering. And changing present interval value from "default" to "immediate" fixed that problem for my friend, but not me. |

Reproduction steps: Hold the "W" key or whichever button allows you to walk forward, then immediately press the "S" key to have your character walk towards the camera (or whichever button you have dedicated for having your character walk towards the camera). You have to engage the character in the transition animation. They can-¦t be standing still THEN walking towards the camera.

I'm getting an odd issue with the specular reflections in the character recustomisation window since I installed nVidia drivers version 285.62.

Camera-movement in space extremely stuttery/jerky, I'm told everyone gets this on this build, though it "should" clear up after flying for a while. It didn't for me.
Love the new cyno-field effect and Caldari CQ, though. (Just wish I had a jumpy-ship to bring to the former :))
Also, assets, item-hangars, and ship-cargo-holds not loading. I A/F/K cloak in Jita. Does that count? |

The problem is that after I finish playing and exit the game, the game always starts up again in windowed mode.
I almost always run in full-screen mode, but I suspect that when the mirror was copied over I was in windowed mode. |

When looting wrecks the new loot window pops up with the new "Loot All" button at the bottom. So far so good ... but after I resize it and reposition it, it always goes back to the default size and position instead of remembering my preference.

When you hit alt-enter, you're not changing the client's settings, you'e just telling the Windows API to 'make this window bigger'. After you quit, the game restarts in windowed mode because that's what it's set to do.
It seems to be an interpretation issue between Windows and SiSi. Since Windows says 'Okay, this is running in fuill-screen mode now' (which Windows thinks is true, according to how it handles the process), SiSi goes along with it and marks itself as 'full-screen' when it's technically not actually so. |

1/ I can't see my Ship.
2/ I am unable to change camera view around space, I'm just stuck in 1 position.
3/ Mouse pointer has a stuttery response.
I can't give any more problems as I'm unable to enter game properly.

Confirming changing to immediate strongly alleviated this issue for me. Can also confirm that if you change your field of view so that you're really zoomed in on your ship, you'll notice that it's not the camera that's lagging (the ship rotates fine), but rather the station background that seemingly has a hard time keeping up. I'd fraps it but for some reason, frapsing makes the issue go away (maybe because it limits fps to 30) |

Quoteception! :O I'd like to point out that I recently discovered that setting interval to immediate actually causes stutter to occur for me outside station, instead of inside station. (And vice versa with interval 1); fraps once makes the stutter go away.
Like while docked, your ship does not stutter, only -everything- else does, that includes objects, nebulae, and even chat while typing. |

I experienced horrific graphical corruption both inside the ship spinning hangar, and in space. Things like textures all over the place flickering wildly to the point where I couldn't see my ship because textures were flashing all over the screen.
I'll try and figure out a cause on my end.

Hmm, weird, I had stuttering, put all gfx settings to low/off, still stuttery, then did the opposite and used the "optimize settings" tab and set it for "quality" and hey presto, no stutterin. |

I have 2 issues:
1-Client always start in windowed mode even If it's in fullscreen in the option.
2-Objects doesn't load. The miror time is when I was inside a Wormhole and I can only see the background. I can't see my ship, I see an empty overview, I can't click anything and I can't even add a new chat channel to get moved out. It's just..plain nothingness. |

Sisi launcher failed for me on the first down load of 345 MB hung up did not restart the proccess to try and fix. Tryed the repair tool and it updated. Have atttempted a 931 MB twice and it still will not working. Would have thought it would have atleast saved something to disk but it did not. Its a WIn7 computer and the sisi build was current. |

I then started it, went into options to change video settings. This is for the latest version 311120 client on SiSi, most of this are not really bugs or gamebreaking, just for your info.
Downloaded and patched a new copy of TQ (version 306979)
First problem the client started in windowed mode and even opening the [Esc] menu and setting to GÇÿFullscreenGÇÖ then [Apply] still make the client start in GÇÿwindowedGÇÖ mode.
Undocked my Helious in Gallente space, spinning the ship is still very juddery, the ship is ok but the background spins in small jerks. The ship is now very shiny and has a very nice gold shimmery effect from the reflection of the near by Nebula.
When trying to re-dock I had to blot out the sun with the ship so I could see the station when parked at my warpout point, the light was overwhelming.
The station jittered very badly when viewed from about 30 Km out if the ship was rotated, again the ship seems fine itGÇÖs just the station and background that jitters.
After docking the ship spinning jittered, resulting in somewhere about 10 short jumps for each 360 deg rotation.
FPS; With interval immediate set; 180 with starfield/ background 200 in front of a beautiful nebula 120/140 when warping 161 when parked in my hanger.
Changed to CQ view; FPS dropped to 68/80 with a large square wave showing on the FPS monitor. GPU temp went up to 71 deg C Fan speed went up from 1100 to 1350 rpm CPU topped out at 40% load on all 4 cores.
So, avatar landed facing the ship (well done). New Gallente CQ looks super, love the curved balcony, carpets on the floor, the spotlight shining on the station name over the door and the glass effect on the circular disk in the room. I did think if I stood on it would it beam me to my ship as it looks sort of Star Trek like with the matching dome in the roof.
Odd things; Opening my wallet shows the total balance at the top right but the number is delimited with GÇÿ.GÇÖ (full stops) and not GÇÿ,GÇÖ (commas) as is normal for UK users (and I believe USA as well).
Journal still has the GÇÿbalanceGÇÖ isk column left not right justified like all the other currency columns.
The GÇÿTransactionsGÇÖ column did not [Load] even after waiting quite some time.
Back to Hanger view and changed the interval to default.
GPU temp dropped back to below 60 deg very quickly Fan speed reduced to 1200 rpm and below. CPU load down to 15% average for all 4 cores.
Changed to my Orca Warp drive was offline when I undocked
The right click on space background menu was unsorted, this was always alpha sorted, made finding my customs office much fun as they were mixed in with warp points etc.
ThatGÇÖs about it, thanks for a super update so far.

- Occasionally, the camera in the hangar view is NOT centered on the ship but slightly offset, i.e. spinning is eccentric. I couldn't find any way to reproduce consistently, tho. First time it happened was after changing UI scaling. EDIT: In fact the camera is centered, it's the ship that is placed off-center.
- The client forgets that I had set fullscreen mode after exiting and restarting, reverting to windowed.
- Every time I change window mode, it asks me to confirm changing the UI scaling, even if it wasn't changed.
- I am also experiencing choppy camera movement in space. Do note that its not only the camera movement itself, but also the HUD, noticeable for instance when you accelerate with MWD. The only setting that alleviated (but didn't completely remove) the issue was using windowed mode instead of fullscreen. All other settings, including interval mode, AA, etc., had no effect.
My specs: - Core i5 2500K - 8GB RAM - Win7 64bit - Radeon HD6950 2GB, tested with Catalyst 11.9 and 11.10 - 27" 2560x1440 monitor |

Had the same choppy camera movement and changing interval settings did not change it for me. Also my videocard is getting fried again so cannot stay on sisi longer then a few minutes. Temperatures going to 100 degrees and rising, that is in space with setting on quality not even trying out captains quarters. On tranquility max setting it hits 90 degrees at most after hours of playing. In station with CQ off, I need to change settings to performance for being able to see anything.

Hi, after some testing I wish to report some issues:
-Nex clothing do not appear in character customization window. -Impossible to open English Help channel, it opens like an empty window with no title. -Impossible to close private chat windows and English Help channel. -Choppy camera, but smooth animations when not moving the camera. Either in windowed/full screen mode with all to high level. * -Choppy mouse pointer. Either in windowed/full screen mode with all to high level* -The mouse pointer stutters also when I do not minimize the game window and open another app/window.* -Drones randomly stop/resume fighting on the same target.
*After some graphic detail tweaking I found a good balance between good quality/good performance. Diabling HDR greatly improved the performance, disabling shadows helped me too. Unfortunately I have to give up some nice graphic options... but hey! I'm running Eve on a Nvidia 8600GT
The overall performance is good, no difference from Tranquillity. Loading times still too long for CQ. Ne nebulae system is fantastic. With shader quality set to "high" the metal material of the ships becomes a little too dark. Go on CCP and give us the new BC's textures!!!! :P

Since POSes are going to be looked at, why don't you boost the Refining Array family? A boost in the yield and/or a reduction in the time needed for refining would benefit
- WH inhabitants - small corporations that cannot afford an outpost in 0.0.
It would be a step in the "farms and fields" direction.
A POS with an intensive array should be able to refine a better rates than an outpost, Minmatar ones excepted. |

Raven Model Lights and engine flares not lined up with the body they all seem off set.
Get the stutter but only noticed it every time I warped to a gate and rotated camera.
Opened Help chat, seemed to open a blank chat panel with no title or detail that you cant close.
On another note, Is that the final Raven model ?, nice of you to have a go but could you be a tad more daring with it. As we are never likely to see missile turrets in game could you add some animation to the Raven plus missile models to make them a little less static, i.e. Scorpion radar dish, even maybe a missile bay opening animation built into those ships that have missile specialities and bonuses, please please.

Sisi doesn't start for me, it holds on "Login complete. processing bulk data".
I tried deleting the bulk data content in the directory, doesn't work. tried emptying cache, doesn't work.
Can I please get a BulkData file to download? tp overwrote mine. maybe it'll help.

I am STILL experiencing my overview, selected items, and station windows moving around on docks/undocks. This was fixed on TQ with an earlier patch but alas, it returns to SISI.
Occasionally you see graphical glitches in the new nebulas (this is very prominent in Genesis).
ALSO, pressing tab or double clicking a window title bar to 'collapse' the window: when restoring the window, the window only returns to it's minimum height. |

I have a big problem with the new patch. i'have tried downloading the patch and appling it on a fresh TQ client and that doesn't work.
And when I launch the sisi launcher and try to repair the client it crash and give me that message :

I was having problems patching i downloaded the patch. Then when eve close a different window popped up from normal and said it was fixing the folder "Eve Online" in my library. Well it ended up making my Sisi client no longer connect to the Sisi sever and i had to redo everything to get on Sisi just now. Took me 2 hours to figure out what the hell was going on. |

Two issues I haven't seen mentioned elsewhere:
1) Every time, regardless, I open the star map it takes a long time, ~10s, at the "Initializing map" stage, before the progress bar even moves.
2) Hit tab to minimize interface, tab again to return. Now overview and all chat windows have shrunk to less than half their prior size.

my alt from XZH send a contract with items that are in 6-c to this char who was in 6-c also. everything went normal, contract thingy blinked, clicked on it, said: 1 new contract. clicked on the contract link and then nothing happend, it says it had a new contract while i can't find it. anyone else having this issue? |

CCP, can you please start a feedback thread for the Destroyer changes? No place to really capture comments on it. I've been playing around with them quite a bit on Sisi and while almost all the changes are good, I think the removal of the ROF penalty was a bit much. I'm all about destroyers making a come back in this game, but I don't think you want to completely force frigs off the field. As it is now, even a small wolfpack of assault frigs gets nearly wiped out by a single thrasher, much less T1 frigs.

I finally just gave up and logged because my ship was unresponsive. I could chat with someone else in the system (they were having the same problem) but that was about it.
Also on my other account every time I try to open the map the screen goes black and nothing I do gets it back. |

Plea to the art department: please rework the Remote ECM Burst effect. Its a supercapital aoe weapon with tumbleweed the size of a heavy drone as effect. It should be something that is seen not only by accident due to extreme zoom-in and a good camera angle. |

Although the solar system map view has been fixed, there are still some problems: scan probes cannot be manipulated in any way. Mouse over does not appear to detect there is a probe. Also, the new background (black with a blue strip) hits you like a hammer. |

Switching to recently V3d and re-V3d (ishukone , deimos etc...) ships in hangar can make any ship disappear both from space mainview, hangar view , balcony view and fitting screen. Preview works fine. Warping and jumping and redocking dont fix it. Waiting a bit and siwtching ships does...?
Switching to recently reV3d ships from the balcony also makes it disapear. And the hologram will remain stuck on the previous selected ship.
Navy scorp radar still doesn't spin.
New nebulae still don't influence V3 textures significantly (if at all) especially gallente ones See here for comparison shot (flickr)
Ishukone ships have varying skins (from pitchblack on the buzzard to snow camo on the vulture and faded gold on the harpy)
The buzzard seems to display the proper reflection of the nebulae but the engine heatmap doesnt vary according to it's speed. ITs the only recently reV3d ship that i could set foot in.
Entering CQ seems to take significantly more time than on TQ and will occasionally crash / try my patience.
That's all i can test for now |

Interval immediate is almost perfect (silky smooth) Interval one is worse than immediate Interval two is worse than interval one Interval three is worse than interval two Interval four is worse than interval three (like 1 frame per second)
Note that even interval immediate still occasionally stutters, just far less bad.
Its like it is not pre-loading the new nebulae background graphics at the edges of the screen, so when you pan it has to load them into the graphics card memory on demand, instead of them already being there. Why the interval affects this I have no idea.

My Pod did that when I first jumped into a system. I think traffic control let me jump into a system that wasn't loaded yet. At least that what it seemed like to me. Relogging fixed it for me. new cq's are in sisi and one 3D mode effect is 3D mode is on that could cause choppy camera movement or character render issues in sisi like your char is invisible like only your glasses or hair is visible |

The good: -Camera movement is now less choppy, actually way better. -No more starting up in windowed mode -No graphic glitches seen for the 5 minutes logged in.
The bad -Videocard reached 115 degrees so had to turn sisi off again.

Cannot interact at all with outposts in 7BX and 6VDT. When I click on them, the command menu is applicable to the last object selected or blank if its the previous object is dead or its the first clicked. Right clicking does not work at all. |

So there I haven't seen a response to this:
On Tranquility, in those seldom times I actually load CQ I have this set of headlights that is with my character where ever I go... "They go BEEP BEEP BEEP" as I walk.
On Sisi these headlights are GONE. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but then again, who doesn't like headlights? Is this change slated for release? is it another model bug?
Inquiring minds want to know...
Other then that, the new textures, modeling and skin tones look great. |

Hmm. Can't say I do. Visual readability has taken a nose dive. In the screenshots on the far left the Drake has become an amorphous blob that blends into the station in the background. When flying in space the ship is a silhouette when viewed from the shadowed hemisphere, and even when viewed from the side that is hit by the sun it is still very dim. That particular nebula is also so intense it will overpower anything else in the scene. Basically everything is fighting against the traditional rules of visual hierarchy. |

The latest news on that particular issue in the internal reporting system is: "Hover picking, kill it with fire."

I'd like an acceleration modifier key - for faster zooms. (Or the reverse: default to fast zoom, and a modifier key to slow it down.) |

I'm not sure if this is just me or if other people are getting it too, but when I undock my screen goes black for 2 minutes or more. I can still talk in all my chat channels, and the selected item box is still there, although blank. The system name box in the top left is also still there. I just get a completely black screen with no loading bar at all.

Have you tried rebooting your client to see if you get any visuals? I remember this happening a lot in the Duality mass test. Restarting the client would remedy the problem. |

Its certain ships that seem to cause this. If you cannot see your ship in the hangar and fitting screen then you can't undock without the black screen problem... Some other ships seem to cause this as well. |

Yes, I have tried restarting several times and this always happens. How long the black screen lasts does seem to vary a bit though, between about a minute and 5 minutes.
