I don't care if she's mother Theresa or employee of the month. No one is exempt from the rules of being civil. You're right I could have just bought the BPO's. In all honesty I chose to do business to the degree I did based on their reputation. But what I asked for, the customer request I had made, was not satisfied and it was his choice how to handle it.
This could be an ebay auction and the person could have 500 positive feedbacks. It does not mean that person can not, or has not done something to desrve me posting negative feedback and that's what I feel. Being told my business isn't worth it over a few ammo bpc's or to shut up because he doesn't have the patience to read a conversation closely enough to see all I asked for was the ammo bpc's I was lead to believe I would get, is not deserving of good feedback.
If you disagree, fine. But you are not the customer, you are not entitled to express my opinion. The only person who can make any response on this is him. If he appologizes, I delete my posts. Until then this remains as a statement that you can't be rude to someone, regardless of the situation and not accept rammification for your actions.
I am not responsible however for Kent's failure to evemail me where this could have been discussed better. Or the escrow not going up the first time where I would have seen an issue and discussed it. I am only responsible for having accepted the trade on good faith that I was getting what I asked for, and I didn't. M.Corp is responsible for the actions of the members, failures and all.

Btw congratulations on the thread Mercade, this is a masterpiece of character profiling, EVE knows more about your strange, almost consumer rights style activist personality from this thread than I could ever have described in my own words. I never met anyone quite as anally retentive as you in my career as an international CEO 
Anyway, you got your ISK back, something I didn't have to do by the way having already spent over 40 minutes constructing the packages that totalled over 120 BPC's for you, but I thought I would be fair... The man isn't happy (clearly) so I'll try to ease his suffering.

well it looks like its the K dudes fault as he said Yes when you asked if you got all Ammo BPC, and Velios isnt treating you nice either.
for those that say its only small isk bpc deal go buy on escrow, yes he could do that. but it doesnt change what he expected from a proffessional corporation, and that is good customer service. and that is i belive the point of the whole post...

No it certainly did not. And it's not Kertschers fault either. Whenever someone comes into our channel asking for specific things that we know will take too much time to make we always advise them to look at what we have available off the shelf - listed in our bio's. The guy agreed and ordered 4 racial packs, I threw one in for free too (12m isk's worth)
How do I know that Kertscher advised him to look at what we have available off the shelf? Kert is MY alt in empire and is was me that had the convo. This guy just has a bee in his bonnet because he feels it's cool to act like a prat, try and make me feel like some humble sales girl who can be bossed about. I don't play EVE to be spoken to in that manner and I promptly removed him and his alt from our sales channel, after I had refunded his items of course.
If I hear any more from this guy I wont hesitate to spend a lot of isk hiring some local pirate corp to war dec him... how's that for customer service?

Thats the long and short of it. This guy is taking great pleasure in making a mountain out of a molehill. He was given what he asked for, didn't like it, and he got the ISK back, yet he still thinks he has an axe to grind, so he comes on the forums and tries to make M Corp and Velios look bad.
Well, there is only one guy here who looks foolish, and that's you Mercade. If you were to come into a shop I ran, and started talking to my employees like you did (let alone the Boss), I would show you the door AND place a boot up your Harris Hole. Good manners work both ways, and an arse needs to be shown the error of his ways. Don't like it? Shop somewhere else where some sycophant will pander to your ridiculous viewpoints.

Many people post like this because they don't like being wronged.
If NAGA scammed me out of 1 million ISK, no matter how pathetic that amount is, you'd bet I'd make a deal out of it. Because NAGA shouldn't scam. And neither should M.Corp. If it was a miscommunication, its up to them to solve it.

I have dealt with M.Corp before and I couldn't stop grinning when Velios threw in the extra BPC's! I was very impressed by the way I was spoken to, and I have no complaints - in fact nothing but praise for the man and his corp.
In fact I am so happy with the service I got I am willing to take up Velios's offer to you on his behalf.
