Edited by: Platina on 26/01/2006 01:08:07 The ISS Navy [ISSN] is the corporate security branch of the Interstellar Starbase Syndicate [ISS]. The unit conducts offensive and defensive anti-pirate operations in support of the ISS.
The ISS is both a doorway for empire corporations into 0.0 space, and a driving force in the colonization of deep space. The alliance have built and maintains two public outposts in Eve, one in Pure Blind and one in Catch, in addition to numerous starbases. ISS is a strictly civilian organisation and struggles daily to remain neutral in inter-alliance politics in Eve.
Join a small corporate security unit in the defense and policing of the two public ISS outposts, Marginis and Borealis and the spacelanes leading to them.
Only serious applicants need apply. We will not pretend to be something we are not: Pirates more frequently than not outnumber and outgun us. It can be demoralizing. But if you like tough odds, good camaraderie, the chance to be at the forefront of one of the most ambitious projects in virtual worlds today and you enjoy the rush of player versus player combat, join us.
HereÆs what they said about the ISS in Escapist Magazine (Dec 05):
ôDespite - or perhaps because of - the fact that no real-world money is changing hands here, Interstellar Starbase Syndicate's outpost IPO is the most important economic event to have happened in a virtual world in 2005à Now, ISS sees the opportunity to spark a similar economic development in an area that's not yet securely under any one alliance's control. If their venture succeeds, it could change the face of the metaverse, not just in EVE, but wherever avatars look on and trust that yes, these things are possible.ö

Any room for another willing and dedicated newbie? i played EvE few years ago in beta but didn't have time to play due to my collage studies.. now when i'm finished with collage i've got plenty of time.
as I mentioned i am dedicated and willing to fight against the odds. I learn pretty quickly and you won't have me begging for help every 5 seconds or asking to borrow money. i make my own way and i stay true to the cause. PLS contact me in game with your answer, even if negative, just so that i can be sure that i fit7don't fit in your navy.

Thanks for the bumps :)
We are actively looking for players old and new to PvP with us, primarily in KDF-GY and surrounding areas.
By far the safest route to take is the one via W9- as it avoid HED, Doril, and 9K0E which are often bubble camped. You'll have to manually plot your waypoints on the map as autopilot never picks that route. Its really quite safe though.
If you are an experienced PvPer, thats great, you can lead gangs and share your knowledge. If you are new to PvP, we can teach you the ropes and give you the ships.

Originally by: Butter Dog Heh, well... we welcomed a few new guys into ISSN with a fleet operation tonight. We got 'pwned', as they say :) Our opponents know who they are, and very good they were too, it was a fun fight.
But hey being in the ISSN is about generally being the underdog, you fly alongside a lot of industrial players who don't normally PvP and we do our damned best to kick them into shape.
We're getting better every day, but we still need lots more people to help us realise our full potential :)
We'll be launching a new recruitment campaign SOONÖ
But in the meantime, please direct any enquiries in game to Gavin Paradise or myself.
Yes ISS was a great fight and thx for staying and making a stand not many people dare to do that anymore..
Also we would like to say you did vell guys there is no shame to lose a battle.. You will always lose some and win some..
the most important is to enjoy it have fun and learn by you mistakes....
to all the new players in ISS navy who had there first fleet eksperience I hoped you had fun and wants more.
But anyway friendly bumb join them they are good guys..
And btw im preatty sure in some time you guys will rock..

Sounds like a mistake to me :)
Who did you speak to? If you have 9 months in game we certainly would not reject you, we have accepted much younger players. We would reject people we think are alts though, based on things like standings, or rather lack of them. Even the most dedicated of PvPers will have killed one or two rats
Convo me in game, and if everything looks good, we can get you signed up in no time :)

No we use the ISSN forums in the main ISS site, accessible only to members. It really serves all our needs, we're very much an integral part of the ISS and so having our own site doenst really make sense (to me at least, but hey I'm open to ideas).

Well, first and foremost the role of ISS Navy is to provide PvP expertise for the whole ISS. So you are working for and with a 1300 member alliance at all times. Also we work collaboratively with others in joint operations against mutual hostiles.
Within the alliance, it will be your job to drag those 'industrialists' into combat and give them the leadership and tools to defend themselves. I say 'drag', actually many are very willing and a real pleasure to fly with.
We currently have about 35 in the ISSN itself (growing fast), and we have a 4 month recruiting plan we will shortly initiate with a target membership best described as 'very significant' (I'm being deliberately vague on a public forum).
The reason for this significant and exponential growth in the ISSN is in part due the growth of the ISS itself, and the imminent construction of two new outposts (which you may have picked up on as the information has leaked on the forums).
Infomorph Psychology level 4 is now essential training material

Our recruitment can resume fully in 9 hours ^^
In the meantime, we have opened an Empire office in Assah from where you can apply after this time period.
The route from Assah to KDF via G-A0TH (I think its called) is very safe by 0.0 standards.
Please note: We are unable to accept applications from players younger than 21 days old and/or without standings to show they are a genuine, active player.
Additionally, for the younger applicants, please be aware that 0.0 is tough. We may give you the ships and modules, but life out here is not easy and neither should you expect it to be. It is, however, challenging and great fun and you are PvPing for a genuinely worth cause.
And thats a hard thing to find in this game :)

With an alliance as big as ISS, there's always something to do. Even if you're "just" scouting ahead for some haulers, or escorting a frieghter, the ISSN is there to protect and defend the civilians that make Marginis a really cool thing. We have some really good enemys that keep us on our toes.
No matter your timezone, there's always people in corp chat.

The ISSN is still looking for dedicated PvPers, young and old, to join us and protect our core assets (the outposts) as well as provide ad-hoc defence to the ISS as a whole.
Its not just defensive PvP, we often go on the attack ourselves - with varying degrees of success :)
Please evemail Gavin Paradise or myself in game with any questions. Please note I often reject convo's in game due to being in combat etc, but will reply to evemails as soon as I can.
We are also happy to talk to you over Vent, which is preferable to typing :)
Apply at our empire office in Assah, or if you want to impress us, come to KDF-GY and check out the ISS Marginis public outpost, one of the key assets you will be helping to defend.

I joined about 5 days ago and so far it's been a blast. From freighter escort to aggresive suicide frigate attacks to just sitting in a system and providing civilan haulers with intel, there is a lot to do in the ISS Navy.
I'm still a noob when it comes to Eve and have only been playing a little over 2 months. However the ISS Navy took me right in and have given me a good home. Plenty of friendly people with as much experience to pass on as you are willing to learn.

Okay, so here is what we're looking for:
New PvPers: You may be a bored miner/industrialist, relatively new to EVE, or just looking for some 0.0 PvP. We can give you T1 ships, modules, targets, training, and support. No alts, thanks, they are easy to spot :p
PvP Veterans: You get the autonomy and respect you deserve, to either do your own thing (working within our KOS list), or you can becoming involved in leading fleets/gangs, training the new players, and being a general point of support, inspiration, and reference.
We provide the following PvP activities:
- Small scale gang warfare - Active system defence activities - Travel pipe clearances - Gatecamps where appropriate - Escort duty (not the most thrilling but needs to be done sometimes) - Joint ops and fleet warfare - T1 Frigate suicice squads (for fun and crucially for training, getting new people in good habits)
Ventrilo is compulsory. We provide ships and modules when you PvP for the ISSN, or alternatively cover your own costs (insurance, modules).
Apply in Assah, or ideally, at the ISS Marginis outpost in KDF-GY. Evemail Gavin Paradise or myself if you have any questions.

Thanks for the free bump :)
Our recruiting is exceeding all our expectations. We have almost doubled in size within 3 weeks, but we still have much further to go. We plan to double this number again, and then again, as we move toward becoming a truly effective military unit.
The ISSN is starting to really take shape now, which is a great thing, but we have much further to go and you can be a key part of this dynamic growth.
PvPing for genuine cause seems to ignite a passion in a lot of PvPers, and we are only too glad to take people under our wing and provide what we can to enable them to enjoy their time with us :)
Please browse the thread to see what we can offer, and visit the ISS website below for more information on what our alliance, one of the Top 5 in EVE, is trying to achieve.

PvPers old and new, and those looking for a career change into PvP, are welcome to join the ISS Navy. We provide the support, ships, and modules (or cover your own ship costs) to ensure you can focus on whats really important - PvPing for us.
Key projects you can be helping to defend include;
* Our two existing outposts - ISS Marginis, and ISS Borealis * The two new outposts we shall shortly be constructing in Providence * The proposed second outpost next to ISS Marginis
In addition to this, it is our medium-term goal to protect ISS traffic using the spacelanes leading to these outposts.
In the longer-term, when our numbers have grown significantly (and we are already heading in that direction) we shall also support the ISS in Empire wars.
Evemail Gavin Paradise or myself with any questions. Or convo us and ask to talk on Vent, if we are free we'd be happy to do that and answer your questions :)

I replied to your evemail this morning :)
We are actively looking for combat pilots, young and old, to join the ISS Navy.
We provide ships, modules, support, and much activity - the new members have been posting on this thread as you can see, with very positive feedback :)
We are still in Phase I of our expansion, so joining us now will give you the opportunity to grow with us, gaining much responsibility and respect in the process.
The ISS, a Top 5 alliance, is really going somewhere in EVE, being in the ISS Navy means you are at the frontline of the most ambitious project in any virtual world to date.
Browse this thread for for more details of what we are looking for, and what we offer. Evemail Gavin Paradise or myself with any questions you may have.
Applications are accepted in our empire office in Assah, or at our base of operations, the ISS Marginis Outpost in KDF-GY.
We look forward to welcoming you into the ISSN :)

Is there some way i could get a clone out there, i'm still in the same corp i started in.
I would recommend applying at our empire office in Assah. We can then escrow you instant bookmarks to KDF-GY via a quiet route.
Once at KDF, you can install a clone jump for free. Then, when you get back to empire, you can simply clone jump to KDF from your favourite empire station. Your implants will be left there along with a return clone jump.

Thanks for the bump :)
The ISS Navy is actively seeking combat pilots old and new to join our successful, growing ranks. Its a very exciting time to join.
We have reached our Phase I membership goal 3 weeks early. We are extremely grateful, indeed flattered, at the interest people are showing in PvPing for that rare thing in EVE - a genuine cause. With the imminent construction of two new ISS outposts in Providence, our job is about to become even more varied and challenging.
The positive comments from our new members on this thread are, I hope, reflective of us as a corporation who despite being in a Top 5 Alliance, genuinely care for and supports individual members.
However, the recruiting shall not stop there :)
We are moving forward into our second phase of recruiting, and now plan to double our size again.
If you are a veteran combat pilot (and we have our fair share of ex-pirates too, so thats not a problem), or new to PvP in EVE, we can offer you the ships, support, and constant flow of targets which make PvP fun. Its a varied job too.
Browse the thread for further details on who we are, and what we can offer :)
If you like the sound of us, feel free to evemail Gavin Paradise or myself with any questions or apply directly at our Empire office in Assah... or alternatively at our outpost in KDF-GY.

The ISS Navy is that rare thing - a great place for combat pilots who wish to PvP for a genuine cause.
We offer ships, modules, support, and a wide variety of PvP options.
Experienced PvP veterans can work within our Kill On Sight list, and enjoy the luxury of targets coming to you for a change. You can also lead gangs/fleets, train the younger members, and be a point of inspiration to all - how far you take it is up to you.
New combat pilots are given unlimited T1 ships, modules, support, and guidance. 0.0 space is a tough environment, not for the faint hearted, but we aim to make the experience as fun as we can.
If you join now, you join at a cruicial stage in our growth. Promotion, based on activity levels and ability, can be rapid and ultimately rewarding. We actively encourage newer members to contribute ideas and suggest tactics - participation is the key to enjoying an organisation and we are very open to ideas and opinions.
Most importantly though, you should believe in what the ISS is striving to achieve - the civilian colonization of deep space. Our deep space development programme has already added 2 permanent outposts to the 0.0 space fabric, with 2 more shortly to be constructed.
Help us to defend these key assets, and ensure access to 0.0 space for a new generation of EVE players.

We have an unrivalled pension scheme, not to mention the free canteen :p But seriously now, we're a PvP corp and we give you free ships, modules, jump clones, training if required, and a constant flow of targets and activities.
For a general overview, I think my previous post said it best:
PvPers old and new, and those looking for a career change into PvP, are welcome to join the ISS Navy. We provide the support, ships, and modules (or cover your own ship costs) to ensure you can focus on whats really important - PvPing for us.
Key projects you can be helping to defend include;

In my first few days in ISSN its been very interesting. The abbriviation PvP doesnt quite cover the reality of working in this enviroment. Just yesterday for instance I had a nice few minutes alive when a group of ten or more intys and a HAC decided to pay a visit. I didnt last too long but I was impressed by how well a passive tank ferox can last.

The ISS has NAP'd many of the major alliances, we have a lot of friends I'm pleased to say.
No major alliance is openly hostile to us, a couple of the large PvP alliances will shoot at us as targets of opportunity but nothing more I'm pleased to say.
We do however have a very long KOS list you are able to operate within, and you never have to travel far to get to a target. In fact most of the time you simply have to undock :)

We can talk about this - we require all members to have standings which relfect they are active players. Alts are permitted in certain situations (cov ops for example) though I know many members run their alts outside of the ISSN though still in supporting roles.
To everyone else: Much of the time I am online I am unable to accept convo requests, and I apologise for the dozens I rejected yesterday. We are expanding our recruiting team.
Please drop an evemail if you can't convo one of the Directors who will be able to answer your queries - Anna Banana, myself, Gaul Cascade, Gavin Paradise, and Mongo Peck can all speak to you regarding your questions about joining the ISSN. Your primary recruiting contact is Gavin Paradise. However, we may be busy and unable to accept your convo. If that happens, simply drop us an evemail and we shall come back to you.
Once you have applied, we will look to set up a conversation on Vent to move things forward.
Please don't direct recruiting equiries to Count, he's busy running the rest of the ISS :)
We look forward to welcoming the next generation of combat pilots on board :)
And, by the way, I fully expect our numbers to hit 100 by the end of the month. And we still have much further to go :)

Couple of questions. Fairly new to Eve Online, after coming over from WoW's relatively boring instance grinding on my 60's, and I am looking to maximize my fun in EO. By "fairly new", i mean my free 14 day trial expires in 3 days at which time I will be subscribing for real. Had originally just intended to see what EO was all about while putting WoW on hold for a few days. The second day of my trial saw me cancelling my WoW subscription, heh. So my first question is how do you tell my guy is not an alt since he only has the faction standings of a couple day old character? (couple days because my first guy was shown an early retirement at 7 days) By new to eve, how new is new? Do i have a chance to be accepted if i apply now or should i wait some set minimum number of days or faction gain? Currently running missions 4 at a time for the Caldari Navy in Kakakela thanks to one station with 3 agents and another station at the next moon over with 1 agent.
The setup you guys have sounds great with all the pvp. But how much is it frowned on if I still desire to do some agent running since i do enjoy them and hitting the occasional complex? I have not read enough on the clone jumping to know whether or not I understand correctly that you can jump between them on those few nights i do want to just mission run due to expected semi-constant afking when i know dedicated pvp would be a bad idea?
Lastly, are all race ship types available? I am assuming yes due to the massive nature of ISS, but just was not sure. I currently jet around in a fairly nice decked out Merlin and working on a crapload of skills. Money came from getting lucky on one of those pirate set implants that i sold for 20m isk on the advice of reading these boards. Funded me and a couple friends into some merlins and cormorants on our first guys and now these guys and left me a good chunk towards my upcoming Caracal. Anyway, let me know if I have a chance at acceptance if i apply now or should i wait? I would definitely be subscribed before I made the trip to the sign up office. Thanks

Thanks for this - we don't accept application from players as young as yourself, I'm afraid. We need at least a month in game with the skills and desire to fly a tackling frigate for the rookie PvPers. We would't put you in a cruiser/BC/BS until you had the skills to fly them (and I don't just mean the Spaceship Command skills).
With regard to standings, its the only sure way of making sure the character is active. Some people have quite 'novel' excuses as to why they don't have them, but lets face it, any player in EVE is going to kill an NPC or run the odd mission at some point... unless they are an alt. ah, bummer, but thanks for the reply. It does seem like all the reputable corp threads i have read that sound fun seem to require similar ingame requirements. Just hoped to get in a player run corp sooner than later to experience what everyone always talks about that defines EO. And yeah, I already have cruiser 1 since i started with frigate 4, but have not bought a cruiser yet as i am having a blast in my merlin and, as you say, lack the skills to really make a cruiser shine anyway. So good luck with your recruiting drive, maybe will look you up in 4 weeks.

Its cut and paste time I think ;)
Okay, so here is what we're looking for:
New PvPers: You may be a bored miner/industrialist, relatively new to EVE (but able to competently pilot a tackling frigate), or just looking for some 0.0 PvP.
We provide ships and modules where we can for you to PvP for the ISSN, or alternatively cover your own costs (insurance, modules).
Apply in Agil, or ideally, at the ISS Marginis outpost in KDF-GY. Evemail Gavin Paradise, Anna Banana, Gaul Cascade or myself if you have any questions.

Its a Frigate which holds down prey for larger ships. Entirely throwaway, we lose hundreds of them quite deliberately. Good tackling frigates are things like the Vigil and Incursus.
Generally I like tacklers fitted with a sensor booster to get ceptor/pod locks, 20k warp disruptor, and a webber or MWD depending. Get some capacitor power relays in the lowslots, and a small nosferatu in one of the highslots and you can can MWD and scramble forever.
They are fun to fly too.

all he said was true, great fun to fly... but one reason 'younger' players fly them is because your clone ends up costing four times more than the ship otherwise
Still, its all good fun and its a vital job. No tacklers = no kill most times.

A morning bump :)
The ISS Navy exist to protect the pilots and core assets of the ISS alliance, a top 5 EVE alliance of some 1300 members.
The ISS often act as entry point for younger corporations seeking 0.0 access. This, combined with the fact our public trade outposts generate large amounts of neutral traffic, means we are a tempting target for pirates and PvPers alike.
The ISS Navy aim to protect ISS pilots, and the outposts, through both offensive and defensive PvP combat. Our life is a hard one, we are often outnumbered and outgunnned by extremely capable enemies. But we are determined, we stay and fight where we can, and we're getting better at what we do.
Our members come from all walks of life in EVE - pirates, veteran 0.0 PvPers, anti-pirates, bored industrialists, and newer players. We welcome willing, capable pilots into our corporation who are not afraid to fight and die.
Benefits we offer include;
* Free unlimited T1 frigs and cruisers straight from the pilots room for your PvP enjoyment * A diverse range of free modules and ammo * Free Battlecruisers and Battleships for fleet operations, or we can cover your own costs (insurance, mods) * Freighter deliveries from Empire in which you can place personal orders * Free jumpclones at any of our outposts (including the three which shall be contstructed shortly) * Free repairs, research, and manufacturing at ISS outposts * A regular flow of targets and a large, healthy KOS list * Access to the first stage issue of ISS shares in future outpost projects
To join, apply at our Empire offices in Agil or Assah, or ideally in the ISS Marginis outpost in KDF-GY.
Feel free to evemail any questions you may have to Gavin Paradise, Anna Banana, Gaul Cascade or myself (keeping it short and sweet really helps). We will normally try to set up an informal interview on Ventrilo for applicants - unless you are already known to us of course :)

Well, I got accepted with the fore-knowledge that I could only play for any good length of time (2+ hours) on weekends (rl wife and kids ).....that's 2+ hours for each weekend day (I usually put in about 4 hours per weekend nite and an hour or two during the day when the kids are napping)....so far I haven't gotten the boot and hopefully I don't get the boot cause the action I've seen, altho limited, and the peeps I've flown with have been very cool.
Hopefully that answers your question and .....bump!

I played EVE during beta, and then a handful of times tried a new 14 day trial to see how the game had progressed. I finally got won over and subscribed. What this means is that I'm familiar with the game itself, but I'm still a PvP rookie. Hopefully this suits what the ISS is looking for.

Gamlin
The people in the head office, Gavin, Butterdog, Anna Bannana and Gaul Cascade try to move through the applications as soon as possible. Being as we have had a large volume of applications it can take a bit at times. It dosn't hurt to try to get to KDF and apply directly at Marginis or you can apply at the office at Assah also.
I pretty much did the same as you. Tried the beta at release and a couple of trial accounts to see how EVE progressed. After finally commiting three months ago I have been having the best time I could ever ask for in an MMO. I only joined the ISSN 3 weeks ago but it has been a blast. There are a ton of veteran PvP players that you can soak a huge amount of knowledge from as long as you are willing to learn. They keep us well supplied and supported. It's a good place to be.
And bump ftw!

Hopefully you'll still be accepting applications in about 1.5 weeks' time after I've finished moving to my new home, and also Cruiser 5 is closer to being done.
Would you suggest applying now and then hanging around in Empire until I can make the transition of assets to KDF? Or should I just wait until RL gets sorted out? It wouldn't be a lot of time, and I'm really interested in taking up the cause - I'd hate to miss out on the opportunity.

I hope I'm not speaking out of place by answering a couple of the questions posed here.
I would say just hold on before applying if it's going to be a bit before you can actually play. You might run the risk of getting lost in the shuffle with all the new recruits.
You have nothing to fear about the application process closing at this time. From the information I have about our recruiting ops it looks like we plan on openly recruiting for well into the future so no worries about the gate slamming shut in the next few weeks.

Edited by: Butter Dog on 27/03/2006 10:58:09 Oh not the Retriever again, its not mine... I promise
Cut and paste bump:
The ISS Navy is actively recruiting PvPers young and old.
It is our goal to protect both the core assets of the ISS (the public trade and soon to be constructed factory outposts), and the space lanes leading to them.
In order for us to achieve these goals, we are looking to grow dramatically. Its already started, we have nearly tripled in size within a month, though we still have much further to go.
We provide the support, ships, modules and activity which makes PvP fun. But make no mistake, our life is a hard one. Many pirates and PvP corporations target the ISS, who they see as an easy target, and you will often find yourself outnumbered and outgunned.
But if you believe in what the ISS, a top 5 Alliance of 1300 members, is striving to achieve in EVE, and if you like a constant flow of targets and most importantly a genuine challenge, then the ISSN is a great place to be.
Evemail Anna Banana, Myself, Gaul Cascade or Gavin Paradise with any questions you may have. Application are accepted in our Empire offices in Assah and Agil, or directly at our base of operations in KDF-GY.
We use Ventrilo for voice comms, and we'll be looking for evidence of some experience in your character (you don't have to be a hardy veteran, just not totally raw). Alts are not accepted :)

Edited by: Gamlin Kizaki on 28/03/2006 06:48:56 Well I made the trip to KDF-GY tonight, totally uneventful, never saw a single ship once I entered Catch. Well, at least not until I was about 3 jumps out and got my shuttle expertly trapped by 4 members of a corporation called Ars Caelestis. No words were exchanged, but from the ordinance involved I'm pretty sure I got the message.
"Fortunately I keep mah feathers numbered for just such an emergency."
I'll have to give the 30-jump run another go tomorrow. No need to feed the warp bubble twice in one night, heh.

PvPers old and new, and those looking for a career change into PvP, are welcome to join the ISS Navy. We provide the support, ships (up to and including battleships), and modules to ensure you can focus on whats really important - PvPing for us.
Key projects you can be helping to defend include;
* Our two existing outposts - ISS Marginis, and ISS Borealis * The two new outposts we shall shortly be constructing in Providence * The second factory outpost next to ISS Marginis
In addition to this, it is our medium-term goal to protect ISS traffic using the spacelanes leading to these outposts.
In the longer-term, when our numbers have grown significantly (and we are already heading in that direction) we shall also support the ISS in Empire wars.
Evemail Anna Banana, Gaul Cascade, Gavin Paradise or myself with any questions. Application are accepted at our Empire office in Agil, or alternatively at our primary base of operations - the ISS Marginis outpost in KDF.
Ventrilo is used for voice communications, and very good quality it is too :)

(out of pure interest)
How self sufficient would one have to be to join you?
Will you supply ships, tech 1 and 2, or will members be required to carebear it up weekly just to keep fighting for the security of others. Is the ISS this liberal or social organisation which either takes complete care of people or ditch those who fall behind..?
Had it been me who was thinking of joining you, I'd like you to be somewhat more specific in what you offer vs. what you expect.

The answers to all your questions are on this thread, but here they are again for your benefit.
* We supply corp insured T1 ships up to and including Battleships for ISSN PvP use. T2 ships are available at the discretion of the Directors. We supply all T1 modules and a limited range of T2 modules. Free.
* Members do not have to be self-sufficient, as we supply ships and modules for PvPing. Clearly having ISK helps though, but quite a few of our members don't have industrial alts and do just fine.
* We don't 'carebear'. I personally never mine, NPC, run missions etc - its up to others if they want to do that. We don't stop people if they want to do that, but neither is it encouraged. If you want to buy T2 mods we don't supply for free, then maybe you'll need to do some ratting to afford them, its up to individuals.
* We are a socially liberal corp, I guess. We like to take care of our members as I am sure many of them will testify. Equally we expect our members to behave with professionalism, and to respect each other and corp equipment.
Any other questions feel free to ask :)

Thank you for your enquiry.
Have you considered an exciting career in one of the ISS industrial corporations? It would seem a great match
Why not leave a message on the ISS public forums, I'm sure one of the mining corporations could offer you a good home

My application is submitted. The same blockade where I lost my shuttle last night seemed to be in place again tonight, so I returned to Agil and applied there. Hopefully that won't adversely affect my chances.

NPC corps are KOS due to issues with hostile spies.
We will generally try and speak to someone before killing them though.
But for people who have applied for the ISSN, they just need to announce this in local. They won't get shot at then :)
