As of 16.00 today, SA went over the fence, and declared war on BoB and went into Delve unchallenged. Inisde Delve, SA engaged.
I'm sorry trigger, but you're hanging with a bunch of ppl who can't decide to sit or to stand.

From the way things have gone, FIX are no real concern overall.
BOB alone can take on SA and win. Now if G butts in, as has been shown by them (in there very own boring way) they can take on BOB alone as well. Things will be more even.

imo it takes balls to bring a fleet into BoB space and practically declare war on them, cause BoB is a big force in eve with excellent pvpers
the second sentence was more in fun and hinted at the (imo funny) possible twist of SA and IRON/G napping in order to fight you, only a short while after IRON/G invaded SA

People have been saying this about BoB for a long time. They've been saying it about Evol since.. well, beta 3? (different name then ofc)
We've been waiting years for someone to "put us in our place" ..... but the reality is few have the determination to do what would be required to accomplish that goal. Sure, G/Iron will probably nap sa now... it's their current m.o. cheering anyone who fights us instead of just bringing the fight to us alliance v alliance. (sad to see them turn into a rip off of Celest tbh) Sure, BoB will be fighting VC/Imp/PA/SA/FA/Norad/G/Iron/SERPENTIS (who snap their fingers and spawn 100billion isk worth of ships to attack us). IT doesn't matter.
In the end, BoB will stand. You will all go back to your backwater systems to mine, and we will, as we have done for years, control the ebb and flow of this game.

All we lost when G/Iron attacked was the more carebear corps and tbh nobody cared to much about that. In all honesty it made us a better pvp alliance, we had less assets t worry about.
And im glad BOB wont get bored, and now you guys have smacked ur guys repuatation so high, if i catch any of your pilots playing lame tactics, runing for even fights, breaking 1v1, station hugged or anything along the lines of that, i may just have to send a few mails

This announcement looks like a bad soap opera tittle, where arrogance and over rated Ego are highly concentrated.
SirMolle, I suggest you talk to Triger in person instead of hidding behind a call you have been dying to make for a long time, with a motive called FIX ALLIANCE in the name of the South stability! It is very disturbing to think of you relaying on FIX for that purpose, and somehow highlighting some kind of twist in your perception of the stability concept itself!
Furthermore,You are no one to dictate SA move. So many people have tried in Eve history, and ALL of them have lamentably failed, reinforcing SA ranks and tenacity. If you want to join the looser club, feel free to take the line. However, make no mistake: You will exhaust yourself and your minions on a pointless fight. And I can see LOOOOOTS of Northern people taking advantage of a weak point you are stressing.

come off it molle, since fat fell you have been threatening to attack us if we did not stop shooting fix, well we did give them a chance, where we had a cease fire..they broke it in moments (i know as i was the guy they killed while showing blue), they were given a second one then didnt accept the surrender terms... and please remember there would of been no war if fix had not set us to KOS to start with (why would we start a war mere days after loosing 50% of our members? and still have a strong IRON/G precense in our space??), from day 1 we have tried to have peace in the south even reliqueshing our rightful claim on fat so we would keep fix on good standings

in closing...you want to kill sa to ensure that you have a reasonably willign precense in querious, one who will fight...but still weak enough that they need your support so will listen to you..keeping your borders safe so quit with the stable south rubbish..i dont see you interfereing in the -v-, ra, kos, conflict which is also disrupting the stability of the south.

Regarding SA and ASCN, I don't see why ASCN should back SA in this war. ASCN seems to have good relations with both SA and BOB and with SA declaring war for no clear reason and not telling ASCN Command why (atleast from what I hear) ASCN has no reason at all to step in. All the good it would do them is having them fight a war which they didn't start and nothing to gain from.

Im pointing out thw whole south vs north thing doesnt exist. Its "we want to attack the north, so lets come up with this southern unity stuff so no one backdoors us" If southern stability was really what you were looking for then you would have steped in the FIX/SA thing a LONG time ago. Southern Stability doesnt exist, its Delve stability that you want.
Im not saying theres anything wrong with that, but trying to pass this off as southern stability is IMO a total lie.

That SA attacked unprovoked is a bit of a stretch. I was actually online and in gang with our Scooter when you told him war was on and he said "lets attack them then". Unfortunatly I had rl to tend to and was not part of the gang later on. I dislike lies and scabby posts/local therefore I dislike FIX and like IRON (as far as enemies goes). Please dont give me reason to dislike you BoB. It always feels better fighting an enemy you like. That way we can say "GF see you next time" in local whoever looses the battle.

TRANSLATION: Internal politic's killed any PVP peeps that were in FA and the carebears prevailed.
on further history: How many times did SA come to help FA and vice a versa. Answears to Baun as TBH nobody cares as its all history. Least only people that seem to care have nothing better to do than tailgate buisniness that has nothing todo with them.
So SA declared war on BOB, so be it. Baun either jion the fight or start your own thread about the good old days. I live for today, I live for BOB and SA are now red to me (and I thought xmas was over) and will be treated as such.

Stain has been around since the start of EvE and will remain so until EvE closes it's doors. Let's take this to the battlefield and see who actually will win, mark my words it will be no easy win for either side of the fence, rather a war by attrition. It's not as good as it once was, but I'm fairly certain you can find Hedbergite and lower in Stain proper. I do know it leaves you wanting for Nocxium, since that was what SE (most of current SA) used to go mine for in Xetic (ASCN part of it) space back in the days.

God. Steelrat's a tool, but you distinguish yourself as a bigger one by stating SA fought fix and won. Unless you are sitting in 9cg controlling that area down to H74(i think, if memory serves) then you haven't "won" anything versus fix.
FYI, some alliance do not shoot neutrals outside their space....ahem. And finally, and as someone finally got correct on page 7 of this thread, BoB is doing this because they want a stable Quierious\Delve area which allows me to transition nicely to your last little blurb of foolery regarding Esoteria, where I will point out that like BoB and Devle\Quierious issue, so will ASCN naturally desire stability in Esoteria. Hardly a devious\expansionist little plot in either case.

Not to nitpick, but hasn't BoB already absorbed most of the most well known pirate names in the game already? :D Hell, if they are fighting for you, by definition, you know where they are and don't have to hunt them down.

I've spoken to a few Bob pilots and they all complain how hard it is for them to find fights. No one wants to fight Bob. I would think Bob would appreciate SA standing up to them and taking the fight to them because it so rarely happens. Goes to show that whatever else you think of them SA have got a bigger set than most of the South.

i dont apriciate how Orc A is getting shot at here.
i know for a fack that picking him for the dimplo slot is one of our better moves.
he is dedicated. and shows far more restraint that he does while on the pvp. always reports to the rest of us what went down and in generall is a awsome chap in his work.
i know that any blaming him for this war is 100% incorrect.

Why does SA think they "beat" FIX? They took FAT which was a system FIX didn't fight to get and tbh I've never seen FIX put up a fight anywhere but Querious.
Now had SA taken Querious... well... then they could talk.
As it is you basically broke into and ransacked their beach houses while they were away on business. Better than many but definitely not brag-worthy, especially given the fleet lag situations.
An alliance as intelligent as FIX likely has many, many resources that they chose not to invest in FAT.
So quit blowing your trumpet SA, you're having a party for something that never existed.
Face it, you got arrogant and now you will die (yet again). If nothing else, SA wins the award for "The Alliance Most Likely To Consistently Fail On A Regular Basis."
It's a character flaw that TR1GGER appoints idiots in his command posts. It's a common egotistical leader mistake, it makes the leader feel more competent to post complete morons all around them.
Anyhow, go FIX, go BOB and go everyone else...
SA... people aren't jumping on a bandwagon. What you're seeing is an influx of people who FIX and BOB have requested not to attack you for the past months. These people have wanted to see you die all along, now FIX and BOB aren't stopping them.

That's true enough, makes me wonder why people seem to remember this but conveniently forget to mention that FAT sovereignity change happened days ahead of regular schedule due to the bugged way POSes count towards sov claim.
Guess SA command forgot it for good as well or they hadn't been so foolish to assume that "loss of FAT sovereignity = FIX rolling over". Maybe then they wouldn't have come up with their ridiculous terms of surrender.

As of 16.00 today, SA went over the fence, and declared war on BoB and went into Delve unchallenged. Inisde Delve, SA engaged. The fleet they sent was wiped out.

Lord Panther had just finished the morning incense burning in the temple when an excited novice broke in.
"Your eminence," he exclaimed. "We have an urgent message from the BoB High Command. It says 'Stain has invaded BoB space.' It continues 'No sh*t this is not a drill.'"
Lord Panther grabs the paper out of the quivering young one's hand. "Prepare my clone jump," he shouts. But before it can be made ready another message arrives. It reads, "Invading force wiped out. Homeland secure."
He gets the rector of the homeland temples on the vid screen. He is pleased to hear that the invaders did not damage any of the temples. "They didn't get anywhere near our holy places," said the Rector. "We did see some pretty explosions out in space but that was it."
The holy one summons his advisors. "We are now on a total war footing," he informs them. Orders to check all the warehouses and modules are quickly given out. Insurance is checked on all ships.
It's been sometime since Lord Panther was a small cog in the Stain machine, but he remembers it well. He was a member of the HMMI then. He was against HMMI joining Stain. He didn't believe the promises of good systems. He was overruled.
In the end, he proved to be right. The promises were never fulfilled and HMMI left Stain and merged with the Black Nova Corporation.
It was a natural match. The same qualities that attracted HMMI to BNC existed in Stain. Honorable fights with no backing down, no talking smack on local channels either.
The communiques speak of a rapidly deterorating situation that led to war. The SA offered surrender terms to FIX, terms FIX could not possibily accept. Stain made an agreement with BoB and reneged. A new one was drawn up and they broke that too. The details don't matter. Both sides may have their arguments but when Stain invaded BoB space the argument was over. Exchanges of words had become exchanges of lasers, projectiles, shells and missiles.
Within a short space of time, proud warriors on both sides were filling galactic message boards with boasting and taunting. It is as if their posts were like the battle trumpets of old, sounding out warnings of the approach of fire, destruction and doom.
But none of the boasts and taunts will matter when the lasers get white hot and the ships recoil as they spew forth missiles. Lord Panther mumurs, "Words won't repair breached hulls, they will only make someone want to breach them."
He smiles as he reads their barbs. For all their talk in this and other wars, Lord Panther realizes that it's not just the major fighters who win or lose the wars. There are always good fighters on both sides, although he believes BoB has far more good fighters than he ever saw in Stain.
All of them will have their victories and defeats, but in their boasts the proud ones forget that the scouts, the miners, the support ship pilots, the escorts, the ones who keep the main fighters in the battles, are also important. So too are those who fill out the fleets guiding their ships in strict compliance to the orders given by gang leaders and fleet commanders.
His experience in Stain shows him that BoB does something Stain does not, it treats those others with respect and understanding As he can see from messages sent by those they are not afraid. They are ready to do their duty.
Lord Panther smiles again as he remembers the temples he left behind when HMMI left Stain. He looks out in that direction from the bridge of his ship and says to the ether, "It will be good to visit them again."

This whole mess started because BoB made us take Nick back. SA obviously objected to this and hence the war declarations.
Not because we don't like Nick, but we just can't cover his ship losses.

why would stain empire be flying with us? considering one of their favourite hobbies in sitting in 4gq killing every sa member they can...not very likely.
Kaos was there for a short period of time before heading back north for their own reasns
so in fact it was SA/HUzzah vs official IGA FIX and trial FIX corps with marginal unofficial triad help (denying us corridor, helping in liy (or what ever it was called), attacking us in q when spooted).

Fix have been pretty much on their own... We have been in the pipe, we have been shooting at u as manny others. Offcurse its assitng fix when u cant travel in the pipe without haveing a gank squad doing what they can to catch u.. But it is what we been doing since what? aug 2005 or something.
And as already pointing out in manny other posts. We dont only shoot u, ask iss, iron, g, rat, 5, lv, well basicly everybody exept fix and BOB. But sure if a our little group is such a problem for the all big and mighty Sa and huzza and K. Sure thing, i take that as complimang!
Now on other hand we are in dss, And thx for some fun fights there =). But that is totaly another topic! =)
