Posted - 2007.05.29 00:24:00 - [121] with fof's your drones are probably dead, so you lose all of your damage do to small drone bay. at least that is my experience with a curse and heavy fof's. pilgrim is close range and so there is the opportunity to micro them whereas curse you do not have that option. anybody with more experience than me wanna comment on cruise fof effectiveness vs. drones? afaik torps don't have fof

I encountered a raven with them a bit ago with my curse, one salvo = no shields and slight armor damage on my meds & lights. Nasty. FOF go vs the nearest target AFAIK, so with a pilgrim the best tactic would be to huge the missile ship (keep less than 1k away from him), then the fofs should go on you and not the drones. Thats assuming you can tank them that is
DethApostle Amarr Cruoris Seraphim	Posted - 2007.05.29 11:32:00 - [123] Well my current setup is: Hi: 1x best named Medium Neut 2x Medium Nos II 1x Cov Ops Cloak II Med: 1x AB II 1x DG Disruptor 1x Cetus ECM Burst 2x Phased Muon Sensor Damps Low: 1x MAR II 1x SS Energized Thermic Membrane 2x EANM II 1x Rolled T 800mm plate Rigs: 1x Armour rep amount rig, 1x urm... increased sensor damp strength rig Drones: Mixed T2 drones (5 meds, 5 lights) I couldn't decide if I should spend a bit more isk on longer range Faction Nos's and sit outside the damped targets lock range, or to get in close and hope the ECM burst works to protect me and my drones. I opted for the close range version but i still like the long range disruptor for grabbing people if they end up a bit further away than you'd like! Only thing i'd change (i think) is the MAR II for a faction one.. I hear Corpum A MAR's are sweet on the pilgrim but i'm not that rich! Any comments?

I would realy damp that ecm burst and put a 14 km weber realy helps expecialy wtih the mwd ships and can also be usefull in a droneship vs droneship My setup: 2xTS med nos 1xTS neut 1xcov ops cloak II med 1xAB II 1xDB weber 1xDB scram 2xPhased Muon Sensor Damps Low: 1xTS facion termal hardner 1XTS facion Kintik hadner 1xSS energized nano 1x800 rolled plate rig's 1xneut cap consumacion rig 1xdamp rig Drones 5xT2 med exp drones 2xT2 EM drones 1xlight repair drone(nice for quick repairs on drones :D ) Damps are verry nice expecialy with the skill at 4(targeting supression)and the rig protects drones and i prefer to use a long range setup couse i so hate whne some 'victims'ecm burst me so a nice and fast dead cap before coming in close :D

Cybrex	Posted - 2007.06.14 04:36:00 - [127] 3x Dimi Nos 1x Covert ops Cloak named MWD , 24km Point , 3x Damps (t2 or best named, beest named are better) med rep t2, 800mm RT plate, 2x EANM t2 , DMG Control 2 2x Damp Rigs this fits with RECON lvl5 and is the best setup iv found.
