The steps

Buy GTC's
Send mail to me With your order number and date/time of purchase and amount of GTC's bought.

Why i would do this
I have 300b in asset + isk ive got 70b liquid right now. I get 5% off the sale price of the GTC's which does add up. You guys still pay the same price. So its good for me and you.
Legal
Shatterd crystal is a authorized reseller.
Im only giving a isk incentive.
GM's have not answered my petition(id=3414859) which has been in for a week. All the other sale threads that copy somer have been locked fast. The other threads are over the top to show how bad Somer is. Mine is just a copy with a little more isk. Somer offers 200mil which you have to gamble to cash out. I think its a 20% loss so 160mil per GTC bonus. Im doing 300mil straight isk. I will not post the link for 24 hours so if this gets lock then i wont do it. If the thread is still open after 24 hours i will proceed. I will play within the rules what ever they are. If this gets shut down i will start doing lotto's like somer. I just didnt see the need to add that extra step at this time.
Scamming
If you think its a scam the most you can lose is the bonus isk because you buy the GTC's from shattered crystal. So just try me and buy your GTC's one at a time if you like. I am sure GTC scamming is against the rules so i just wouldnt risk it. |

300b is worth $8750 but no legit way to cash it out. My way i get $1050 which is fine. At 500mil i get more orders and i need alot of orders its going to take 600 gtc's sale to cash me out. |

The isk transfer is legitimate, thanks. The "not rmt" is up to CCP to determine if it is or not, but, under the defined rules currently it seems to be legal, as stated it's basically the same as somer, but actual isk instead of credit to a web-site, that then gives you isk (if you can't win 1 blink with 200M ISK you're doing it wrong so suggestions of "you might not win, so it's different" are bubcus). The rate of return is obviously the major difference, but, I for one am happy at 2.8 plex for the price of 2. |
