CCP just doesn't get it: The only attributes you really need are intelligence and perc. Achura has high of both, thus Achura are by far the best bloodline.
Just because all the races have equal numbers of attributes doesn't mean they are all equal. In reality, anything with high charisma sucks for anything, willpower is ok for combat but not nearly as much as perc, and useless for anything else. Memory is basically just industry and drones.
Hell, even intelligence is not as good as perception.
Stop lubbing the Caldari, CCP. They already are 33% of everyone, now all the new players are going to be Achura or Khanid. Jin Mei are basically the same as Gallente, and Vherokior are almost as bad as intaki.
Oh, and one more thing... WHY IS WILLPOWER PRIMARY FOR LEADERSHIP SKILLS???

didnt really have time to read this entire thread but for some of the new avatars it seems like the face sliders dont really affect them much(think the khanid female was victim of this). All in all its pretty funky stuff but seems a little limited in how you can (not) manipulate the face when compared to the existing bloodlines.

I got 17 percp and 18 willpower with adv learning skills trained to level 5 .
I still think to make it fair with so many changes ingame CCP should allow older palyer to redistribute attribs in a limited way, but it doesnt look like it gonna happen.
So i just bought a new account a few months ago , made a percp/willpower god and training him up.He catches up fast.

Unfortunately I must agree here, the ability to alter the faces (esp. the Khanid male and females) are very limited. There is no possibility to make the face looking bad, angry (esp. the female Khanid).
I hope the final version will have more possibilities.

Succumbing to the Minmax Syndrome, dumping charisma in favor of perception even on the drawing board is very bad for future game balance.
How about you re-think these steps, even things out some and add creation only skills instead to make these races interesting. Skills that may or may not become open to the public a year down the line. Boosted NPC corporation standings, faster security status recovery, less negative side-effects of boosters and whatnot...

Aren't the Achura modeled after Chinese, and the Jin-Mei after Japanese, actually? The Jin-Mei males looks like lifted straight from the woodblock prints ^^;;

I agree, too. The ability to change the faces of the new bloodlines seems limited when compared to the old ones. The Khanid seem especially affected by this. Unless you want all of them to look the same, you should build in more variety.

THE NUMBER OF CATEGORIES WITH PRIME REQ OF ATTRIBS DOESNT MATTER.THE TREE DEPTH OF EACH DOES.
Mechanic got like a few skills wich you can max very fast.Now compare this with spaceship command or gunnery, wich got level xx skills wich result in huge amount of times...

Buh weird, I think Khanid female is more like Japanese rather than Mongolians. the Jin-Mei clothing may like chinese but their body and face is more like Indochinese O.o
