Geez. Replace the BoB ticker with Goonswarm, and you pretty much have the same CAOD you do today. Only a lot less funny.

Goons make fun of everyone, including themselves. That is the most important difference. They treat others the same as they treat themselves - while BoB is just arrogant, thinking the others as lesser beings and worth nothing.

Looks like some of them still want easy victories, like in the old times. The mutual back-patting of those smacktards is kinda funny though when the whole alliance is running back to Fountain. It appears the "licence to smack" is given out when accepted into corp, at least as far as DICE is concerned. Was flying with a friend who had recently came back to the game in Delve. Endured the usual from DICE pilots until H Zub challenged them to a duel. Their myrmidon and hurricane vs his lone myrmidon. The Hurricane went straight down and the myrmidons armour tank failed, closely followed by the DICE Honour tank as more ships undocked and repped their corp mate while killing Zub - a short uninteresting story but I guess this is what Avon meant by New BoB is nothing like Old BoB. Was a time when people could put a little faith in BoB keeping to an agreed 1vs1+1, especially when it's already in their favour.
