Prior to Rubicon, Interbus custom's offices charged you 17% tax. Post Rubicon, RvBee's POCOs charge you 15% (10% if you train a skill). Reports... seems like i don't need them anymore. flying past few systems and what i see is red federation for example... friends of goons. have yet to find owner that i know is not friend of goons.
