Are you sure it's an EVE issue? I would have to agree with this one. At most, EVE uses 786mb/client on max graphics and on 1080P while sharing system RAM with my dedicated Radeon HD 8970. I can run 6 clients effectively before needing to turn down graphics. Windows 8 is a severe memory and CPU hog however, so its possible that trying to multibox on that particular OS might be more resource intensive. It is, after all, not an OS designed for Gamers. If you have a quad or 8 core processor, try setting affinity for each exefile.exe process to have 2 cores each. So if you're running 8 clients, set core 0 and 1 to client 1 and 2, core 2 and 3 to client 3 and 4, and so on. EVE can run on a dual core no problem.
