Was rubber banding a little, nothing serious, mods a couple of seconds.. meh sustained tanks n'all

the lag is now so unbearable i cant play, ima go play cs instead.(lil tip) next time you release a patch ccp, make sure it works before just loading it onto the server ;)

logged on today at about 15h eve time and there was no lag at all, go out for 3 hours and now it has taken me almost 15 minutes for the client to load the station once i logged in.
Then joined a player channel and it took 2 minutes for that to display..... something aint right ?

Major rubber banding at gates, auto pilot doesn't approach or jump, but still warps. Before that when collecting loot I could be sitting on top of a can and being told I need to be within 1500m to open it, a few seconds later I rubberband and find myself 10K from it! Major lag.

I cant login to my Character now. I jumped my ship when but i was still at the gate. Cant login now.
Have i lost my ship??
Anyone else got the same problem?

yeah thx for the lag , all are good 15 man gang and 30 min to make 3 jump .........................................................................

Yes, the current lag is terrible...
However;
"Reboot a 70 blade itegrated database cluster ain't like dustin' crops boy. Without proper calculations you'd fly into a star or bounce too close to a supernova..." (or something like that)
I'd rather they root-caused it and fixed it. Hopefully they're getting lots of data on what to do on that right now.

Yeah its very ugly atm, autopilot not working, module activation takes 10 sec, can opening is delayed like 20 sec at times etc.

It takes me 20 seconds to switch characters at the character window (which is usually 1 second), and five minutes just to go from the char window to my in-game ship (which is usually 5 seconds).
I can't re-name my containers in my cargo hold because I don't have permission... traffic warnings are being spamed on my screen...
The end is nigh!

Sorry, but it's Friday night (in Europe anyway) and most of us nerds with no life have been looking forward to an interesting evening of gameplay after a hard week of work/studies, and it's natural that we're a bit dissappointed when we can't have that. Especially as the server was down most of yesterday evening for patching.
Same here, i was also looking for a nice night in and pirate hunting with my corp mates. But sometimes **** happends...
