Show modifier effects (jamming, repairing etc) to the person recieving these effects (like red blinking for agression but then an small icon or list of effects / icons to indicate which effects are put onto you by which ship, identify high / low danger) affcourse only the one who gets for example webbed can see who or what is doing it.
Drone UI (see example).
Deeper research options like decrease bpo copy time at an cost of decreasing ME / PE AND increase needed research times for ME / PE.
Load / reload all guns (with another ammo type) see this post.
Private owned black market "hubs", allowing tax circumventing but are prone to concord / factional cleansing actions or fines if tracked. Ability to deploy shops and various other type of residences, ability to make it an warpable or private area (invitation only) but can be probed just like ships!
Research agent shop: offering an BPC from popular items for an specific RP price, additional services: increase BPC ME/PE (only shop bpc's or if it doesn't give to much problems also bpc's you have yourselve which are in the research agents area of expertise).
Same as research agent shop but then for regular agents, use LP to buy modules, ships and other items. Extra services: trade service collect an list of modules to get an faction module (for example 50 250mm (named) guns for an gallente type of the same gun, make this on an offer base with for example 1 offer a day or on an weeks base with an list of 7-10 offers to choose from).
Special concord missions (not the can of worm types) assign an low security high bountied player from an list of active people, which will be your concord assigned target, if the player logs you get a new target assigned (no time limit other then if you can catch the player in time), dual bonus type: reward payout and concord standing boost above 5.0 current maxed out standings.
Additional POS / outpost structures like bonus specific labs (ME / PE / COPY), storage arrays (ammo storage, ship storage, module storage) and interlinking arrays (ability to transfer materials drom outposts in one system to posses in the same system, for example with fast shuttle like haulers which can be attacked / destroyed).
Improved eve client "folder cluther" handling (with options like clear logs, clear cache etc after shutdown).

This is a list based on my experiences in eve, some topics have not been touched, such as research.
1: Broader combat zones/resurrection of pvp (warp to zero ruins everything, true pvp is gone) 2: The expansion of hacking (hacking having pull before or in combat) 3: Model loading (having models load gradually instead of all at once (lag issues)) 4: Reduction of resistance bonuses (creating omega-tank setups is too easy, nothing should be invulnverable) 5: Nerf assault frigs (I find it very silly that they can defeat battleships 1on1 in some cases) 6: The un-balancing of racial ship ratios (I find it lame that all races have the same amount of cruiser designs, etc) 7: Give people a reason to mine veldspar (It's ugly and takes up space and nobody likes it) 8: Visible missile exits on ships (Cause it would look cool ? ) 9: Racial/security status importance (probably coming with factional warfare, but this should really matter!) 10: Increase ratio of certain implant drops (those prices are forcing many to shy away from pvp once they've got them)

the rest in no real order:
3. more intelligent NPC's (like someone else said, i want to see random roving gangs of npcs doing stuff that fits in with intergalactic events to spice up space a little. maybe rats could regroup and follow you through the belts and attempt to kill you?) 4. ships could maintain a constant velocity, even if your cap ran out and your afterburner/mirco-warp drive deactivated you should still have the same velocity forward. since when was there so much friction in space? 5. perhaps a module that when activated can be fired at a target and then somehow used to track their path through space? 6. ability to manipulate attributes of a ship at the expense of others. could mean you could select an extra med slot or an extra low slot. or perhaps reduce your cargo hold in order to maximise your drone bay, increase cpu at the expense of powergrid. perhaps the amount of variation you have to choose from is determined by the level you possess in command of that particular type of ship. i know its been talked about before but i think it would really open up the roles various ships are used for. 7. wars between races that call their breathren to arms for a payrate + percentage of war spoils. or even contact with a hostile alien race? NPC or player controlled? could be very interesting indeed. 8. bigger asteroid fields that can be explored. maybe there is a hidden warpgate, a guarded npc convoy on route or even some nasty pirates lurking in wait? who knows... 9. clippings. im sick of flying through planets/stations and watching my missiles fly through asteroids. 10. random wormholes that open in random systems periodically that bridge a large portion of space temporally until they close. could offer small windows of time for highly strategic opportunities. CCP pretty much invented this point, so run with it guys :P
basically i just want to whip the whole universe up into a much more chaotic pace^^

A MODULE THAT DECLOAKS CLOAKED SHIPS I really hate cloak blobs. But this module would nuke your cap and come in 3 sizes frig,cruiser, and battleship. the frig would have a range of 10km the cruiser a range of 30km and the battleship module would have a range of 70km 9.Balance the AF's I should not be able to own a wolf with base gunnery skills and a web. 10.Allow Covert ops frigs to use passive targeters,ship scanners, and cargo scanners while cloaked.(really useful if implemented)

I hate to say it because you Oveur impressed very mutch at fanfest and even evetv, but take the chache of the next kali expensions and sort some stuff in the background out.
1. there is lag and there will be lag, so please implement something like a ping to enable players to react on lag early 2. improve the ship status panel (there is stille the bug that it doesnt shows the right values, but the values are there for example in the gangwindow) 3. take a look at the old stuff which isnt used anymore and sort it out or give it a new use 4. improve the Drone and NPC AI 5. improve the bug reporting system especially a posibillity to edit bug reports 6. take a look into your bug tracking system to get some of this nasty annoying non-critical bugs out of eve
lets waste my next 4 points on new stuff ^^ 6. the "eve-blog" youve mentioned on evetv 7. get alite bit more physics within eve ^^ maybe the jove weapons could be based on mini black holes (if they build a bigger one its also a nice weapon to destroy planets ;) ) 8. ... 9. ... (theres alot of stuff in my mind, just some place to write it down) 10. Stay tuned! the plans for eve ive seen so far are great and I dont want to miss only a single step of it. |

1. WTZ with autopilot. Noone thought it was possible, but you actually managed to make travelling more boring with WTZ, since I now have to pay attention. 2. Bigger industrials. 3. Divisional wallets. 4. More ME slots. 15-20 days waiting is simply too long. 5. Less PE slots. Public PE and ME research should have some waiting, but not as much as ME or little as PE. 6. AFK tags. 7. Rigs are still too expensive. 8. More different types of environments. 9. Stop logoffski. 10. Too easy to avoid trouble in low sec when flying cruiser or faster.

1. Get rid of: logging off to avoid agression and auto escape gate camps 2. Nerf: Extreme faction/officer modules (anything that performs more than 50% better than t2) 3. Add missing disadvantage and skill requirements for using on cap/grid related rigs 4. Give evey named module something that it is best at, while keeping top named as best overall and best at main item function. 5. Update item database on your website 6. Allow us to set alliance standings as if they are a faction, rather than only the alliance to alliance screen there is now. 7. Add standings as possible requirement to all contracts (corp to corp (aliance etc) and personal standings) 8. Allow standing modification (up and down, by % as normal missioning system) by contracts (different settings for succesfull and failed contract) 9. Add recurring as option on a contract (automatically remade if past expiry date and all requirements are availeble) 10. Give us more contract slots (at skill 0 and please also per skill level)

1. Provide more options to customise graphics. (when they are improved, older PC's may not be able to run the game, and we can't all upgrade.) 2. Introduce a Capital Mining ship. (can be restricted to lowsec, and need ore specific mods, then ot can be limited to mining low end ores specifically) 3. A Capital refining ship?? 4. Specialist ships for exploration (scanning bonus), Gas harvesting, Salvage, 5. Make Outposts harder to steal. give them defences!! 6. POS in general are too weak, and seriously bugged. 7. Invention, Un-realistic returns. If this was suppose to be the way for future tech to enter the game. Then it is wrong. Why once you have invented something once, do you suddenly become stupid and not know how to make it? Once you have "invented" you should be able to just create more copies from your success.or be given a 100% chance of success on that item going forward. Maybe give the player a skill book (we know you love skill books) for an "Invention catagory" and by training that to level 5 along with the other skills allows 100% success chance in the given area. 8. Give warfare a point!! (surrender conditions) 9. Sort out ore thieves stealing from mixed corp gangs in high sec.(Only the players in the same corp can defend, rest of gang is powerless. I just gives the cowards, and griefers an easy option.) 10. Corporation and Alliance wallets, please can we have them divisional. It makes tracking seperate alliance projects so much easier and more visable. An alliance wallet visable by the CEO in each member corp. Or by allocated role? Either way corp walets (and alliance?) need to resemble something a business could run with. i.e An alliance tax etc.

- REAL keyboard shortcuts: Like approach, attack, drone engage, etc.. I cant' believe that this is still missing from the game. What about people who work daily with their mouse. Let's give their hand a break.
- Ability to set default stack and sort on item hangars. I have been playing for almost a year soon and i think i can count the time wasted on "stack all" then "sort by type" in days.
- Evemail sort by thread. Make the evemail system work for the players, not against.
Ability to queue skill training. You have talked about this before. Tired of wasting real time, when the server is down for some reason. Only queue one skill after the current so that you still have to log in to change. Also very frustrating for people who can't devote their entire lives to Eve. And therefore sometimes have days where they can't play, and might loose skilltime.
- Simple target queue. Where you can assign a weapon or drone to take a secondary target when the primary is destroyed.
- Better sound effects on individual ammo types and natural phenomenon. We might as well enjoy it, when we have decided that sound actually can be heard in space.
- Generally more environment (read: nature) e.g. Gas clouds, nebulae, planetary debris and other "toppings" to make the environment more exciting. They don't have to have a function, just be there to marvel at.
- Ability to disable own ship explosion, so that you can get away in your pod rather that seeing a stuttering animation of an explosion and then see you pod go the same way.

In no particular order. . .
1. Skill Queuing, just 1 skill after the one you're doing now, not Dual Training 2. Module Time Remaining Indicator, just a simple circular sweep over an opaque glossy black module background so I can see what's on regardless of background, and how much longer it has. 3. Hotkeys Hotkeys Hotkeys! 4. Improved contracts searching. i.e., no more of being able to find Gila but not Gila Blueprint, and partial item name searches, so you can search for any say 'Small Shield Booster' at one go. 5. Combat Lag, even when I avoid systems like Motsu and Kaun to avoid it. 6. Salvage Drones that can loot a wreck and salvage all in one go, specialized salvager class (industrial/destroyer/cruiser variant) as well. 7. View Market Details option on the menu when right clicking buy/sell orders in wallet. 8. More Customizable Production 9. Provide an alternative (though definitely long and requiring attention) to the lotto, a means of acquiring T2 BPOs that have been in the game for a long time (6 months to a year old, takes a few months to develop one, longer for the some than others). 10. Respond to feature request threads on occasion, so it doesn't look like we're posting into a void. Go ahead, tell us x y and z will never happen, beats having 4+ page threads utterly ignored as far as we can tell.

1. Either make the overview (and all other interface items) opaque or make it so that you can't select things that are behind it. (Or at least make it an option for it to work that way.)
2. Customizable font(s). The current font is terrible for actually being able to read, and the numbers are especially bad. (9 vs 8? just squint baby!)
3. Use local Windows settings for number and time formatting. (Microsoft went to some trouble forcing you to provide that information when you installed Windows, it's there, use it.)
4. Allow for a customization of the range overlay, opacity, color etc.
5. Fewer modal dialogs (preferably none) in general.
6. No modal dialog boxes popping up in the middle of missions telling you what the pirate just said etc.. Do it some other way, perhaps the way that damage information is shown. (Hint: It interrupts the combat, which is both frustrating and annoying.)
7. Customization of combat dialog (which items get reported, colors etc.).
8. Allow for the movement or removal of the running combat dialog.
9. Provide range information for missiles (without assumptions made for movement) similar to what you get for guns. (shaded overlay showing extent of range etc.) Consistency.
10. Provide range information for drones similar to #9. Again consistency.

1. More ore types in high sec, even if it gives a very tiny yield. A lot of people just don't have access to 0.0
2. More material research/copying slots in empire. Again, not everyone has access to a POS or 0.0
3. Alliance population limit of e.g. 1000, square things a bit.
4. LESS Alts!!! There should be an activity period cut off, or some way to control the ammount of alts.
5. No more 100km gates in level 4 missions. They take long enough to do, then loot/salvage.
6. Longer range tractor beams!!!
7. A "sent items" folder in mail.
8. Show who put bids in contracts.
9. COSMOS agents should be less pompous and give missions more frequently. Not saying people should be allowed to farm the same mission over and over, but there has to be a way of getting the same missions sooner.
10. "Absolute highest" price. Would prevent scammers to sell e.g. "Navy" Caracals at 100mill

1. Upgrade the logo-creation tool for corporations. Having approximately 16 colours is ridiculous. I mean you don`t even have green for crying out loud.
2. More user-friendly corp management interface. I`ve been trying to figure out that danged thing for two weeks and it still makes no sense.
3. For crying out loud fix the bounty system already. Way too easy to exploit a bounty on your head.
4. It would be nice to have a stock market.
5. Reduce the number of NPCs, having 30-50 in one room is just ridiculous.
6. Fix the contracts system so you can easily see what items are in there and in what quantity, instead of a stupid description.
7. Let us colour our ships or modify their apperance a little.
8. Create a sorting system for EVE mail, as it is now you just have 2 folders... Inbox and Corp... It would be nice to create subfolders where you could stash certain e-mails.
9. Being able to target sub-systems would be nice.
10. Let us have an actual impact on the game. Like the previous Gallente elections, it sort of felt ridiculous none of the Gallente characters actually got a chance to vote.

1) Add an approach phase to fleet combat after warp regardless of setup to change the 'warp to optimal and bbq' combat to something requiring a whole lot of approach considerations beyond scouting, tackling, and bbqing. EvE lacks the compelling tactical concerns of the approach phase of battle. 100km radius warp disruption effect from the centre point of both fleets would completely change the mechanics of engagement, reinforcements, routing or fleeing, persuit etc.
2) Nerf gate camps. Seriously. In 0.0 its just lazy, in empire you need a war anyway, in low security there must be a more engaging, game enhancing way of 'pirating'. Make people work for their kills.
3) Rethink new player experiance. Right now it is too easy for new players to run agent missions for months, join a 'pvp' corp when rich from farming, gank in low security space for a few months, then head to 0.0 with some pvp and farming experiance. New players need to be introduced to resource management, corporation management, space control, and corporation combat from an early level throughout all levels of security if EvE is to see the meritocratic progression of CORPS not players through the EvE system. New players and new corps should be battling with each other over control of space and resources in high sec, while alliances do the big boy version in 0.0

4) Rethink Agent missions. Agent missions imo are proving to be a distraction from true EvE meta gameplay. The only players making tens of millions or more a day in Jita should be traders. Empire 'carebears' that dont want to PvP in the combat sense but want wealth should be looking directly into the exploitation of economic systems for their own gain. I see no direct benefit to EvE as a game, beyond keeping specific subscribers, from this game mechanism.
5) Frigs/Inties/AFs and the Web. Imo these ships are far too easy to counter in solo or in group play. If a ships only defence is its speed, you should not be able to counter this defence with one module, or atleast not to the level of effectiveness a single web can have. Same with large nosferatu. These modules, in my opinion, should be tactical modules to even out the fight, not complete counters. Having small webifiers with minor cap usage and minimal speed reduction for frigs only, and massive webifiers with huge speed reduction and massive cap usage for battleships only e.g could be something to look into. Also nos could be given tracking mechanics like a turret for a more tactical combat scenario.

1) Modular Starbase Structures. Walls and Elevators that graphacally connect the modules to each other and the tower. Mission deadspace structures have these, why not us. They can be useful as well, like automatically moving fuel to the tower or moveing material from the silo to the hanger.
2) Drone Bay expanders. A low slot module that will add 5 m3 to your drone bay and take away from your cargo bay. This could cost power and cpu since maintaining the drones in it should cost something.
3) Concord Missions. This will allow us to finally get those nice concord faction points and other goodies.
4) Skill Que. Self Explanitory
5) Ship Modification. Put ship modification as part of Invention. This way we could add to fitting slots cpu and powergrid through invention.
6) NPC use. Add the ability to hire NPCs to do some jobs, like starbase refueling.
7) Fix Moble Labs. Allow corporations the ability rent out research slots for public use.
8) Fix the Drone AI
9) Add more content to missions. Static items like structures should always drop items when destroyed. And add more missions with mineable asteriods in it.
10) Bring back Mining missions!!!! ***** I've been set adrift is a sea full of idiots!
