Damage Control II and Reinforced Buldheads II in the lows, Invuls and a Microwarp Drive in the meds, highs are up to you. An ancillary current router and two field extender rigs and you're done ;) Oh, and the Orca has 40k fleet hangar plus 30k cargo hold, plus 5% cargo hold for every skill level in Industrial Command Ships. So about 70k total plus the ore hold.

Every now and than we have someone declaring they need a mini freighter or something along those lines. Saying industrials don't hold enough, freighters are too slow, etc. Personally I think they should be happy right now the industrial got re-balanced this soon in the game and have specialized cargo's now. Funny thing is the jump freighter fills the role most people want, but they just don't have the funds for it and thus are crying for the mini-freighter. As for the T3 hauler never heard of one even proposed before, but hearing about it now I want it just to see it suicide ganked. Welcome to Eve. A bit pricy, but it's marginally more agile and has approx 100k more ehp. Although using Orca would be probably more reasonable option.
