Trust me PA wherent n00bs i know a few people that can demonstrate that in few numbers ... and very very dedicated pilots for example ABURITORU ... he goes where the targets are and doesnt leave until he had enough or they had enough of him and say " Hey abu why dont you join XXXX corp its fun ... plus you dont have to hang around theese n00bs" and you will determinate him by saying that to get him to hate you more and KILL YOU MORE ... or then ECP rogues ... they are few but they are KILLEEEEERSS ... they are AWSOME bunch ... or DECAD ... organized and fearless .... or the greeks ... tbh they are leeeroys all the way ... not to speak about romanians  just stfu if you didnt meet any of them ...

No my friend, it is not a New PA any such garbage. We will be simply a new alliance with different beliefs then the original PA stood for. We will not have anything to do in association with PA's name. Depending how things go, we may in time still inhabit Venal or go down to empire for a certain time.
It remains to be seen but right now what is happening with the corporations; that are left that is, will restructure a little and rebuild as it is the emphasis right now we are focusing on.
Meanwhile we are treating this as a clean slate start outwards and inwards so, This new alliance will not bear things from the past with us, not if I can help it.
And yes, I wear the living ear off of my own alliance too :) but I have a lot of energy and am passionate towards anything I get involved in and put my heart forward on each endeavor as if it was my last act in life.

Aye. Anyways I am through posting for now. There is a considerable amount of immaturity present to warrant any converstation worth noting. Many bring shame on their alliances and corporations for being beligerant without much thought behind their words.
It is much like the situation I see here in Kuwait everyday, mindless violence and such, fighting a people that have no cause in life to die for honestly and yet they kill themselves to kill soldiers like me. Anyways I salute those that do have intelligence and see the merit of things I have been trying to express and see you all again sometime in the future.

While on one hand i enjoy reading your lengthy posts and pr stunts both on your own forums and here i will jump my shadow and add some advise to my post.
PA died a horrbile death and made many enemies in the process because they couldnt keep their collective pieholes shut, couldnt back up their big mouth ingame and made some utter crappy calls.
If i were to form a new alliance, even if its with the very same ppl my first step would be to distance myself as far as possible from the sinking wreck PA now is and on a second glimpse i would not rush to the forums but to the individulas which waged successfully war upon the PA.
Then without the spotlight and with a drawn up list, including a name and your goals i would formulate along the lines "chaps i know uve won but we wanna play on somewhere, how about we all burry the old axe and stay cozy", still in private with all those involved.
After all these steps taken i would step out to the forums and make -1- informative post for the wide public, in this post i would not even with a 10 inch pole touch PA or the whole phoenix symbol to prevent anyone from getting offended and redeclaring right away.
Tho thats the way i would do it and tbh after reading your post i would prolly redeclare on you now, just because you already belittled an Atuk director while you should be humble.
Not a good start in my eyes and if it was my choice enough to mark you with the "same bollox new name" sticker.

PA is no more dude. Right now the values that I wish to create a new foundation with will stand. People seem to like to get patted on the back all the time for some margin of victory they get. Kudos to em, move on with professionalism. I've started to grow some respect for the five for being able to control the smack talk till today. Low and behold without even trying to read into the post, just starts to flame. Why?

I would give up on the idea for the time being. I realize how painful it would be to let go of the dream, it is what I watched happen to Cochise when 20th Legion left the Phoenix Alliance to form Xe'las. Moving on lifts a great weight and burden from you and all of the members of the Phoenix Alliance and allows you to start fresh.
The first thing you need to do out of the public view is to form a plan. Not a plan of government, but a plan of what you're going to do, and where you are going to live. Once you know that, then you can start on the more detailed plans of how to achieve those goals. Then find the pilots and corporations which want to fit within that vision and start formation of a government. You will notice that when 20th Legion formed the Xe'las Alliance we didn't announce what we were doing for almost a month afterwards and started admitting corporations into the alliance at about the same time.
Sometimes your plans are going to work out, sometimes they aren't. Xe'las is an excellent example in both directions in that regard. Work from success to success and don't worry about the large or small failures along the way. They are only true failures if they turn you aside from your purpose.
If all else fails, don't form an alliance for forming an alliances sake. The game has too many freaking alliances which will never have an impact on anything significant. If that happens, seek out new friends or old ones and join them in helping them achieve goals which you feel would be rewarding. You might even realize that some of us have already done very nearly what you're proposing, and have learned new lessons from our journey.
The past is over, with the Phoenix rising from the ashes no-more I will reset most of my personal grudges. There are a few which shall never be forgiven for their ignorance, stupidity and rudeness. You are not among those in my book. Best of luck in your future endeavors.

As noted I can be a tad bit niave at times with the best intentions at heart. Again well noted to Thoth on it, no harm pointing it out but at the same time I never said that PA rox btw :). I just want to find a new path for us and was wishing for a little more cooperation and understanding. I see I won't find none so as meantioned will find something we can do ;)

If Gimp Iron could crash (or even dent) the [5] it is a mystery why they did not do that in the long months when PA was their ally and it was being powned by the [5]... or does the fact that they decided to officially backstab PA when it was allready a corpse absolve these gentlemen from the shame of covertly backstabing it also in the previous months... hmmm...
In any event if you want to attack the [5] I will buy some more junk food and watch with interest in my breaks from red killing

Ah at least a straight answer, appreciated. Well no there are some events happening in venal outside of all of us coming very soon which is gonna be interesting to follow. No we have no intention to build a new venal alliance of sorts. So there is the clarification. We have a ton of stuff embedded in the region and would need time to gather up this stuff and move if allowed to. If we are gonna be fired on as we try well yes we will be forced to fight since we can't move our freighters in some kind of safe sense. Hence this message, though some written in a manner that could cause confusion. But it is fixed. I see people still think we are trying to retain PA for some aspect or another. I can only express we aren't and see only action will prove this in the weeks to follow. ~salutes~

Nice post Wimbishi.
Maybe a little heavy on the 'honour', 'fiendship' and kinda heavy language, but all in all it's pretty clear and definately reeks of trying to cut off the past to me.
